The finfluencers are obligated to be registered with SEBI.
They must possess the necessary qualification before offering investment related advice.
They must transparently communicate their certified expert status or practitioner credentials.
This obligation arises whenever they provide advice and/or promote and/or comment on the merits of or demerits of the products or services.
Unregistered entities are not allowed to work with registered intermediaries or regulated entities to promote or advertise their services or products.
**The Effect**
Some finfluencers were taking SEBI registration number on rent to comply with the guideline. To tackle these malpractices none of the unregistered entities are allowed now. Some finfluencers were earning from referral programs of using platform or services that they advertise by giving completely biased views. The finfluencers make everything look easy and set expectation of market returns unbelievable high. It is believed by experts that now the guidelines will encourage transparent practices in the financial markets.

The covid break is the period I learnt a lot of new things. I also discovered different financial investment opportunities due to this finfluencers. I learnt about investments, trading and got introduced to the crypto community. Yes, the finfluencers have great impact. Many finfluencers put content for educational purpose. I enjoy Magh Bihu a lot. This is the fest where your belly can swell up hahaha. Visit your relatives and you can not run away from variety of tasty tasty foods.
Where's the value?
Recently all the media are covering one news here in Assam, a very sad one. People are questioning the incident. Is such horror a real possibility?
Humans are bound by a cycle of life and death. We grow up from child to adults they grow old and die one day. But all the meanings of life lies during this period. Everyone once was a child then they grow up and become parent themselves. How far doesn't a parent go for their child, we all appreciate a mother. The hardships they face only for their child....
The news was of a mother, a strong one. She taught her children well. Both children live in a different foreign country each. They must be doing well. Good thing for the mother, or was it?
The mother was found dead and rotting inside her room on her bed, a horrible sight that you can't unsee. No one to take care of her in her final days. No one even knew her dead. The well established children were unaware. The mothers are selfless but they deserve something better than this.
In a country where we value our parents a lot, where we live together till they die, this is a shameful incident. Where's the value of the education? Where's the return for all the sacrifices?
If you put yourself in the victim's shoes and you're okay, then only this incident is okay. Lets change the world starting from ourselves and make it a better place.

I was returning home by bus from my hostel. I sat beside a grown up man. He didn't utter a word but sit silently. I will remember the journey for what the man did later.
The man slowly asked me where do I stay. Starting from getting familiar he got to know my introduction like my study and from where I have completed my studies. He also asked if I was looking for job or what. He agreed that nowadays merit is required for job.
He brought out the topic of business. He told me about a person and asked if I know him as he is alumni of the institute I studied. He told me how that person started what he is doing today and how within two years changed his own life, from poverty to being wealthy.
He emphasized that you can do business too being a commerce graduate. There is great success in business if you do it well. He was telling how he can help if I wish to do. He was stating the requirements to start the business and trying to convince that they were low. He was trying to persuade me and sell his idea.
He was a genuine guy. I liked him. He was trying to invest in a potential investor - a great thing to do. You can see a marketing pattern in what he did. He started getting friendly, got more introduction, brought in the idea, told the benefits, eliminated the problems, simplified the idea and tried to persuade.

Let's go literally word to word. You wake up in the morning and see that it is raining. Will it be right to assume that it will be raining all day? It may be sunny in later part of the day. You will be wrong to judge too quick here even though you have the possibility to be right.
I believe there are talented but lazy people. There are people with latent talents. If you are believer of the above line and you judge them, you will always be wrong. You will be awestruck by their outcome. You will regret that you judged too quick.
The line above is a proverb, passed along time. It has been right many a times. Many believes and uses the line because of that. There's always a duality to things. A coin has two sides, either have the probability.
We also have always been taught of patience. Good things come to those who wait. *You believe this right*? Why not have patience while judging, having opinion, taking decision. Otherwise you will be too early.
You must have undergone at least one of those experience. That experience only might never have been significant to remember. It happens with a lot of things. We experience a lot of things in our day to day lives. But only a few remain as wonderful memory and lesson for the future. Sometimes they fade away and can't help us as emotions like fear, greed, lust, hope takes over the decision factor.

