As a few major investors pull out as crypto falls into a dip but the micro investors get greedy and reinvest more dividends, still hoping for the market to climb soon higher before the crash. But i would say i do predict that after even a slight boost, it will not go higher then before any time soon.

Financial Sense You buy a car for $300k You pay $7000 pm over a period of 60 month's. After 60 month's you find that the value of the car is now $180000 meaning over the period of 60 months you've lost close to 50% of your money. People where I come from celebrate paying of car's like it's sum major achievement when it's actually a major loss over the year's. What happened to buying a smashed vehicle for $20000 and fixing it for $10000 and driving it for five years. Your goal should not be paying of a $300k debt over five years your goal should be having an investment of $300k on your portfolio over the period of five years. Imagine you work 40 hour's a week and half your salary goes towards paying off a depreciating liability. You work for debts and not for incomes yet you expect to be rich one day. Stop trying to meet society standards. The society in overall is in debt. Day and night on television we are sold debt. When you open your TV you see a new POLO better than the one you bought last year. You see celebrities advertising alcohol and the lifestyle. Then when you get money the first thing you think of is buying what you've been seeing on the television. How can you even have the courage to drive a car worth $300k when you don't even have $50k on investments? A lot of people who are said to be successful by our society are having sleepless nights sinking in debt they have depression it's just that they won't tell you because they know you worship them. Instead they will try faking it even more. Don't be a financial slave. The whole system is a trap. Social media is all a lie. People are suffering silently and trying by all means to escape reality by faking it. It's like someone who's mastubating and thinking about his crush. Most people are not living the life that they are showing you. If you want to be part of the 1% you must start thinking like the 1%. You can't get out of this system thinking like everyone ones. The system was created so that you can be a slave all your life.
Crypto is not to be blamed for worldly problems, it was made to reduce poverty.
Is Bitcoin Cash really being used for the purpose it was created and how much for it's purpose? With the weight of the world criminals are plunging into Crypto more then poverty can be calculated.
Ransome in crypto Some crypto kidnapped stories, they all was lucky to be reunited with their families. Just at 14 years old this teenager made a fortune in crypto trading and when he took to social media about his success. Bad faith followed he was kidnapped and the kidnappers called his mother, demanding £10,000 ($13,738). If she didn’t pay, they said, “her son wouldn’t be going home,” like in Brazil, a 19-year-old crypto trader was shot dead after flaunting his newfound wealth online. (His last Instagram post included the red Porsche in which he was killed.) A crypto trader from Hong Kong was kidnapped the 39-year-old criminals asked his family to pay a ransom of HK$30 million. the cryptocurrency trader was lured to Kowloon Bay by a buyer he met online, who is interested in buying Tether cryptocurrency for HK$4 million. In Pakistan Lahore a couple, a Swiss man and a German woman 6,300 euros and 1.86 Bitcoin worth Rs14,700,00 into his account and further blackmailed them of transferring Rs300million more into their account. Another kidnapping of a man caught up in a cryptocurrency investment scam. A 39 year old victim the kidnappers had initially asked the victim’s family to pay a ransom of $8 million, and later raised the amount to $30 million, but the family did not pay any amount. He was hurt but glad to say he returned home safely. So you should be aware of the Ransomware is a type of malware from cryptovirology that threatens to publish the victim's personal data or perpetually block access to it unless a ransom is paid. Ransomware attacks are typically carried out using a Trojan disguised as a legitimate file that the user is tricked into downloading or opening when it arrives as an email attachment. In 2020, the IC3 received 2,474 complaints identified as ransomware with adjusted losses of over $29.1 million. That why you should avoid face-to-face trading with strangers. Don't disclose your finance with anyone and be more vigilant about your surroundings as well as take proper precautions.

Covid Vaccine makes me angry Angry about the Covid vaccine topic My personal point of view; • How can a school administrate Covid vaccine to their students without parents consent? • And how can the Covid vaccine be given 1st to the private schools before government yet it's the government that's giving out the vaccine for free? • Without medical test to see if a person is fit for the vaccine how can a person be given the vaccine? • Why say the vaccine will protect you against Covid when after a week or more you end up having Corona? • It is a trial vaccine why make the public your lab rats to test it? • If it fails after a while how many will die? • The vaccine released is for type 1 Covid what about the other types? • So no benefit of taking the vaccine even it will only be active for 6 months in the human body? • It means 1st the vaccine weakens your immune system before it strengthens it? • As there has been reports of fake Covid vaccines some is just glucose and salt water so how will someone know what is real and fake? For those who choose to get vaccinated. The only time i will take a vaccine if I'm fully protected against all types of Covid with no side effects especially like high fever, blood cloths or even death.
A great person is that whom has nothing but still helps the next person someone that will stay hungry just to feed the next person.
Not having anything teaches us many things especially what is real and important...

