Control Your Emotions Before Decision Making Not just control not to cry in public but also your anger. Anger can create violence or harm people when you don't know how to control it. Sometimes you can pass it to another person who doesn't do anything for you. I believe that people who don't know how to deal with their anger can kill their loved ones because of too much emotion. Anger can control your mind, plot things, makes you think too much, or worried too much that makes you hurtful. It whispered to your ears what revenge you will do. It makes you violent, aggressive, and dangerous. Sometimes it makes you out of the character. It gives you the power to do things that are impossible for your character. So you need to calm down when you're mad before you take an action or make decisions. Don't let your emotions eat you up. So don’t make a decision when it involves emotions.
Rice Is Life Filipinos can’t eat food without rice. Even Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is recommended to eat two or three times a day but usually, Filipinos like to eat more rice. Filipinos are a fan of rice, specifically white rice. They paired with any food like adobo, Lechon Baboy, and their favorite fried chicken from Jollibee, the popular fast food. They called fried chicken, chicken joy. Filipinos who went to Jollibee usually asked “Chicken Joy with rice and extra rice please.” So the counterparts of Jollibee Mcdonalds also offer Fried Chicken called Mac Chicken with rice and extra rice. Then the sister company of Jollibee, Mang Inasal a fast food that caters to Filipino foods like grilled chicken, etc, they are also popular for their offer, unlimited rice, or known as Unli Rice. Sen. Cynthia Villar in 2017, suggested about to ban Unli rice. Then many Filipinos oppose the suggestion of the senator. It trends online of their backlash about the suggestion. Filipinos against her ideas to ban Unli rice. That's how Filipinos love their rice. However, rice cause gaining weight and can cause diabetes. The bad eating habit of rice can cause diseases like a heart attack. An example of a bad eating habit of Filipinos is to eat noodles with rice. Some media suggesting to remove rice from the meal like what western people do. Some western people don't like rice because it has many carbs but the majority of their population is obese and it's increasingly more. Higher than in the Philippines. It is because they eat a lot of fast food, processed food, and junk foods, maybe that's the worst replacement for rice. Filipino doctors disagree with the idea of removing rice from the meals of Filipinos. Instead, to promote less rice and meat, and more vegetables. They promote brown rice, red rice, black rice for the replacement of white rice. They realize that rice has health benefits, especially for youth. Only the amount of rice should be in control and also what kind of dish they pair with rice. Like.Share.Subcribe.
Don't Listen To Fat Activists Fat Movement is a movement for fat activists promoting to be obese more. They give you a misconception for saying they promote body positivity and fat acceptance. These are more popular in the USA. When you say Fat Acceptance, it means to accept that you are fat, and unhealthy and needs a change for your health. However, fat activists, they are promoted to accept that you are fat and enjoy being fat. They use the word "discrimination" to those who disagree with their movement. They will call you "Fatphobic" when you start to tell them that they need to go to the gym or diet. If you think to be slim they will say that "you don't love yourself and just follow what the society says." Not all society says are wrong, sometimes it has the reason. Body positivity is to promote positivity in your body in a different shape but the Fat movement only promotes being fat or obese. We know being obese is not healthy. Sadly, in the Philippines, it slowly influences their belief about fat acceptance. They have this caption in their profile on FB "Chubby is the new sexy" but the girl on the profile is not chubby but obese. Then another caption, "Better to be chubby than a skeleton girl." So do you think she's still promoting body positivity? When they hear celebrities who become slim instead of congratulating them they will say, "This is proof that people just want to fit into society. That people want beautiful than nice individuals. You are beautiful already, you don't need to be slim." The majority of Filipinos are influenced by Western belief, they are fanatics of Hollywood, what they read on the internet, they easily believe it, what media set, they will believe it's happening there. There's nothing wrong if some people want to be slim because they want to be beautiful, because there's nothing wrong to be beautiful, it's not about society's validation but self-esteem and self-confidence. Being slim not just makes you beautiful but healthy and sexy. It's the opposite when you say you don't love yourself because you take care of your body. The Fat movement also spreads lies on the internet. Saying that you are still healthy when you're still fat. If ever you're fat but still healthy, it will lead to complications when you will be old soon. This post is not body shaming or promoting body shaming but promoting awareness about this kind of movement that can affect your life. We are already aware that obesity is dangerous. It can cause many diseases like heart attack, diabetes, etc. So I will link down below the clips of the movements and the documentaries of the danger of obesity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJMxKJ7GA20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlkkG6mKTCk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slwgXXVXM3I Subscribe. Male Rape: Every Man's