Christians & slavery

If you are a Christians you do not all believe the same, share the same Bible, Church, reverend, culture or faith with other Christians. It would be good if that was the case if shared what we have in common but instead, we fight ad kill those who do not believe what we believe.

Doubts, questioning the written word is not allowed.

Lately, someone wrote: we worship God in church. We go to church to worship. This sounds odd to me. The church is not meant to be a place to worship anyone. God was against worshipping. The churches built by humans are not like the old holy places our (European) ancestors went to ask the gods for a good harvest, rain, good health. They have nothing in common with the old African religions who did the same as we did. We tall thought that bad luck came over us because we made some God angry. To please that God we sacrificed what was dear to us. Our food, young girls, children and money. Each God had to be pleased and as the first churches arose we had to please the church. The church, the leaders of the church...those who called themselves close to God, to God, Jesus or if you like the pope, priest, reverend. All those modern "high priests" live for centuries in luxury. Have a look at Vatican city. A bunch of elderly surrounded by gold, valuable items. Old men without a life rule over others and pretend they are almighty.
The fact so many falls for it says a lot about the world they live in which is a world filled with fear, fear, threat and slavery.

A church should be a meeting point where all people are equal.

A place where is room to express oneself. The joy, faith and doubts people have. It should be that place we look forward to visiting because you know you are welcome.
It shouldn't be a meeting point where thunder speeches are made, where words no one understands are spoken or fear is spread. A church should spread love. Love for all people, this community should care about others and the 'leader' gives a good example. There's nothing wrong with being that good Samaritan. The fact others scare you and do not believe the same as you do doesn't make them bad persons. If you truly believe God has a plan, Jesus died for all our sins why is it Christian doubt and hate more than pagans and non-believers do? You might say it's because you are a good sheep and follow your Sheppard but how do you know your Sheppard isn't a false prophet? When exactly did you come to the point to forget that the lost sheep is more dear to God than the sheep who always behave and follow without being critical once, without enjoying life for real?

Christianity or let me call it the modern belief isn't the original belief that existed in most countries in the world. World wide a changed version of a Jewish belief is adopted. Adopted and changed by a Roman narcissist who didn't want to share the people's attention with so many Gods. This meant the end of the Roman gods, the Greek gods but also the Germanic gods. Back then the rules were simple and not different from today. If you are not with me you are against me. Does it sound familiar to you? You have to join the group if not you are the enemy! Till today this is exactly how dictators reign but also how we treat each other. It's what the bully says, the mayor, governor, president and the reverend or priest in church: Those who are not with me are against me.
It's something I cannot recall God or Jesus ever said. Perhaps the Bible I was raised with was different, perhaps God did since that father had a sadistic attitude and tricks each dictator would love to have. That Roman emperor of long ago for example knew how to do it though. Spread fear, lock people in, start with witch hunts and show the revenge of an almighty person -in this case, the emperor, not God himself- and kill everyone who is against me. Kill those who do not fall for my narcissism. God... Welk, God kept silent and that's why that Roman emperor, popes, priests and dictators get away with their deeds.

The Jews expired the same long ago if we may believe them. It's hard to know the entire story since we didn't live back then. We have to believe them on their word. A story that has changed because that's what happens to stories. People change, their values and norms change and a tale needs to fit into a certain culture, culture and time to pass the message or keep it alive.
Those Egyptians were changed into the bad dogs in this story told by the Jews. A folk that had nothing not even a country of their own. Just like the Romans -a city in today's Italy- they were warriors, wanted to be powerful and rich. They had their own Gods and next to these Gods the emperor was seen as a God too. It may be clear this fact wasn't unnoticed in Rome and we know how people are. We want what others want, we love to be almighty too.

Egypt wasn't different from any other country in the world. Emperors are dictators and if you are not with them you are against them. For sure they stole and raped women and children, killed people, castrated men. Dictators aren't stupid they know where the threat comes from. It comes from those who don't follow the mass, those who hesitate, have doubts and from the people with common sense or who believe in different values. Values or a God if you like.

In Egypt were slaves, so had Rome, Greece and African and Asian countries had and still have slaves too. People abuse each other and feel better if they dominate someone else. If you can't have a dog you take a wife, a child or a neighbour. Slaves are people you use and look down at. You see them different, not totally useless they do the dirty job for you but you do not see them as individuals with rights, human rights. A slave is a possession not different from a house, car, dog. You can give it away, sell it, buy it, you can drag a slave behind your car through the village, use it for prostitution, set a slave at a fire or shoot him at the spot. It' was a common thing to do back then and it still is today. We don't give a damn about slaves, about people who are different from us. We are raised by a book and our only duty is to get rid of everyone who isn't with us. Today we use anonymous call lines, the internet, cams to make sure they will take care of the 'enemy' and the church plays a big role in this play. They are the ones -just like schools- who brainwash people to believe, think in the same way. It's the easiest way to create modern slaves. People are willing to spy, lie, do a dictator's job.