Morals of life It is well researched that many of us possess something called optimistic bias, which means we tend to think our future will be better than our present. When you helped someone and tried your best for that person to turn their life around but that individual doesn't want to and deep down has hate for you just let them go on their way on their own path God knows best don't keep the hate it creates problems for your happiness... When you truly love someone, you will go to any extent to keep your loved one happy and sometimes it is good for us to act blind and ignore one another’s short comings in order to be happy. The Beauty will fade with time, but heart and soul will always be the same. Love the person for what he/she is from inside, not from outside... Love and care for the one you love every single day of your life. You may think what you did is just a small deed, but to that someone, it may mean a lot. Some relations are made to be last longer but they still need to be nurtured with love and care... We should not be too quick to take unnecessary actions in our relationship or marriage when we haven’t questioned our partner or spouse on what we saw or heard about them. We all have our faults. We shouldn’t be too fast to judge others. Not everything you see, hear or believe about someone is true. Always learn to control yourself under any condition or situation, irrespective of what you’ve heard or seen... Do not malignant or blame anyone without knowing the fact or a truth. Your words may ruin someone’s reputation without any fault of theirs... Do what you can to help people in need, because there’s nothing more heartwarming than seeing their emotions and know this that we are not designed to be constantly happy... If you judge people, you have no time to love them make no judgments where you have no compassion having compassion for yourself means that you honor and accept your humanness and in separateness lies the world’s great misery, in compassion lies the world’s true strength so having compassion starts and ends with having compassion for all those unwanted parts of ourselves... The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves... We have a right to do what makes us happy and spend our hard earned money as we like for our happiness... No one has right to envy at how you spend money earned by your hard work. But, if you feel you had wasted your hard earned money for something to gain nothing even if it was occasionally, you have a chance to do something of a greater good for someone by following above story. You may not be obligated to do so, but your little goodwill can light up someone’s life in many ways... You have the 7 Wonders are – To be able to See, To be able to Hear, To be able to Feel, To Laugh, To Think, To be Kind, To Love... Value what you have, use what you have, trust what you have. You don’t always have to look away to find an inspiration. God has given you all the strength to reach your goals...

Cupping for betterment of health Cupping also known as Hijama in Islam. Cupping is an ancient medical treatment that relies upon creating a local suction to mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing. Cupping is also beneficial for people without any medical conditions who are just wanting a detox. Its practice mainly occurs in Asia but also in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. But this therapy that originated in China. Cupping has been characterized as a pseudoscience and its practice as quackery. In the United States and Canada, you would need to be a healthcare professional with a license to touch granted by the certification board that handles your specialty. Cupping therapy has more advantages than acupuncture, such as a non-invasive therapy with relatively shorter treatment duration and potential less treatment cost. The Therapist A certified ACE Massage Cupping practitioner. Cupping Therapist- the therapy is offered to males & females. The Treatment A wet cupping procedure- This is a safe and painless procedure. A mild suction is created using a cup and pump on selected treatment area and left for approximately up to 10 minutes. The cup is then removed and small superficial skin incisions are made using a sterile blade. A second suction is used to carefully draw out a small quantity of the toxic blood which lies beneath the surface of the skin. Cupping therapy is the best remedy to treat the following: Bodily pains: back pains, muscular pains, uric acid , cholesterol, sports related injuries Chronic illnesses: asthma, fever, diabetes, high blood pressure Other: migraines, weight loss, neurological disorders, insomnia depression, eczema, acne, infertility, hormones problem and many more. Cupping encourages tissues to release toxins. How Cupping Helps Female Infertility? Induces ovulation and helps when women do not ovulate or have anovulatory cycles Cures imbalances of the thyroid gland Removes blockages and inflammation in the fallopian tubes Helps remove defects in the luteal phase Cures endometriosis or problems where the lining of the uterus forms outside of it Helps with hirsutism when hormone imbalances result in the woman having excessive hair on the face and body Balances the hormones in the body when imbalances cause the formation of cysts in the ovaries, also called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Help With Regulating Menstruation Helps With Painful Menstruation and Cramps.. What should not be doing after cupping: * Don't shower immediately after cupping. Keep the areas that were treated covered and warm. * Avoid alcohol. You may feel fatigued or experience flu-like symptoms the next day. * Avoid Caffeine, alcohol, sugary foods and drinks, dairy, and processed meats. These foods slow down your body's ability to process the treatment. * Hot showers, saunas, hot tubs and strong air conditioning. ... * Intense exercise. * Cold and windy conditions. what you should do after cupping: After the cupping session, it is advisable (but not essential) to * Drink water or eat a spoonful of honey or some dates. * Rest for 10 to 15 minutes before exerting yourself. * Rub black seed oil, olive oil or another natural oil over the cupped area. * Eat or drink more fresh fruit/vegetables and juices. * Reduce intake of salt, tea and coffee for 24 hours. * Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. * Rest if you feel lethargic or nauseous. * Take a walk but not exert yourself. * Relax and reflect: you've detoxed your body, now detox your mind. Cupping can cause side effects such as persistent skin discoloration, scars, burns, and infections, and may worsen eczema or psoriasis. Rare cases of severe side effects have been reported, such as bleeding inside the skull (after cupping on the scalp) and anemia from blood loss (after repeated wet cupping). You should also forego cupping if you have: Bleeding disorders like hemophilia. Blood clotting problems, such as deep vein thrombosis or history of strokes. Skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis.Generally speaking, patients under the age of 60 tolerate cupping quite well. Once or twice weekly treatment can safely be administered (with the exception of Bleeding cupping). When treating patients over the age of 60, and in particular over the age of 70, more attention has to be directed towards the skin condition. Cupping might provide some relief for chronic neck or back pain, but that the quality of the evidence was too limited to draw firm conclusions. One problem is that it's tough to perform a high-quality study on cupping. Like acupuncture, the practice of cupping has been around for centuries and has been traced back to China. Many Eastern medicine practices have gained acceptance in the United States and other Western countries, and are often combined to help with pain, inflammation, weight loss, and stress relief, among other things. Cupping is widely practiced in Pakistan and easily to obtain treatment. Cupping does have benefits when it comes to pain relief, but you will have to fr I for yourself to see the results as i have had a good experience and will definitely be doing it again...