Dream? Maybe everyone doesn't know that male rape happens. This case is not very popular than female rape. Usually, those who have reported male rape cases are usually male kids but sometimes it didn’t report as male rape but sexual assault. It's rare to have a report about an adult man who is raped. I saw a post of a campaign about rape then they show the male rape case photos but many men laugh at it. They laugh at it. It's ironic because they asked for equality when it comes to the law of rape. I saw some comments "There's nothing wrong if men get raped. That's a man's dream!" Well, if it's a beautiful woman you like? It's not like that in male rape. Maybe they laugh because they don't know that it happens. They thought it's just a joke. Being raped is not a joke is not like what you watch in any sexual videos. When you're rape you don't have control. When you said stop they won't. You can't choose who would rape you. It can be an old woman, a gay, a masculine man, sometimes a gang. The men who experience rape, they feel weak, shame, and traumatic. Sometimes, they don't report it because they are afraid to judge by others for being a man but rape. The reason that they didn't report it, is because the police didn't take them seriously. Then the society shames them for being weak. It was reported in the documentary that I watched on TV. The effects of rape for male children is giving them traumatic events, misconception about sex, very sensitive, dependent, and aggressive personality towards that person who has similarities who raped them. My teacher told us about his experience when he was sexually harassed by his gay teacher when he was in Elementary. He always got harassed by gay people he met so he started hating gays. However, when he became older, his son is gay. He had no choice but to accept his son's identity but he taught his son to be respectful of any genders. I have a classmate who got raped by his auntie. He became so weak and felt like he lost his masculinity. Some men in our country, fighting the justice of having a fair punishment for rapists for both sex. You can read more on “Our Current Justice System Thinks Male Rape Victims Deserve Less Justice Than Female Victims” on Preen PH. Preen.ph/82978/current-justice-thinks-male-rape-victims-deserve-less-justice-than-female-victims Not only a woman can be rape but also a man. Maybe you never heard it but there are tendencies that some men didn’t confess yet because they are afraid to be judged by society. **SUBSCRIBE.LIKE.SHARE.**
Why We Procrastinate and How To Avoid it? It's so difficult to deal with procrastination when you don't know what is the reason for your procrastination. They will say, the only problem is the lack of time management and plan. However, according to the study of Oxford Learning, dealing with procrastination is not because of the lack of discipline of time but because of stress and over thinking that links to the fear of rejection and perfectionism. Why? Because when we overthink or stress we forgot what we should do. Our first ideas will be fudged with complicated ideas. So I will list how to deal with our procrastination. **To avoid procrastination:** **1. Don't be too perfectionist** if we are perfectionists our work or task will take much time to finish. Because we aren't content with simple tasks we tend to add it more. It's good to improve our work but too much perfectionism will add to your procrastination. Then we end up we are tired of adding too much then end up not finishing it. **2. Make a simple to do list** When we jot down our to do list we will not forget our works or tasks. It will reduce our stress when we see our task finish. However, make your task simple, don't complicate it. Be realistic with your to do list. **3. Don't be too active in social media** When we are so very active on social media we end up forgetting our task. Sometimes we forget our studies. We spend a lot of time on social media because social media is addictive. So you need to be cautious about using social media. My suggestion, make it one hour or thirty minutes using social media at night. You can use it on weekends too so you will not be distracted. Unless you are an online seller, then you need to be active on social media. **4. Make a time for Exercise and Meditation** Exercise is not just good for the body but for your mental health also. While meditation is to make you focus. These will help you to be stress free and to gain concentration.. When you’re stressed your mind will overthink and search for a happy pill, those are social media and food. Then you make an excuse again not to do your task because you are not in the mood to make your task again. **5. Seven hours sleep** Seven hours of sleep is enough to gain your energy for tomorrow. When you have a good sleep you are in a good mood to do your task. You don’t feel irritated and lazy. **Another Reason To Procrastinate:** **Lost of Interest** Actually, negativity triggers procrastinators to procrastinate more. There are times that they will easily give up on their task because it will cover up with negativity that maybe what they are doing is not good enough. Many negative things that give them reason to give up. Then they will lose their interest in the task they are doing. **Manana Habit** This kind of habit is very common for many Filipino students who do cramming. They have this kind of thinking that “I will just do it later, I have a long time to do it anyway.” Then the time of deadline. They will do cramming to do their tasks. **Perfectionism** When you have a fear of rejection you tend to be perfectionist. So you want to analyze first your plan to do your task. Then while you do your task your ideas will pop up to complicate your task. Then end up to procrastinate more.
