4. Handling the situation: As you build your career, you may take on responsibilities that may not appeal to the people around you. It can also be called challenging. But yes, this challenge may change your future. So try to handle any situation. Practice accepting reality. Try to be diligent.
5. Sometimes the organization has to change while doing the job. But when exactly this needs to change is an important issue. Times have changed. Now you can't take or leave a job like before if you want to. Find a new job while still at work. You can leave your old job for a new job as soon as the salary and benefits agreement is matched. If not here's a new product just for you!