We are all busy with ourselves in our day to day life. We are happy go round when everything is going well and smooth for us. Our lives, compared to past have changed a lot. We were engaged with each other. Now we are engaged with the digital world. We have introduced ourselves new middleman.
Do you pray everyday? Maybe or maybe not. But if you are a believer, God is the almighty being who created us all. Still, praying sometimes doesn't naturally come to you. You may have felt that you are not always wary of God. You may have thought lazily yourselves, Oh, It's prayer time again. The devotion and faith is not hundred percent all the time. This may have someone feel anger or disagreement with me. But this seems reality.
When It Hits Hard you start praying. When you have taken a choice and awaiting result, you start praying. When you have done a mistake and want to avoid the consequence, you start praying. When you want something badly, you pray. God is the ultimate of hope. When there is nothing more you pray and believe on God and HOPE.
You will feel that your faith and devotion has increased at the time of need. Now you can't disagree. You must have undergone such situation at least once when you prayed for something.

**Lagging Problem**
Are you one who has a lot of things going on in mind but no output? Are you one who is not able to act on the things being lazy?
Don't worry. *You are not alone.* The times are changing. Nowadays, it is like it needs a lot of convincing for us to do something. The excitement is no more. People are less focused. We are always busy consuming entertainment. May be this is the reason that we don't get sudden excitement out of doing something that we are never motivated to do the task ahead of us or we fail to execute the plan we have on our mind.
Heed the last day of your life. Did you do something productive at all? Yes you may have or you may have not at all. But, you must have at least consumed some kind of entertainment in phone that may be watch a reel or funny video. Consumption of entertainment is not the problem. Contrary we need to be happy. Happier our mind, better our productivity. But, you must have noticed yourself you go on consuming one video after another. The consumption of entertainment is making us addicted. We pick up our phone and forget to put it back down.
The constant notifications of social media and all other apps are pulling us like magnets to use the phone. Most people have their mobile phones on their hand as if that is part of their body. But, that isn't ultimate the problem. You can enjoy any contents as long as you have time available. So where are we going? You want to search something on web. You open your phone lock then you are doing something else. Has it happened with you? Hope you comment you mind.

What can you do? We are becoming just wannabe. The transformation is never coming or coming very late. Don't you hear that best way to learn is through practical experience? The WHY? Why are we preferring sitting idle and only theory?
We have our mind. We should master our mind. We should be the one deciding what we wanna do. We should be the one deciding what we wanna watch, not the recommendation program or AI. You are influenced by the program that you may like this and you blindly believe and get hooked by the dopamine. Your actions are delayed or never take place as a result. The mind is forced into a passive state. We LAG.

There is an old saying. The right time to do anything is NOW. You may know or you may not. But most importantly do you follow? The problem the new generation is facing is real. And why it wouldn't be? The kids are used to smartphones from a very young age. When they cry, smartphones are given to play game or watch videos. How different the time has become. The children were encouraged to go out and play together. This made the kids physically fit and improved their social skill.
Possibly we can overcome the lagging problem if we apply the "Do It Now" approach. We have to remind and tell ourselves every time that the right time to do the anything is Now. We have something in mind then we have to spring into action without wasting time on any more entertainment. We can fail fast than never start. This way you will gain more knowledge to start again than just watching on some theory of starting.

Chat GPT is a language model. It can do almost anything. It was programmed to be such. Just AMAZING!!
What did I do?
I went to Chat GPT and told to write an article on AI itself. In a matter of seconds Chat GPT wrote out the entire article for me. Amazing right?
**One secret**: I completed my research paper with the help of the same AI - the Godly Chat GPT.
I went to Publish0x and pasted the article. I was feeling proud of myself. I had found a way to always post content my account without any hassle. I would be able to earn a lot, HAHAHA
Following Day
I found a gmail within it contained the sad news - Your Publish0x authorship has been removed. I replied to the gmail inquiring what was wrong. I found out that it can detect work by AI and publishing AI content is violation of their terms and conditions.
I can still read in their site and earn cryptos but my crypto earning from the articles all disappeared.
Suggestion