Addicted people are ill First thing’s first, you must admit you have an addiction. People are significantly more likely to have negative attitudes toward those suffering from drug addiction than those with mental illness, and don’t support insurance, housing, and employment policies that benefit those dependent on drugs. Addiction is a serious issue the U.S. is currently facing an opioid epidemic, and excessive use of alcohol continues to be one of the leading preventable causes of death, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In the 1930s, when scientists first began to study addiction, the prevailing view was that addicts were simply those too weak in willpower to say no. Because addiction wasn’t seen as an illness, there was no concept of treating it with rehabilitation centers and 12-step programs. Instead, heavy users of drugs and alcohol were seen as degenerates and criminals and were treated accordingly they were imprisoned or institutionalized so as not to be a nuisance to society. Drugs work by stimulating the reward circuitry in your brain. Typically, the reward circuit plays a role in learning it exists to ensure you learn to repeat activities that are life sustaining, like eating and sleeping. To do this, it releases dopamine a chemical that causes feelings of pleasure into your brain whenever you do an activity that is evolutionarily beneficial to your survival. As a result, an association is created between that activity and feelings of pleasure so that you’re motivated to do the activity again. All addictions, whether to substances or to behaviors, involve physical or psychological processes. Each person’s experience of addiction is slightly different, but usually involves a cluster of some sort. Signs and Symptoms of Addiction Symptoms can only be experienced by the person with the addiction, whereas signs can be observed by other people. You can never know what someone else is experiencing unless they tell you, so if you are concerned that someone else may have an addiction, look for signs as well as for symptoms. You might see some of these signs and symptoms but not others in an addicted person, but you can still be addicted even if you do not have all of them. Common signs of addiction include: * Secretiveness. * Lying. * Stealing. * Financially unpredictable, perhaps having large amounts of cash at times but no money at all at other times. * Changes in social groups, new and unusual friends, odd phone conversations. * Repeated unexplained outings, often with a sense of urgency. *Drug paraphernalia such as unusual pipes, cigarette papers, small weighing scales, etc. * “Stashes” of drugs, often in small plastic, paper or foil packages. * Lack of control, or inability to stay away from a substance or behavior. * Decreased socialization, like abandoning commitments or ignoring relationships. * Ignoring risk factors, like sharing needles despite potential consequences. * Physical effects, like withdrawal symptoms or needing higher dosage for effect. It is not enough simply to “just say no.” The person needs to develop alternative sources of joy and reward, and people who have been isolating themselves in order to drink or use drugs without inhibition may need to work in a purposeful way to re-acquire habitual “joy” social interactions, physical pleasures like a swim or a bike ride, and other healthy, enjoyable rewards. The result is not only tolerance, the need to take increasingly larger doses to feel an effect, but also a loss of pleasure from normal activities that were reinforced by small amounts of dopamine like eating, sleeping, and hanging out with friends. Some people even become physically dependant on the drug, facing withdrawal symptoms like nausea, fatigue and insomnia without it. At this point, continuing to use the drug is no longer a matter of a choice both your body and your brain have become addicted to it, needing it to function and feel pleasure. But how can a person with addiction avoid the cues that set off craving? How can they reliably get help? Action steps for quitting an addiction: * Admit there is a problem. * Be accountable to someone. * Write down the harmful effects your alcohol or drug addiction has. * Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). * Call for help – now. * Create a support network. * Review your past attempts at quitting. * Distract yourself. * Change your environment. * Set a quit date. * Love Yourself. * Replace Your Old Habits with New Similar Ones. * Stay Away from Temptations that Help Feed Your Addiction or Bad Habits. * Take Small Steps to Setting Patterns. * Break the habit. * Exercise. * Discover a new hobby. Because change is so difficult, it's useful to have a guide when attempting to kick an addiction to drugs, alcohol or behavior. Addiction does not occur because of moral weakness, a lack of willpower or an unwillingness to stop. However, research shows that addiction can be managed successfully. Individuals who enter and remain in treatment can manage their addiction and improve their quality of life. Quitting an addiction is hard. Is there a cure for addiction? Not exactly, but there is a path to recovery. Simple steps to help you or a loved one stop addiction to drugs and alcohol. Become your strongest advocate and help yourself Quitting is a gradual process it often takes several attempts. But you can do it...

