I Received Appreciation From Other What's Next?
Appreciation is the best feeling in the world. When you receive appreciation from others, it's a beautiful thing! It's like throwing your arms up in the air and saying "Yay!" Or maybe it's more like sitting with your feet up on the couch, sipping tea while watching the sunset. Either way, there is something magical about being appreciated by others that makes us feel good inside.
This also holds true if the one that appreciated what you did is somehow important to you or the people that you look up to. Just like what happened to me when I created a blog post about what I learned from Semi Safe Space Podcast it was an exhilarating experience for me when they shared my content and captioned it "nakakakilig".
The fanboy in me easily got awakened and appreciate them even more.
There's a reason why we are always taught to appreciate others in life.
Appreciation is a two-way process where you need to be appreciated for your actions and gifts that you give, and in return, you need to give back the love that you receive from others.
The act of appreciation creates an environment of giving and receiving which creates mutual respect among individuals. It also helps build relationships with others and fosters trust because it shows that you care about them as people.
I am so bad with this, makes me wonder back then why I should care and appreciate others' work. Like if they like what I am doing then good but going an extra mile to appreciate their stuff nah.

If you show appreciation, you will be appreciated.
Appreciation goes beyond simply giving thanks or offering praise; it involves taking action on something that matters to them. If someone does something nice for you—like cooking dinner or posting an emotional support meme online—you can express your gratitude by actually doing something nice in return maybe equal to what you have received or maybe go beyond that.

We are so self-centered that we just don't care about others and their needs but when we receive compliments, we get flattered.
We are not humble, grateful, or appreciative. And no matter what happens to us in life, there is always someone who has had it worse than us.
We fail to realize that the problems which seem big to us might be small compared to someone else’s problem.
We forget the importance of being thankful for things that happen around us every day because they become part of our routine but if you lose these things, you will notice how important they were for your daily life.
Appreciation doesn't come without hard work.
While it's true that appreciation is a choice, it doesn't come without hard work. When we choose to appreciate, we're choosing to see the potential in something rather than focusing on its shortcomings. We're also choosing not to compare ourselves with others or hold onto old stories of how things "should" be done.
When you begin appreciating more, the world around you will change—and so will your sense of self-worth and ability to handle challenges that arise along life's journey.
So if someone appreciated your work or whatever happened to your life try to step out in the mini circle that you have and give back the energy given. It wouldn't cost a thing and it can build a stronger connection with others too!
I am now doing a podcast relating to the life of content creators and it is available in Spotify:
Episode 1: The Art and Story of Jude Villarta
If you have the leisure of time you can listen to it and even send me a message for a possible collab.
You are a Filipino pala haha 😂. One profile again na napagkamalan kong foreigner.
Would it be fine if magsusulat din ako gamit itong statement mo? "When we choose to appreciate, we're choosing to see the potential in something rather than focusing on its shortcomings. We're also choosing not to compare ourselves with others or hold onto old stories of how things "should" be done."
Magandang gawan ng reaction blog. Nakakatuwa nga talaga na may nagappreciate sa work natin or commendation sa work- nakakakilig lang at nakakagana db?