How I Study English Language In the Philippines, we were taught basic English when I was three or four years old. Like how to read in English, counting numbers in English and how to write in English. Every subject has been written in English even Mathematics and Science. Then in college everything is written in English except Filipino subjects. They said learning English will help our economy because English is a practical language and international language. This is also our official language aside Filipino. Our teachers in high school taught us traditional ways. It only focuses on grammar than other macro skills in English. I took a Bachelor of Arts in English because I thought I was good in English. However, I faced many difficulties expressing myself in English during college days. Thankfully, I finished this course with good grades. So I will write how I study in English effectively. This is just based on my experience. **1. Learn the Macro-skills in English** These macro skills are Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. In this division, it will determine what is your strength and weakness in English. Example is that, when you listen American music you can easily recognize the words of the song then you're good at listening. If you can't recognize the words in the lyrics means you're weak in listening. If you learn what's your weakness then you need to improve the weaknesses more than the other Macro-skills. However, don't disregard the strength Macro-skills because you need to practice it so your strength will gain in any level. **2. Listen to American or English songs** It is to improve your listening skills and you will be aware how to pronounce the English words. However, don't expect good grammar in American or English songs so don't be confused with English grammar. **3. Watch English movies, Series or vlogs** It can help you to learn new vocabularies, like how they use that word and how they use their mouth to pronounce it. You can learn how they express their thoughts. You can mimic them sometimes. This one is a very effective way of learning English because it improves your listening skills and speaking skills. If you use English subtitles then it will improve your reading skills too. **4. Do an impromptu speech in the mirror or in your camera** If you watch the Q and A portion of Miss Universe or Miss World then that's it! You will do Q and A alone. Take a video on with timer then you will express your answer of your invented question. You can search online of many questions that you will answer or just invent it. Use timer to check how much time you spend answering. Because impromptu speeches should be short answers. It takes 30 minutes or one minute. Then you can watch yourself in the video you recorded for yourself. So you will know your mistakes and improvements in answering. In impromptu speech the only rules are: - Good introduction - Support the introduction - End with dramatic twist Note: Don't worry if your answer is not that glamorous as Miss Universe because you aren't going to have a crown anyway. You just do it to express your thoughts/opinion in those questions. Impromptu speech will help you to boost your confidence in speaking and expressing yourself in English. This will be your practice of how to speak in English alone. You can do it with your friends too if they want to learn English with you. It will be fun. You can ask questions to them then they will answer it then after that they will ask questions to you then you will answer it. Use a timer when you are answering. **5. Read English books** **Some Filipino said** that reading books doesn't improve your speaking skills because you can't hear the words. However, it improves your reading skills. Reading skills in English is also important too because you need to use your reading comprehension and fast reading. If you don't improve your reading skill then how can you understand what you are reading? But if you're not into books try to read articles or newspapers. Reading books also helps you how to think in English. You will discover different vocabularies that you can use too. You will meet figures of speech and idioms used by the author. Fiction VS Nonfiction: Fiction is a story full of imagination of the author while Non-fiction is life story or experience of the author. If you read fiction books you will learn to use your imagination, creativity and empathy. While if you read Non-fiction, you will learn life lessons from the author and improve your analytical thinking. In writing style, you will learn how to write creatively in Fiction while you will learn persuasive writing in Non-fiction. **6. Grammar Lesson** Try to meet parts of speech (Noun, Pronoun, Verb, Adjective, Adverb, Conjunction and Preposition). It helps you to identify the parts of speech if you know them. You can print an American songs lyrics so you can recognize the parts of speech. Like in the pink highlight it's a noun while the pronoun will be in a circle. Then after that try to learn parts of sentences and kinds of sentences then later on you will know how to construct sentences. Make it a habit to use new vocabulary in the sentences. Example you found a new vocabulary. Then make it a sentence. In that way you can easily memorize the vocabulary. Recognize the Subject Verb Agreement, so you will know if your sentences are following the rules. It's important to learn grammar because you can use it in the formal events that need to use English. To practice this, write an essay. 500 words. Then you can check it by yourself. But then later on when you master it then you can break the rules. **7. Use English language in your diary or in social media** **It makes you** confident in writing in English and fluent in English writing. It will improve your writing skills. You become more expressive and comfortable using English language. **8. Laugh at your mistake** Be open when people correct you in pronunciation and in grammar. Laugh at your mistake when you are corrected. It happens all the time in learning. But if they discriminate against you because of the mistake, ignore them. They're not helping you in your learning. Learning English language is not neglecting your mother tongue but an opportunity to learn a new language. I'm currently learning Spanish, Indonesian and Tausug. I’m not yet mastering the English language so I’m still learning it.