Broken heart tears from the soul A broken heart is an experience that all of us share, yet only experience alone. Heartbreak is an unfortunately common part of the human experience, and it really, really sucks. We’ve all been there, and it’s safe to say we all want to avoid experiencing heartbreak ever again. To fall in love is awfully simple, but to fall out of love is simply awful. Especially if you are the one who wanted the relationship to last. Mending a broken heart is never easy. There is no quick way to stop your heart from hurting so much. There is something called Broken heart syndrome, also known as stress cardiomyopathy or takotsubo syndrome, occurs when a person experiences sudden acute stress that can rapidly weaken the heart muscle. Broken heart syndrome is a condition that can cause rapid and reversive heart muscle weakness, also known as stress cardiomyopathy. Symptoms of broken heart syndrome. The symptoms of broken heart syndrome can mimic symptoms of a heart attack, including: * Chest pain. * Shortness of breath. * Diaphoresis (sweating). *Dizziness. Broken heart syndrome can be life threatening. In some cases, it can cause severe heart muscle weakness resulting in: * Congestive heart failure. * Low blood pressure. * Shock. * Potentially life-threatening heart rhythm abnormalities. Heartbreak hormones Hormones aren’t just for randy teenagers – our bodies produce a long list of hormones every day for different purposes, including falling in and out of love. Love can be addictive, like a drug, because of the hormones our brain releases when we become really attached to someone or something. Dopamine and oxytocin in particular are hormones which make us feel good and want to repeat behaviours, and are released at elevated levels when we’re in love. Then, when heartbreak happens, these hormone levels drop and are replaced with the stress hormone cortisol. Designed to support your body’s fight or flight response, too much cortisol over a period of time can contribute to anxiety, nausea, acne and weight gain all those unpleasant mental and physical symptoms associated with heartbreak. Short and long term prognosis depends on the type of stressor that causes the syndrome in the first place. Patients who develop broken heart syndrome due to emotional triggers have a good five year prognosis. Patients with physical stressors have a worse prognosis due to neurologic events, like a stroke. Since the heart muscle is not permanently damaged, most patients with broken heart syndrome continue to live healthy lives. Heartbreak can cause a large amount of stress, especially if the loss is a sudden one. This stress can affect how we feel emotionally and physically, and may take weeks, months or even years to recover from. Emotional Stressors Emotional stressors include: * Grief. * Fear. * Extreme anger. * Surprise. * Physical Stressors. These conditions include: * High fever. * Stroke. * Seizure. * Difficulty breathing (such as an asthma attack or emphysema). * Significant bleeding. * Low blood sugar. To stop loving isn’t an option. When those you love deeply reject you, leave you, or die, your heart will be broken. But that should not hold you back from loving deeply. The pain that comes from deep love makes your love ever more fruitful. How do we get beyond the pain? Here are some tips: * Make a good and bad list. * List your strengths. * Laugh. And cry. * Help someone else. * Detach and revel in your independence again. * Go through it, not around it. * Allow some fantasizing. * Work it out. * Create a new world. * Find hope. While it will be different for every person and every circumstance, in times of heartbreak, and set up healthy habits for an ongoing, healthy lifestyle. When you’re heartbroken, it can be easy to withdraw from your regular life and stop doing the things that you enjoy. But getting out and about, spending time with positive and supportive people, eating well and exercise can all help boost your mood and distract you from your upset. There’s no shame in feeling like you’re not coping very well with a heart break – as we’ve seen, heart break can be a big shock to the system. The more you have loved and have allowed yourself to suffer because of your love, the more you will be able to let your heart grow wider and deeper. When your love is truly giving and receiving, those whom you love will not leave your heart even when they depart from you. The pain of rejection, absence, and death can become fruitful. Yes, as you love deeply the ground of your heart will be broken more and more, but you will rejoice in the abundance of the fruit it will bear. Keep in mind that the old adage that “you’ll heal with time” has some truth to it. Over time, as the stress eases and you begin to calm down and recover, you should expect your bodily systems to gradually return to normal. If you’re feeling like the stress, sadness or anger isn’t passing, if you’re having trouble getting back to normal life, or if you’re concerned in any way about how you’re feeling mentally or physically, it’s time to get some extra help. Talk with a supportive friend, family member or partner. The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it.Heartbreak is funny to everyone but the heartbroken...

