Don't worry about the things that you cannot control, just focus on the things which you CAN....!!!

In the current day and age, we are faced with many uncertainties. We cannot control the future, we cannot control other people’s actions and we cannot change their minds. But we can still control our mindset and work on what is important to us.

There are so many things in life that you can't do anything about - like people's opinions of you or the way they act towards you. The best thing to do instead of worrying about all those things is to focus your energy on things that you CAN do something about - your thoughts, behavior, emotions and experiences.

"Most people have no control over their anxieties, and they constantly worry about things that they cannot change.”

But as it turns out, this is a terrible idea. A lot of the things you CAN control ( like your health and relationships ) are a lot more important than the things you can't--and it's going to be difficult to get what you want if you're constantly feeling stressed out.

The phrase "control your thoughts" is often said but not always followed. Most of the time, we're not even aware of our thoughts, let alone how to control them.

However, what you can control is your actions and choices. You can make a decision to think positively or negatively - it's a choice you get to make every day. We should take action on our thoughts instead of just worrying about them because this would be more productive than standing still and doing nothing instead.

Worrying about what you cannot control is just a waste of time. Focus on the things that you can control like your attitude.

In order to be happy and live a successful life, you have to focus on the things that you CAN control. You cannot change other people or situations but you can always change how you think and feel about them.

Throughout our lives, we often focus on everything that is going wrong with our lives. This can be a problem because it’s not possible to control the things that are happening outside of us.

It is far more helpful and productive to focus on the things that we CAN control. There are many things that we can control in our lives, from being healthier to improving time management skills.

My wishes to emphasize the importance of focusing on things which you can control instead of worry about things that you cannot control.

Another simple example is when a person decides on money management, he can decide in which sector he will use his money if he wants to. Or he can decide how much he will invest in a business but he does not know what the future profit or loss of that business will be.

We usually expect a good answer before we do anything but in that case our decision can be wrong many times but it is not right to think that it will be wrong. On the other hand, we should not think that all our decisions will always be right. The point here is that whatever the outcome, we must keep trying.

Basically such thinking makes the difference between a financially successful person and a person who is not financially successful.

There are certain aspects of your life that are within your power to change and it is important to remind yourself every now and then that you have some degree of power over your external environment.

Many people choose to worry about things that they can't control, but worrying doesn't do any good. For example, let's say a person has a goal of weight loss and is trying to lose 2 lbs monthly, but they are only losing 1 lb monthly. That person might worry about why he or she isn’t losing more weight and how he or she is going to make up for the difference next month. Instead of worrying about things that he or she cannot control (weight), the individual needs to focus on what he or she CAN control, which is eating healthy foods and exercising more often.

The key to happiness, or at least a happier life, is not to focus on the things that you cannot control. It tells us to stop worrying about what will happen if something goes wrong and thinking about what to do if something does go wrong.

Look at what you CAN control and take action on those things. It's not enough to just eliminate fear about the future. You have to find something else for your thoughts and feelings to go towards.

Yeah that is true, we should try to control tge things that we can control. Because if we try to control those things which can not be controlled, it will be just waste of time.

That's really the mindset that all of us should posses just focus on things that will help you grow and avoid those stuffs that you can't control because it just add up to your stress and overthinking so just let it be.

You wrote well. We don't have to worry about things we have no control over. It's really just a waste of time. We must pay full attention to the things that are within our zone. Positive thinking is essential for planning. We should not disappoint ourselves and take full advantage of using our skills because anxiety hurts us. And things that are beyond our control should be ignored. Thanks for the reminder!

Literally your words are quite motivating. I've to work on it, like currently I'm 70 kg I'm working to make it to 50 kg. Not only on exercise now i have to change my diet too.
