It's in the eye of the beholder. How easily we get used to our own environment. Being a tourist in your own country, starting with the village you live, is a good way to discover the world around you with different eyes. A camera makes it possible to do so. On those rare days, I take some steps outside and I do not forget to take my phone with me I search for something special.
I do not need to take many steps outside. I even did on bare feet at the end of the day. Those trees can be eyecatchers but the first catchy thing I saw were windows... The colorful windows in the building at the right. There was a restaurant in it for about one year.
I had to stretch out and hold my phone above my head to photograph what I saw. Cars were parked in front of it and I didn't want them on my photo. After I made the photo I saw the reflection of the tree in it. It wasn't what I saw from the spot I was standing. I only saw colorful windows. It's a bit disappointing I could not photograph it.
I zoomed in a bit and again held the phone with stretched arms above my head. This time for the tree. Such a pity I could not make the photo I intended to but from a difference, you would mainly see all cars parked in front which would take away all the magic.
I used my phone. It's a Samsung A10, nothing special but good enough to make some good photos once in a while. Especially outside.
The free app Photogrid I use to save my photos in a smaller picture which makes it easier for me to upload them.
No special effects are used. It's just me, the phone and a grey, cloudy day plus some daylight.
It's really beautiful 💗 I also love photography.