Losing in order to succeed When people are successful, we always focus on their success, not on the years of struggle, failure and trying again and again. We only see the bright side and don’t want to or forget about the years of hard work, while those years mostly bring the most inspiring and motivational stories. Most leaders believe money is the biggest indicator of success. Others say freedom from a boss, or to choose how to spend their time is success. Still others say being seen as an industry heavyweight is most important. We all have something we fear. For each of us, it will be in different areas of our lives and in different amounts, as we are all different people. The people who succeed in life are the people who can manage their fear. While they may look fearless, most will tell you there is still fear, but they go forward anyway. Courage is another term for that force that moves you forward, despite your fear. One of the most important senses most humans posses is pain. Pain allows us to learn very quickly from our mistakes. Picking up a sharp object, falling over, bumping into things, dropping something on your foot the pain involved quickly allows children to learn not to do these things. Without the pain, children would not learn through their failures. Without this failure, they would not learn how to succeed. So do not be afraid of failure, it is a part of your road to success. The quickest road to success is to possess an attitude toward failure of ‘no fear. I give you 4 reasons why you should embrace failure and see it as a valuable part of your journey, after all without failure, how sweet would success be? * Failure determines the kind of person you are. * Failure brings character and humbles you. * Failure will make you reach your potential. * Failure is life’s greatest teacher. Tips not to loose hope: * Be an encouraging person. * Be uplifting no matter what may be. * Be a very positive. * Embrace your tough times and explore what options exist to create an even better life. * Remember all the previous tough times you’ve battled through and how you got out of them. * Understand why you are experiencing tough times, but be grateful for what you still have. There are 5, not 1, keys to success. They are: Determination, Skill, Passion, Discipline And Luck. Here are tips for success: * Find What You Love to Do and Do It. * Think Big. * Don’t rely on others. * Get rid of distractions. * Get rid of stagnating thoughts. * Make the journey fun. * Seek knowledge, not results. * Take away distractions. * Be committed. Through commitment, you can gain motivation to pursue success. * Cultivate Positive Relationships. * Be a Person of Action. * Have an Unwavering Resolution to Succeed. * Do Not Be Afraid of Failure. * Learn How to Balance Life. * Don’t Be Afraid of Introducing New Ideas. * Believe in Your Capacity to Succeed. * Always Maintain a Positive Mental Attitude. As most of us take this hard, and each loss takes with it a portion of our confidence, with some shaking the very foundation of who we think we are. But what if these losses could add to us, rather than take away? What if we could use loss to succeed?Well, you can! We all lose. Even if we make all the right choices. And it’s not just winning realizing that you have the psychological tools that, after setbacks, can help change how you handle problems. We all feel an emotional low after we have failed, that is natural, human and inevitable. But how we respond to our failures is what determines our road to success. So often in the day, we let our fear get in the way of success. The feeling of failure becomes so powerful that we withdraw the things that may bring us great success. What you’ve accomplished, improve upon it, and be very pleased with the results. Keep moving forward. Believe in yourself, rationally evaluate your chances and go forward to reach your goals! Do it now. Stay motivated. Finally, I think we should cut people some slack. If they are not at a place right now where they want to win in life, perhaps they will be in a few weeks, months or years...

Winning vs succeeding This week I have been thinking and reading a lot about competition and whether or not it has a place in education. Right from when we are first at school to when we are chasing job promotions, as humans we are conditioned to believe the importance in success and winning. I believe that there is a difference between winning and success and here are the definitions of both words: * Win – to achieve first position and/or get a prize in a competition, election, fight, etc. * Succeed – to achieve something that you have been aiming for. However have you ever succeeded in your goal, or "won" so to speak, only to find yourself strangely deflated? Here are 8 set of wise words of wisdom: 1. Be the best version of YOU - stop comparing yourself to someone else and feel proud in your own achievements. 2. Successful players are not always the stars, but rather those who develop their skills to their maximum capacity. 3. Success is peace of mind attained only through self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do the best of which you’re capable. 4. Never try to be better than someone else. Always learn from others. Never cease trying to be the best you can be. That’s under your control. If you get too engrossed and involved and concerned in regard to the things over which you have no control, it will adversely affect the things over which you have control. 5. If you make the effort to do the best of which you’re capable, trying to improve the situation that exists for you, I think that’s success, and I don’t think others can judge that. 6. I believe that we must believe, truly believe. Not just give it word service, believe that things will work out as they should, providing we do what we should. I think our tendency is to hope things will turn out the way we want them to much of the time, but we don’t do the things that are necessary to make those things become reality. 