If you are the type of person who constantly complains about everything that happens in your day to day life, for things that are beyond our control, that even if we disagree we cannot change, if you are one of those people who complain about the traffic when driving your car, you complain about the rain, the heat or any other circumstance that occurs in your life and those circumstances only keep you stressed, in a bad mood, well, today I thought of you and that is why I invite you to live your emotions, yes, to live as they come, whether negative or positive, so that they do not control your life.
You must be aware of the situations that cause you stress, self-knowledge, learn to manage emotions, and improve emotional communication, as it has become a necessity to be aware of these aspects of our personal behavior, due to the high percentage of depressive and anxiety states in recent years mainly motivated by the health confinement. We live in times of worldwide tribulations. We will never escape the bad news. We are currently "bombarded" with news and information of wars, information of low levels of profits in crypto investments, a lot of negative information coupled with the prices of gasoline, food, transportation, stress at home, family, work, and multiple situations of distress, that is, it never stops. There are so many negative emotions that control our lives, isn't it true? But today I remind you that the most beautiful things in this life are not seen or touched, they are felt, do not lose control of these emotions in your life.
The point I want to address here is to become aware of the importance of managing emotions, never ignore them, we agree that we should not ignore negative emotions, it is advisable to identify and control them, especially those that steal our inner peace. We have to start developing skills to use and learn to manage our emotions. Learning to identify negative emotions is important to overcome challenges and lessen conflicts and moods that are dangerous to our mental health. On the other hand, identifying, controlling, and managing negative emotions helps us to improve our social and family life, harmonizing with the environment and above all with our inner peace.
When we learn to recognize and understand the negative emotions that harm us, we are taking the first step to the self-generation of thoughts, feelings, and actions of our own behavior, which impacts our family environment, work, and social life. We are thus taking an important step towards self-regulation. Remember that we should manage our emotions, not let them manage us. So, try being happy for a day even if it is full of stress.
Today I invite you to be happy at the end of a day full of stress and anguish. It is an exercise that little by little will make you change your perception of the world around you, and will make you change your thoughts in a positive way and therefore change your behavior towards your environment.
At the end of your daily routine, after a day full of difficulties, family or work problems and a lot of stress, end the day with some very easy to do exercises that will help you release all those negative emotions that made you a person in a bad mood, with harsh words and even a sore back with contracted muscles. The exercise you will do today is a negative emotions liberator.
Let's start: Do you want to get to your room and cry after a day full of stress, yes you read that right, cry, and cry a lot, empty those tears contained for a whole day, you have the right to do it. Alone no one sees you, do it... ok, you don't feel like crying but you still feel bad, I ask you then: Do you like to write, of course, you do, write good content telling about your lousy day and publish all your thoughts in this spectacular platform that liberates emotions by writing. Ok, you don't feel like writing today either, you want to move your body, so: do you like dancing, singing, painting, drawing, cooking? Any of these multiple activities will serve you as an exercise to release emotions. While we are on the subject of moving your body, do you like to do physical exercise, good decision, go for a walk, connect with nature, or have a guided routine in a gym, you will feel great even if your day was the worst of your days. And finally and most importantly, of all the liberators of negative emotions is the one that has the most spiritual value and that I recommend you never stop doing: have a personal, intimate encounter with God, our Heavenly Father through prayer. When praying, be thankful for the day, even if it is a bad day, be thankful and ask God to teach you what you have learned, the purpose for the day lived, "Whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. Matthew 21:22." All these activities, as you have noticed, are simple routines that you can put into practice as daily exercises of great emotional release.
Finally, I invite you to reflect for a moment, if you could change the way you express your emotions... How far would you go or what would you do to change them?
I thank my followers and my sponsors, and today a special thanks to Bloghound for renewing their trust in me and appearing again in my wonderful box of special people. You guys are the best.

This is really wise. I have read about acknowledging our emotions. I think it was talking about men crying. You have echoed what I have read about recognizing our emotions and then learn how to manage it.
