Welcome to my blog post today guys!
How are you guys doing?
How are we all coping with our work, duties, and all?You know I have been reading different articles from different writers who keep talking about their writer's blocks or how they don't have a particular topic or thing to write about or blog.
I have also bumped into those that talk about having less or no time at all to blog and engage as they wish to, as such they only force themselves to keep up with their articles and keep up with other writers at night and most times sacrificing their beauty sleep and all to complete a particular task or article.
I was thinking about which topic to write about last night but since nothing was forthcoming, I had to implement one of the writing tips from @emily2u which I already told her I have been using for a while now and it had worked for me and that is sleeping on a particular topic
Many of us have had our articles or post settled in our drafts for a while now and we can't seem to complete it because of one thing or the other. While most of us don't even have the time for it.
So because of this, I was inspired to write on Time Pressure
For most of us, we have been talking about time management and all.
How we can effectively manage our time to meet our goals, our tasks, and our target for each day or the month.
But have we really thought of the damages we cause ourselves when we try so much to do those things or achieve those goals when we really don't have much time for it? But we force or pressurize ourselves to do them?.
Okay, let's look at what time pressure really means.
What Is Time Pressure?
Time pressure is a type of psychological stress that occurs when a person has less time available (real or perceived) than is necessary to complete a task or obtain a result. When a consumer feels time pressure, they narrow their focus. They complete less research and compare less criteria.
Judging from the definition, you and I can agree that we are victims of time pressure at times.
When it seems we don't have much time to complete a particular task, we tend to force it, we try to squeeze in whatever task it is we were to accomplish and most times the result isn't always a nice one, considering the low effort that will be given to that task.
Time Management
Effective management of our time can help eradicate time pressure to a certain proportion.
When we make plans, set our goals and targets, and then work towards them accordingly without misusing or abusing the time that would have been used for a particular task then we will be able to get rid of time pressure.
We should be able to use the time allotted for each task and be able to complete them.
It is only when we abuse and misuse our time that would make us feel pressured to do a given task at a given time because often we might not always have enough time to complete those work or tasks.
Are you a victim of time pressure?
Are you a victim of poor time management?
Maybe it's high time you reset your mind and set new strategies to effectively manage your time well.
You can actually finish up with a particular work or task before moving to another.
Don't make the mistake of jumping from one task to the other without even completing one because, at the end of the day, all those tasks may be left unfinished or incomplete.
Manage your time well. If you are a writer struggling to keep up with your blog and also do other things, maybe it's time you discover what works for you and stick it to it.
Do not wait until you are pressured to do a particular thing.
Don't abuse or misuse your time.
Even if you are working, make effective use of the little time you have.
Use your time wisely!
Use it effectively!

I now have taught mysef to not be pressured to do things at once as I know it won't make things better. I just decided to enjoy the things I am doing, and the results, so far, are good. As long as I enjoy what I do, then I know good results will follow.