If we may believe the Jews they had it with Egypt and left. They left a country that didn't want them in the first place and exchanged it for a nomad life in a desert. If each Jew was treated as slave is doubtful but they were unwanted and the underdog because they were different. If there's one thing people cannot cope with is differences. Our instinct isn't programmed to accept differences. We embrace those who look like us, are, behave and think the same. It's a natural thing to do to blame someone else for misfortune, bad luck, our own bad decisions, laziness and bad health since we believe we are perfect and the chosen ones. We have a right to live a perfect life, to be rich, to be pampered. If our life doesn't fit into that picture, our dream we have to blame someone for it. The less worst scenario is we gossip, bully, beat up someone, the worst is... Well, you know what you did, what people are capable of but also what you didn't do!

A good Christian... you are not a good Christian if you live sober, do not commit any crimes. It doesn't make you a good person if you visit the church every Sunday or with Christmas and Eastern only. Good people, Christianity shows by good deeds and intentions. If you ignore the world we live in, if you look down on people who don't share your opinion, if you rat someone out, make that anonymous call, let others suffer because of your deeds you are a criminal. You might think what you do today is the right thing but that's what the Nazis thought too. It was after they lost the war it was called bad. Interesting is today that bad is worldwide accepted. It's not a sign of being a good Christian if you play God's helper, think you are almighty, if you abuse, molest people, women, children, if you use them as a slave or genuine pig for experiments. If you gossip, lie, hide in fear and do not stand for what's right you are not a good person, you do not show love and have no faith.

The Jews lived in the desert for forty years if we may believe them. If someone had a calendar among him I doubt but the eighty-year war didn't last eighty years either and the ignored war in North Ireland didn't even end in 2021. Wars are fought by the people because one dictator wants to be almighty and force his will upon others. With technology and addicted people who depend on the internet, it's even easier to spread fear and manipulate, to fight wars. Google, Facebook, Twitter, the media all use this tactic. Users are brainwashed, slaves of dictators who want you to believe their story. You only see what they want you to see. A story that might contain some true components, a story that will be a mix between fear, an included scapegoat and hope. Hope and the promise it will all be better one day. If not in this life it might be in the afterlife. Just like monkeys in this test, it's the only thing people living in fear cling to.

Slaves, scared people, the mass, all those brainwashed and manipulated people follow a false prophet because they lack the courage to see the truth, do what's right. Indeed it's easier to sell out who's in your way, treat someone as a useless piece of trash because his story makes you realize you need to think and you might be wrong. What if you are wrong and harm others because of a lack of courage? Bravery needed to fight the monsters underneath the bed or those hiding in the closet? Imaginable monsters created by yourself, monsters kept alive because your mind is narrowed and you cannot imagine the one you follow blindly is not a good person, lies but the monster, criminal, a wolf in sheep clothes you always said you despise but are not able to recognize?

Fear is no excuse to harm others. We cannot blame a dictator for abusing us. We let him and with that we are sinners. To me, the biggest sinners are those who dare to say: the devil made me do it or "I'm a Christian, I'm a good person."
Good persons do not exist. It's like the church's caretaker in the tv series 'Bitter daisies' -original title: O sabor das margaridas- said: sins are also done by the deeds we refuse to do. If you close your eyes for all the wrong you are a criminal too.

Do not believe everything told. There's more nonsense spread than truth.

There is not one science! All scientists never agreed about one thing unanimously.

To my opinion, we own it to ourselves to find out the truth. Humankind is not meant to blindly follow a leader especially not one who can't hear what people say and remains deaf and blind for the needs of the people.

Interesting. Though it never occured to me below was Paul, Paul was merely God's messenger. If you take it down to history lines, it was the emporor who did the implementation not Paul. More less I've thought "Kitty" was mentioning "Constantine", which he actually ends other gods during this era. And what i really know to be narcissist are the emperors of those times, needless to say the leaders of our time - most of them. Apologies should my thinking be faulty, but Constantine was the 1st emperor to ever embrace christianity. And i don't wanna go down much to this lane.

"Adopted and changed by a Roman narcissist who didn't want to share the people's attention with so many Gods. This meant the end of the Roman gods, the Greek gods but also the Germanic gods."

"Fear is no excuse to harm others. We cannot blame a dictator for abusing us. We let him and with that we are sinners."

Well, I am interested with the honesty. Very blatantly boldy written, some guts to say all those right on our faces. It is true, slavery does exist today and its tightly hidden at backstage by almost everyone. To mention the movie "Trafficked", it says it all. True, difference told is better untold, -its a dangerous plight but I do appreciate the honesty written raw but i cannot agree that "Good persons do not exist." because in what I believe to be true is that everyone is inately good. Good read, makes me think. God bless!

I couldn't find anything offensive. Though i don't know about history too much. But by reading your article everything seems to me so perfect and normal.

Utter blasphemy! You call Paul a narcissist? Jesus Himself appointed Paul an apostle to the Gentiles on the road to Damascus.

You are a false teacher and lie like your Father the Devil. Repent and believe on Jesus or face the coming darnation deserved by all false teachers and unbelievers in the risen Jesus.

You best wake up, Kitty!

What makes you think I am a teacher? I share my opinion about a subject I am raised with and what I see happen around me. Who are you to judge?

You read what I said and I stick with it and you live with it like it or not. You will be judged lest you repent of your false teaching.

I see no need for names calling here. @wakeupkitty simply shared her opinion in a certain topic. She didn't impose it on you to agree with her. If you don't like the post simply over look it and move on... It's as simply as that.

Take your own advice if you don't like my opinion, then. See how that works?
