What's on my photos gallery?
This article is in response to my very good virtual friend @Lhes earlier she posted her article for today about some pictures in her gallery. She tagged me and asked what pictures I have in my gallery too. She maybe forgotten that a few days ago my phone is broken that's why it's impossible for me to share about it. However, I told her that I might checked my facebook account to check for some photos and make my own version of her article. By the way if you want to read her latest article you can check it here.
Originally I was supposed to save some photos in my facebook account, then I remembered back in 2017, I save some photos of my old phone to my google account. I immediately opened my google account and click the photos and baam some of my old photos were still there. So without further ado, let me share the story behind every pictures I am about to share.
Oldest photo in my Gallery
This picture isn't originally taken from my phone. Because as far as I can remember I bought my old phone back in 2017, however this picture was taken in 2011. This picture was uploaded in my fb account and I really find it funny that's why I save it on my old phone. Obviously, it's me and my husband doing some wacky posts. We are fond of doing that post like everytime. This picture was taken after we celebrated our eldest son's first birthday. After celebrating it with the family and relatives, some of his friends came with us back home for drinking session. It was really a fun night that we ended up having some silly pictures right after.
Latest photo on my gallery
Unfortunately, last year I received an email from google reminding me that I almost used up the memory for saving photos in my account, that's why I wasn't able to save the newest photo of my broken phone. This photo was actually the latest photo saved on my google photo gallery. The picture was taken a year ago, when my husband's relatives decided to go to "Heroes Cemetery" located in Fort Santiago, Taguig. As you can see from the background, white cross that has no name. That exact place served as the burial place for those unknown heroes back in the world war 2. If you could visit that place you'll be amazed at how many unknown fallen heroes were buried there. Meanwhile my husband's grandfather was also a soldier during that time, that is why he was also buried there but on different location. Some of our country's dead president were also buried there, even the controversial President Marcos which we visited that day by the way.
Most loved photo in my gallery
Oh my gosh, I have so many favorites photos in my gallery but guess what, this is probably my most loved photo. I am with my real life oppa and we're doing the famous heart post. I know this is quite a little corny, but you know in the name of love, you can always do things that is beyond your imagination. So this picture was taken in 2019. This is in MOA by the way, my husband agency's office was near MOA so whenever he has to report to submit some papers for his work, the kids and I tagged along with him. Then we always wanted to see some sunset on that particular place and then stroll in the mall afterwards.
My worst photo in my gallery
My least like picture because this reminds me of a painful event in our life. This was taken in 2018 when I had a miscarriage. I was 3 months pregnant, unfortunately some things aren't mean to be. It was supposed to be our third child and I was really hoping for a baby girl. The case was blighted ovum pregnancy where I was pregnant, however the baby didn't developed as time goes by. I have some spotting that lasts for days and then ended up in miscarriage. I have to undergo a minor operation that's why I have to stay in the hospital. What is much worst was that my husband wasn't with me that time because he just renewed his contract at work overseas. I am glad some of the family were there to look out for my kids.
My best stolen shot
I really thought I won't be able to retrieve this photo, after my phone was broken. This is probably my best stolen shot photo. This was also from 2019 where we went to my hometown province and do this extreme adventure. It was my first time driving an atv and I was really scared at first. I was hesitant to try it but with my husband's conviction I said yes. It was worth it in the end because I did enjoy every seconds of it. I have to give credit to our guide for capturing this great photo.
Closing Thoughts
It has been said that in every picture tells a story. I really like to take pictures because when I was young I don't have many pictures. We don't have a camera back then and the only photos I had back then was some photo during our recognition day which you have to pay some photographer to take a picture of you and then after some days you'll get your own copy of it. We are lucky right now because of the updated technology we can capture every important events of our life without costing too much.
So this is for today article. I hope you enjoy what I had just share with you. I will be very glad if you can also share a glimpse of your gallery too.