Like everyday as I was idly doing nothing and just going through videos in YouTube binge watching them, I skipped multiple ads, but I visited one site through one particular ad.
What was it?
It was an ad of starting SMMA. SMMA stands for social media marketing agency. The site was "maxperzon.com". Max was giving the course for free. He was teaching everything - how to set up, start, market for FREE.
What I found out?
I found out really he was giving all the values for free. Amazing!!
What I have learnt though was not everything will be free. you must have to find out something yourself or must incur a bit of investment. Inside the course in the set p max has showed the costs of setting up website, sales funnels, customer retention and all. He has offered a site he's working with which helps to setup the SMMA with less cost compared to what he has shown by calculation. Only the setup cost and all, other than that everything is covered by him in his course for free.
What I felt?
His value offered for free is immense. You can do what he says. But what I expected was for free. Yeah, the cost he had shown was immense. On the contrary I can't afford what he is offering - $97 per month. You can earn seven figures though if you start, which is awesome.
My Suggestion
All the webinars and ads of free things are not literally free. They will have something which will cost you even if a little. They will want something in return from you. Nothing is for free.
But
You can always join those free webinars, ads and all. You gain many valuable insides from those. you get many things for free. Like in the webinar I mentioned, you can learn about SMMA, the whole process and idea behind it, how they earn. Go for it. Utilize everything you can.

How far would you go to get your name out there? Taiwanese math teacher Chang Hsu is unbashed about putting his classes on Pornhub as a sales strategy. It's controversial, but it's definitely made him a star.
Chang Hsu teaches Calculus. He loves maths. The viewers of Pornhub are mostly 18 or University students. Chang believes students should play hard and enjoy but also focus on their studies. He was able to reach those students by uploading teaching videos on Pornhub.
Chang Hsu recieved many positive feedbacks. His idea of marketing himself made him a star and let him reach millions of students.
Well, few were dissatisfied saying that Pornhub isn't the place for teaching. Many expect porn and come across these serious math class videos. Whatever, that was the way, the unique factor that made Chang Hsu popular. He also uploads the courses on other platforms (which are usual - YouTube, etc.).
Chang Hsu says, "What I did didn't hurt anyone. I'll stick with what I want to do. That's good enough."

Old Yang is a beggar who lives in Beijing. He can usually be found just outside the Gu Lou Street subway stop in one of the city’s tourist districts, where for years he survived on loose change and spare bills from commuters. But life changed dramatically for him in 2015, when everyone in Beijing abruptly stopped carrying cash. Seemingly overnight, the entire Chinese population began to download apps such as WeChat Pay and Alipay and integrate mobile payment into their daily lives.
For Old Yang, this tech disruption could have spelled disaster: His livelihood relied on cash. But faced with a crisis, he adapted. First he scraped together enough money to buy a cheap Xiaomi smartphone. Next he printed a sign that displayed the QR codes for his WeChat Pay and Alipay accounts. Then he returned to his spot outside the Gu Lou Street station, where, with the sign strung around his neck, he connected his phone to the subway Wi-Fi—and waited.
Old Yang didn’t simply survive in China’s new cashless world. He thrived. Today, when people want to give him something, they no longer reach into their pockets for spare change. Instead they open the mobile-payment app on their phones, scan a code on Old Yang’s sign, and transfer a few yuan to him. The average donation he receives has grown from one or two RMB to three to five RMB—an almost 300% increase. Digital upgrading works.

One Piece is an anime based on manga written by Oda. It follows story of the protagonist who wants to be the pirate king. A story about pirates filled with amazing plots and a great story to keep you hooked.
How I came across this gold?
It was usual me searching for something to watch as I was bored. I asked my friend what he was watching nowadays. I asked him to recommend me one. I am happy that he recommended me this.
Why you should be watching One Piece?
What do you need in a story? One Piece is packed with everything - action, amazing story, amazing comedy, interesting characters, scene. It is a masterpiece. Don't be fooled by others or the many episodes to overwhelm you. Once you get started you won't know how fast you will complete the episodes as you binge watch to the most. The story is so great that you will be soaked to it until you finish it.
If you have watched any other anime or want to watch anime for the first time, you have got the best anime regardless. From the beginning you will start your watching journey along with the protagonist to his destination.
