+ or any other irrelevant circumstantial consideration.

this question has a fundamental value which
no one can argue against:

How much BCH do they want for services ?

It is merely a matter of market and consent.

All that is necessary to stay busy is to offer
services and/or goods at a competitive price.

"Price discovery" using BCH as the price is what we need.

How do we measure 'value' ?

Time.

Time is money.

Then the question becomes easy enough that a child can ask:

How much BCH will you work one hour for ?

This defines your minimum BCH wage.

If your minimum BCH wage is competitive then you will be busy.

If your minimum BCH wage is greedy then you may starve.

Somewhere between those two points is
the market value of BCH priced in time.

It is precisely that simple.