Hi, thank you @Hykheinysha and @bheng620 for upvoting my articles. God bless you all.
Starving Diet I watched Asian Boss on YouTube and they asked Koreans what their ideal weight is and how they diet. Then they said they only eat one apple and starve themselves on another day. Then saw people commenting that "it's too difficult diet." Then I also saw some shared posts of people about how Filipino celebrities do their diet. "I just eat one boiled egg and coffee in the morning then I don't eat anything all day." Many of the comments are expressing the admiration of the result. Then Doc Adam on YouTube reacting about the Filipino Actress promoting her way of diet and doing diet advise. He said that kind of diet is dangerous for your health and it can cause another problem. "Just only one strawberry, that's only what she eats for breakfast?"Many fans will copy her way of diet because if it's effective to her then maybe for them too. People don't really care about if it's an unhealthy way of dieting as long as they become slim easily. Diet pills or slimming pills is like a shortcut to be slim. However, it has a side effect for your health. Even the diet instructor won't agree with the shortcut way of dieting because removing the T of the DIET means DIE. Some people don't really care about the process because result is important for them. Well, society wants us to LOOK HEALTHY not TO BE HEALTHY. So we can't really judge people who will do this kind of dieting but I hope they will do research about the side effects of their process before they will share it to others.
Misconception of Loving Yourself I saw teenagers posting in the social media how they love themselves while eating junkfoods and drinking beers too much. "My business is not your business. I love myself, I do what I want to myself. My body my choice." When you say loving yourself, it's not about abusing or wasting yourself and just feeling happy. When you love yourself, it means you respect and care for yourself. I heard many times people will say to the girl who became slim. "You don't love yourself that's why you want to be slim." They think all people who do dieting are just following the beauty standard. What if that girl just want to be healthy because she saw her dad having difficulty in health because of obesity? Whatever the reason, it doesn't really matter. I don't know why people have to say things like that. When she was still fat she was called unhealthy and ugly when she became slim she was called depressing. Don't get me wrong, I'm not into body shaming but I don't tolerate fake positivity. Improving ourselves is a part of loving ourselves. Changing for the good is not an indication of not loving ourselves. Change is a part of improvement if it's for good results. It's fine that you drink, you eat anything but it should be moderately. Too much is not good for our body. If you continue to abuse yourself then you start to destroy yourself.
I'm currently editing my old articles here. Anyway, I'm still new her. Hi.
We are their Antagonist Whatever you do they are people who think that you're an antagonist in their stories. Why is like that? Every person who has different minds creates conflicts. We have different beliefs and values. Sometimes even we have similar goals but we still have different agendas for our goals. We have different ways how we get our goals in life. We have different principles that we can sees as how we step for our own path and how we deal for our situation. Example is you agree for killing criminals but others see it wrong to kill criminals because they see it as human. We have different ideas to have our peace. There is Aristotle saying. "We make war to may live in peace"- Aristotle We fight for our ideas because we think this is right for our society. Who opposes us can delay our success. So we do everything to stop for what they believe. Even if we have the same values we can still do conflicts because of personal things. Maybe you're competitive and you don't want to lose. So you do everything to put down someone who is blocking your way. You think they're the antagonist of your story. Even if you're not competitive, there are people who are insecure about you. You don't need to be perfect to why they're insecure to you. Because they're things that you have that they don't have it. They are people who are using you as an instrument or as a stress reliever. Whatever you do there are people who make drama about your life and make you an Antagonist.
