My name is Jonica.

I appreciate your willingness to sponsor newbies. I'm a newbie to this platform but not a new writer or blogger. I edit a publication on Medium (The Bad Influence), have a website where I blog, and am writing a novel. All this while operating a small sheep and goat ranch where I milk a goat and take care of her three legged doeling.

She lost most of her ears and one leg to frostbite in the big Texas freeze.

I also paint and make craft bottles to sell at the local library with half the profits going to Friends of the Library.

I'll be doing my utmost to post a new story at least the times a week. I've only written one so far.

I look forward to reading and learning from other authors. I hope to be part of a new community of writers and artists.