7. You never heard me mention winning. Never mention winning. My idea is that you can lose when you outscore somebody in a game, and you can win when you’re outscored. I’ve felt that way on certain occasions, at various times. And I just wanted them to be able to hold their head up after a game. I used to say that when a game is over, and you see somebody that didn’t know the outcome, I hope they couldn’t tell by your actions whether you outscored an opponent or the opponent outscored you. 8. If you make an effort to do the best you can regularly, the results will be about what they should be. Not necessarily what you’d want them to be but they’ll be about what they should. I wanted the score of a game to be the by-product of these other things, and not the end itself. We have to identify opportunities to celebrate success for achieving goals, improving activities, bringing a great new idea, contributing to a team, or supporting a colleague. Well the combination is better than peanut butter and chocolate—and that is saying something. These are my takes on my inspiration: * There is a difference between belief and hope. * Unless you are the coach, do not comment on the performance of an athlete. * Respect time.Past performance is irrelevant to future success. * Nothing is instant. * Success is not about the outcome rather it is about the journey. * Be the best version of YOU. * We are all average in some areas, and there is no fault to be assigned or shame in this. * Successful players are not necessarily the stars, but rather those who develop their skills to their maximum capacity. * While your best effort may not yield the results you wanted, that’s okay because the purpose is to give your best effort regardless of the outcome. * Practice is where the work happens; the game is just a measure of the effectiveness of the work that week. * The lesson for the athlete in competition is for them to measure their effort to being the best they can be. * A good sport behaves consistently whether the game is won or lost. *Winning is irrelevant; don’t speak of it. In the last analysis, it’s all about doing your best. How to become successful….. Now, you may be wondering that to yourself. So I trued to come up with my own definition… I thought about that for quite some time, and I wanted to come up with my own definition. I thought that might help someone to decided better with what they are thinking about. Peace of mind attained only through self satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do the best of which you're capable. No written word, no spoken plea can teach our youth what they should be nor all the books on all the shelves. I believe starting on time, and I believe closing on time.Be patient and become a better teacher to yourself. I say to you, in whatever you're doing, you must be patient. If you make an effort to do the best you can regularly, the results will be about what they should be...

Training to think positively Our brain is not designed to create happiness, as much as we wish it were so. Our brain evolved to promote survival. It saves the happy chemicals (dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin) for opportunities to meet a survival need, and only releases them in short spurts which are quickly metabolized. This motivates us to keep taking steps that stimulate our happy chemicals. Build yourself a positivity circuit to do that, spend one minute looking for positives, three times a day for forty five days. This trains your brain to look for positives the way it is already trained to look for negatives. You may think there aren't enough positives in the awful world around you. Let’s start with an example I call the Dog Poop Paradox. Pet mess was everywhere when I was young because picking up after your pooch was not the norm. Then customs changed and the streets were gloriously cleaner. Did that make anyone happy? NO. People barely noticed. They do notice an oops, however, and they get plenty mad about it. We have inherited the brain that helped our ancestors notice threats in time to act. We are skilled at finding threats, even as we seek rewards: Build Yourself A Positivity Circuit Negativity will engulf you unless you build yourself a positivity circuit. When Your Cortisol Surges Realistic Expectations are the alternatives you generate when your cortisol surges. PARE Your Negativity When you build your positivity circuit, you will PARE your negativity with Personal Agency and Realistic Expectations. What they’re really struggling to do is master their mind in a more capable way: * I need to get a hold of my mind because sometimes I just have constant negative recurring thoughts that come up. I can’t get rid of them. * Sometimes I get obsessed about this one bad thing that happened to me. * Sometimes I can’t even control my attention. Become more positive through these 8 techniques: * Observe your thoughts. * Scan for the 3 daily positives. * Give someone a shout out. * Help others. * Surround yourself with positive people. * Look after your body and mind. * Subconscious re-training and inner healing. * Make time to do something that you love. On a continual basis you have to think: * Where are my thoughts right now? * Are they supporting me or are they automatically coming up negative and self-protective in ways that are not advancing my life? Make that thing important to you by giving it a sensation: * You feel that thing. * You sense it. * You sense what your next step would be. * You sense how it would feel if the outcome would be better. * How would it feel emotionally, psychologically, spiritually for that thing? For me, I’m an avid reader. To make sure that I have the time to read every day, I wake up before everyone in my home so that I have the time to actually read. Since no one else is up, there aren’t any distractions that are preventing from reading Since no one else is up, there aren’t any distractions that are preventing from reading. My boundary setting to help me be able to free up this time is that I don’t pick up the computer until I have enjoyed a little reading. Write down five positive questions that you’re going to ask yourself three or four times a day. Every day you’re going to read these questions to yourself and answer them. They can be questions like: * What can I feel incredibly grateful for right now? * How could I surprise somebody right now? * How could I have fun right now? * How could I demonstrate love or excellence right now? I want you to really think about this. The more you take action, the more your brain is automatically conditioned to understand that’s what we do. You can actually condition your mind without doing any thought other than just behaving in a more positive manner and suddenly you find yourself thinking more positively. So be a person of good positive thinking. Be a person of good positive action. And suddenly, one day you’ll wake up and be like, I feel amazing, extraordinary, positive...