Maybe I'm Not Alone (True Ghost Story) This story happened when I was in 4th year highschool. 2014 Usually, I was alone in our new second home. My parents are working at our first home because they had their business there. Sometimes, I have my younger brother but he stayed in our first home. Then my older brother is working at night but he went here in the second home. I was not afraid alone in our second home. It felt being independent. I learned to cook and laundry alone. I learned to manage my time in studying and cleaning. I felt so free doing anything in our second home. I usually stayed here because it has no water interruption and no annoying neighbors. On the second day here, I experienced something strange. It was usual that the door opened unintentionally because of the thin wood used in the door and because of heavy wind. So at first, I was not afraid if the door opened it itself. But on the second day in the morning, I locked the door. I don't really like people who will open it without a knock. My younger brother was sleeping deeply beside my bed because he stayed here yesterday. While me, surfing in social media. Then suddenly, I heard the door open and I didn't see how it was opened. I didn't mind it at first. Then I got annoyed that I realized I locked it. I saw the door had a key in the doorknob. I really thought my parents did that but I realized that my mom spoke to me earlier that I stayed here in our second home to guard our house with my younger brother. My older brother was not yet home. So who opened my door? Next day, I was in our room using my phone. I was alone in our second home. Watching anime. Then I heard a sound of dropping things. Then I saw my new testament bible on the floor. I paused the anime I watched. I grabbed the bible and put it on the table. I put it with long space so it will never easily fall. But when I came back to watch anime I suddenly heard the bible falling. I got up again and was feeling pissed. "Don't play with me!" I shouted it out of nowhere. Then I put the bible in the drawer. Then I came back to my business. I was still in denial with the ghost. Every night, I woke up at 3am or 3:30am. I was not afraid to wake at that time because usually I just went to the toilet to pee. But next night, I woke up at 3am because I had a bad dream but I didn't remember it. Then I had difficulty sleeping again. I read some articles that you wake up at 3am because someone is watching you. Then other articles said that you wake up at 3am because of too much caffeine. So I stopped drinking coffee at morning but still the same at night. I woke up deeply breathing and sweaty like I was running. I set an alarm clock in my phone because I don't want to get late at school. I set it at 5:00am. Then the alarm rang at 3:00am that made me wake up again. I didn't understand why it alarmed at 3am. When I was studying at our dining table I felt so strange like someone was whispering to me but I didn't mind it. Maybe it was a hallucination. I was sleeping in my room. Then I heard my door open. I felt my blanket pulling. Then I thought of my dad waking me up. Maybe it was 5am? Then I woke up, I saw a shadow waking in the living room. I thought, why didn't my dad put lights on in the dining room? So I immediately got out of the room and planned to light the living room. Surprisingly, I saw my dad sleeping peacefully with my mom in the living room. Then I saw a shadow in the window and it was so dark at night with lights. Then I looked up at the clock and it was 3:30am. I stopped a minute and saw a shadow again walking in my older brother's room. I remembered he was on duty that night. I want to wake up my dad but I was so scared and just went back to my room again. I didn't close the door because I was afraid that the ghost would open it again. Then I saw a shadow that has a cape. But the shadow went away eventually. We only stayed one year in our second home. My dad thought that this house was bringing misfortune events. So we never lived here longer. We sold it. My family didn't know about my bad experience in this house.
