Hello Readers! How are you all? I wish you all a happy new day!

I have tried to write today's article with an exceptional subject and information. That is-The Fascinating Science Behind Our Dreams! I hope you guys will find some new information and have fun reading my article ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Dreams are like movies that take place in our mind. They are made from thoughts, ideas and memories from the day that you just went through.

So, what's going on in our head during sleep?

There is no one answer to this question. Most scientists believe that dreams come from a combination of your imagination and your memory -- but others think dreams may be the result of brain activity during sleep or arousal and stimulus before bedtime.

Dreamworld is a term coined by Freud to describe the world of unconscious thoughts and desires that we have during sleep. Dreamworld is a place that you can visit in your dreams, which is a world where anything you can imagine becomes possible.

The meaning of Dreamworld stems from the interpretation of dreams. Dreams are our subconscious thoughts and imaginations manifested in an altered state of consciousness. It also suggests that we spend a lot of time during our sleep dreaming about things we want to achieve or those we want to avoid.

A dreaming is a normal and natural occurrence that happens while we are sleeping. Research tells us that people dream every night, but not everyone remembers their dreams. There are four different types of dreams-

Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep: These are the most intense, vivid and often lasts longer than other types of dreams. It is believed that this type of sleep helps to process information from the day and for memory and learning.

Slow-wave sleep: This occurs about 20 minutes after REM sleep has terminated. People in this type can experience hallucinations, nightmares and even night terrors.

Light Sleep: This is a short period where people have quick eye movements but the brain activity is more subdued.

Deep Sleep: The slowest brainwaves are seen in Deep Sleep which only includes 4% of those.

There are three different types of dream cycles that a person can experience:

-REM;

-NREM;

-dreamless sleep.

The REM stage of sleep is when the most happened and it's often the most memorable. Some people may also experience nightmares that they cannot distinguish from reality. Nightmares typically happen during NREM stage of sleep and usually happen only once in a period of REM sleep.

The human brain is the main engine of dreams. Dreaming happens in a cyclical pattern and is affected by sleep cycles.

Researchers have discovered that the same areas of the brain activate during dreaming as when weโ€™re awake. Consequently, dreaming takes place in REM sleep and not during other stages of sleep like deep or light sleep. The imagination has one of the most important roles in dream life. The imagination can either be a tool for seeing what is not present or an invention so that you can explore new concepts and ideas.

The imagination helps you experience your dreams. Memory, on the other hand, is probably involved in remembering the content of the dreams. It is believed that memories from the day before may play some role in interpreting the dream during sleep.

The brain has a very complex system of regions and neural connections involved with dreaming and memory, but there are many conclusions that have been drawn to understand how these two work together during sleep.

So, the science behind our dreams is fascinating. Sometimes we have a hard time remembering our dreams but the ones that we recall can be really telling to the state of our mental well-being.

Dreams let us travel in a world where our thoughts are free to collide and explore. They are an outlet for all the thoughts that are buzzing around in our head when weโ€™re awake, and this is why they hold so much wisdom.

The interpretation of dreams is great. I used to think that beautiful fairies would come in a dream. But with age it has become a ridiculous transformation. I think our daily work is transformed into dreams into sleep based on actions. And I don't dream long. Because my sleep is very light. And I sometimes dream of the moment. It stimulates my brain more. I think it's better to dream. Dreams lead you to success.

This is quite interesting, science can explain how humans dream and even knew what happen inside the dream, as for me I have dreams that I remember but lots of dreams are forgotten when I wake up, however the interesting part is I knew I was dreaming that's why I'm trying to make actions inside my dream and manage to change it if I'm dreaming horror.