I don’t regret the things I've done, I regret the things I didn't do when I had the chance. Just know, when you truly want success, you'll never give up on it. No matter how bad the situation may get...
Prioritizing our daily goals Prioritize your time and define your life by goals. Organize things you have to accomplish regularly to be successful (family and finances). The truth is that our ability to move forward and accomplish our goals often depends on what we decide to prioritize. Once you’re clear on your priorities, you’ll be able to make better and quicker decisions that guide your life choices. Life is a treasure of wishes, desires, dreams and goals to be achieved but achieving every goal or desire is neither essential nor possible. Moreover, the burden of ambitions to achieve every goal you wish for is huge enough that will never let you enjoy even a moment of relaxation.Working to achieve a number of goals is quite frustrating and does no good to you and your surroundings. The cure is with you and quite simple; just cut down the list of goals to be achieved and make it look manageable and hence, achievable. Create a list of all goals. But also Add these aspirations for your work to your list. Be as broad as possible; capture all your tasks and goals: * Address the mismatch. * Estimate how you spend your time. * Rank your targets. * Rank your objectives. *Organize by time horizon. * Break your goals down to bite size pieces. * Be realistic. * Plan your resources. * Know how you will meet your goals. What your goals should consist of: * Planning milestones for your goal. * Prioritize your goals in Life. * What you count as a Goal. Reduce indecision about where to dedicate my time. Structure my day in a meaningful way.Easily say yes or no when I get requests from others. Sit down quietly, take a pen and paper and start with writing the goals you are going to start. Think carefully about why you are engaging in any activity and what you expect to get out of it. However, create a category of personal and professional goals as they both go hand-in-hand. To have a beautiful, accomplished and satisfying life, you need to prioritize your goals in life. Set an aim to achieve the goals in the order of their necessity and importance in your life. See achieving goals as the way you can keep your life going and more fulfilling. And if you think chasing too many goals at a time is bad, having none is even worse. Some of my Goals: * To help take care of bills. * Volunteer to join an unpaid organization for helping others. * Fix an outstanding issue. * Take a short course to up-skill. * Save an emergency fund of at least $1000. * Find a new hobby or revisit a childhood hobby. * Start your day earlier. My priorities: * To love my children and husband give them more time. * Helping my kids with their homework. * Be financially free make choices that help me build a future. *Health/wellness do exercise and have more home-cooked meals. * Family/friends to stay in touch daily 1 call if not a video call. * Staying in touch with friends. I hope this post has shown you the importance of setting priorities and goals, also how you can define yours today. Now that you know your top priorities, you’ll know exactly how you should be spending your time...

Starter Top 10 Multi cryptocurrency Since 2009 when Satoshi Nakomoto—or a person or persons going by that name, at least—created Bitcoin, cryptocurrency steadily grew more and more popular. What started as a joke in 2013 by Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer, intended to poke fun at the growth of altcoins became one of the top cryptocurrencies on the market in 2021. Dogecoin was named after a doge internet meme of a Shiba Inu dog, and, despite its satirical origins, the cryptocurrency had some practicality due to its large supply, as it has no cap, unlike other cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. Bitcoin, the crypto that started it all. Created as an alternative to the existing functional system by a person or group under the alias Satoshi Nakotomo, the digital money supply appeals to many because it's not controlled by any bank or government.Having been around since 2009, it's no surprise that Bitcoin has consistently been at the top of the cryptocurrency stock market charts. Vitalik Buterin created Ethereum, which officially went live in 2015. He proposed using Bitcoin's design to create a decentralized software platform supporting the programming of language and the building and publishing of applications to be run without downtime, fraud, or interference from third parties. The goal was to create decentralized financial products that are readily accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world. Sergey Nazarov and Steve Ellis created Chainlink in 2017 to enable smart contracts to connect to data outside the cryptocurrency platform. As a decentralized network allowing a connection that blockchains cannot achieve in a secure manner, Chainlink opened up more use possibilities for its system. For example, if a smart contract is trying to replicate bonds, Chainlink incentivizes data providers (oracles) to grant access to market price data. In 2011 Charlie Lee, a former Google engineer and MIT graduate created Litecoin. In many ways, Litecoin is like Bitcoin, hence its nickname as the silver to Bitcoin's gold, but it has the advantage of a faster block generation rate, which translates to a faster transaction confirmation time of 2.5 minutes versus 10 minutes on Bitcoin. Bitcoin Cash is essentially a spinoff of Bitcoin, the world's oldest and most widely traded cryptocurrency. Its creation was a result of disagreements between developers and miners over making changes to Bitcoin's original code to increase the size of blocks. The bigger the block, the more transactions it can hold, and hence the faster the transaction speed. Eventually, one group of businesses and developers launched the software that created Bitcoin Cash, effectively splitting it from the original Bitcoin. Anyone familiar with trading is well aware of the volatility of the market. For cryptocurrencies, this volatility is often frequent and dramatic, leading to major losses or gains. Tether was created in 2014 to eliminate this issue of volatility by pegging its market value to the price of the US dollar. Since then, Tether's support has extended to three other stablecoins, namely the Chinese Yuan (CNHT), Euro (EURT), and XAUT, backed by 1 oz. of gold. Before it became a stand-alone cryptocurrency, Binance Coin was hosted on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. In 2017, the Binance decentralized exchange (DEX) went online and it became a platform similar to Ethereum, albeit with extra features. XRP was launched in 2013 to complement traditional payment methods. It uses a more open infrastructure to move money around the globe without the involvement of third parties. Thanks to the fast processing time of approximately three to five seconds and low transaction fees, it's able to compete with the SWIFT system currently used by banks and other major financial institutions. Cardano is not only a cryptocurrency, but a platform for decentralized apps, as well. In fact, Jeremy Wood and Charles Hoskinson, who developed the platform, worked on the Ethereum ecosystem before that. Following its release in 2017, Cardano stood out as its network allowed settlement of payments and transactions, plus deployment of smart contracts. But cryptocurrency giants like Bitcoin and Ethereum are high in value...