My Experience in the Dark Our parents are teaching us how to walk and necessary things to live. While teachers are teaching us math, science and everything we need to know. But they don't know how to teach us how to live. What I mean of teaching us how to live is how we live our life even without a path. How we live freely without depending on them. Like how we solve problems on our own. How can we find a solution for anything. How can we control our stress and emotions that are building up. How can we deal with our overthinking, how can we deal with people around us. As a kid, it is so difficult to walk in the dark without a light. You don't know what kind of things that we step into the floor. What if it's a hard object that can hurt us. What if there's no floor or a hole that makes us fall. It's so scary, I might have seen a ghost or a monster. So maybe I just can stay here. However, if I don't walk I will be forever in the dark. I will die in the dark. I will die not doing anything. I can't see the light forever if I stay here. So I continue to walk again. I just use my feelings and my instincts on how to walk in the dark. At the start, it was so silent then eventually I stepped a sharped stone in my path. Then I almost fall but I hold the side of the floor. I'm so thankful someone helped me to get up in the hole. He takes care of my wounds in my feet. He said he heard me screamed so he went to me and helped me. He was so thoughtful. He said he used the dark always, it didn't bother him anymore. He lived here so long and he preferred to live in the dark. I invited him to join me in my walks but he refused because he believed that he belonged in the dark. Living in the light is for special people. So I continue walking alone. I met many people in the dark, some of them were scary as a monster. Some of them were helpful. They taught me unintentionally. I learned many things. When I arrived at the path with lights, I was so happy. I almost gave up in the dark path. However, I felt disappointed. I met people who were similar to the people in the dark who did bad for me that made me almost give up. Surprisingly, there were many of them. I thought people were better at the light path. I thought I would never experience a problem. Eventually, I got used to it. I remembered how I faced my problem when I was in the dark. Now I can use the light path. My experience in the dark will be my motivation to survive here.
The Crown For The Unabashed Girl It was 2015, when I was in college, I stayed at home and watched Miss Universe 2015. This beauty contest is a big deal here in the Philippines. Everyone didn't attend their class just to watch "Miss U". Our representative that time is Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. She is an actress but not so famous. Our countrymen were not happy when she won the Binibining Pilipinas, the pre-pageant for Miss Universe. They expected another candidate to be a representative. She joined three times in Binibining Pilipinas before she won. When Manny Pacquaio got lost in his fight, Pia tweeted in twitter that "Don't worry" because she will get the crown. Then netizens were starting to bash her. They said she was boastful to herself. "So many more deserving representative than you before but they never won the crown. How can you win it?" No one believed her before that she would win. I saw many comments that said "If Pia will win, I will drink urine." Some of the comments expected Colombia to have a back to back crown. So Pia was impossible to win. While, watching my dad guessed that Pia would win but I just shrugged. I can really see that Pia was so far from Pia as a candidate of Binibining Pilipinas but not enough to win the crown because we're not latina and many people expected Miss Colombia will win the crown. Then they announced that Pia was the first runner up and Miss Colombia won. We felt sad but accepted our loss. Then surprisingly, the host apologized and explained that he switched his announcement. That Pia won the crown and not Miss Colombia. That time, I don't know if I will be happy or not. But We were happy with Pia and mad with the host. Then our countrymen were happy welcoming her in our country. Many of them are saying "Proud to be Pinoy". The haters became supporter when she won the crown. "I'm confidently beautiful with the heart" this line was mentioned in her Q and A. But I write this article not because of boasting about Pia who won the crown but by telling the story of Pia who was bashed and failed many times. However, she never gives up. She didn't mind what people said to her. She was happy that when she said she won Miss Universe 2015 she never in her imagination. Pia is an unabashed girl fighting for her dreams. If you know that you never do something bad to everyone while chasing your dream don't listen to the people who said negative things about you to put you down. Just listen to your heart of what you are chasing for. Failure is your lesson so don't be discouraged of what you're doing right now. You don't know your bashers will be your fan someday.
Where's The Happiness? Someone I know asked me if he will be a boss in the company, then he will be happy. "If I will become a boss, I will be happy right?" Then I just said "Of course!" But I'm not really so sure about my answer. When we get our goals or achievements, naturally we feel happy because our struggle is paying it off. However, it is no guarantee that you will feel happy for so long. When you become a boss to the company, you think that you can adjust your time for work. Sometimes, it's not like that. When you become a boss you gain responsibility not just money. You will be more busy than before. You become competitive because you don't want your company to get bankrupt. You will have no time for your family because you're busy for your company. It will be worth it, right? Because your family will enjoy the money you earn. For you seeing their smile is making you happy. Isn't it? Then how can you see their smile if you're working in the company and not even seeing them enough? If you're single, you're searching for a wife or husband? Then how can you search when you're busy? Some of them wants your company but not you. There are two happiness: 1. Temporary happiness, you gain it in temporary things or events. 2. Permanent happiness, is to appreciate simple things with contentment. Maybe happiness is not really about the goal or achievements but experience and good memories. But permanent happiness is more difficult to achieve than your goal.