Self Control Self-control has been defined in many ways as willpower, self-discipline, or conscientiousness. But however you define it, self control is about being able to regulate yourself. It is an important skill to develop because these same emotions occur in any person who feels that their needs or desires are not being met. However, a person who lacks self control may respond in a variety of ways including with anger, physical violence or by turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Self-control is the ability to manage your emotions and actions so you don’t stray from your path and are able to meet your long-term goals. Psychologists typically define self-control as: * The ability to control behaviors in order to avoid temptations and to achieve goals. * The ability to delay gratification and resist unwanted behaviors or urges. * You need to have willpower and there needs to be a clear goal and the motivation to change. Let’s look at an example to understand the importance of self control: * Say you have a project deadline the next morning. But your friends invite you at the last minute to go out for dinner. * You’re in a dilemma. You want to go out and have some fun with friends. But, at the same time, you know you should wrap up your project so that you don’t have to pull an all nighter. * People use a variety of terms for self-control, including discipline, determination, grit, willpower, and fortitude. But not everybody is successful at exercising self control. how to avoid loosing self control: * Remind Yourself of the Consequences. * Focus on One Goal at a Time. * Practice Using Self Control. * Plan Ahead. * Avoid Temptation. There will always be things that tempt and distract us from our goals and commitments. It is the awareness about the importance of self control that drives us towards making the right choices. Our goals require our unwavering focus and commitment, and self control is the mechanism that stops us from deviating from our path. The belief that self control alone can help us reach our goals can lead to people to blame themselves when they are unable to resist temptation. It may also lead to feelings of learned helplessness where people feel that they cannot do anything to change a situation. As a result, people may give up quickly or simply stop trying in the face of obstacles. Benefits of self control: * Better personal relationships. * Self control can make you excel. * Self control can beat temptations. * Greater chances of success. * Decision making ability. You exercise self control. In other words, you don’t give in to the temptation to go out and enjoy, and you finish your project instead. Remember that sustained and well directed effort is essential to achieving your goals, and self control is the skill that keeps you on the right track...

Mom my world Dear Mom, Mummy, I could go on and on but the words are not enough to describe the wonderful person you are. You prepared me so well for life, teaching me and raising me in a way that helped to ensure my success. You taught me the value of hard work and how to have important business taken care of before stopping to relax. I want you to take a break now and relax and let me show you how much I love you while you enjoy peace, calm and tranquility. Last but not least I wish for you to feel the wonderful sense of being loved that you have made me feel throughout my entire existence. There has never been a moment in my life, no matter how dark, when I couldn’t think of you and feel the love you have for me buoying me up and carrying me through. Your love has carried me through so much, it’s lit my way through dark times and lifted me over hard times. Your confidence in me has inspired my own confidence in myself, and my desire to not let you down has transformed into pride of spirit and the ability to move myself on, no matter how difficult things might seem. I pray for you to have a healthy life so that you can not only live long enough to see me through as much of my life as possible, but so you can live happily enough to get the most out of your time. You have always made sure I was taken care of, nursed me through illnesses and stood by me on bad and good times. I love you and I will always care for you. I hope that I have made you proud of me, proud of my accomplishments and proud of the person I have become. You are responsible for the best parts of me and I pray I’ve done you justice through my character and behavior. So thank you, Mummy, for all you have done and continue to do for me. I am who I am because of you, and I am so glad to have had you both as my Mother and my friend. Motherhood is a choice you make every day to put someone else’s happiness and well being ahead of your own to teach the hard lessons to do the right thing even when you’re not sure what the right thing is…and to forgive yourself over and over again for doing everything wrong...
