Not having the year you wanted can feel like a quiet disappointment you don’t always know how to name. The plans didn’t unfold the way you imagined. The timelines shifted. The clarity you hoped would arrive stayed just out of reach. And yet, beneath all of that, something else was happening. Something slower. Something deeper. This was not the year of easy wins or obvious milestones. It was the year that asked for honesty instead of certainty. For presence instead of control. It was the year that revealed what wasn’t sustainable, what had been outgrown, what could no longer be carried forward without cost. That kind of growth doesn’t feel triumphant in real time. It feels uncomfortable. It feels lonely. It feels like standing in the middle of something without knowing how it will resolve. But growth is not always additive. Sometimes it’s the quiet shedding of illusions. The release of patterns that once felt safe. The courage to choose differently, even when the alternative isn’t fully formed yet. This is the kind of year that doesn’t reward you immediately — it prepares you. It builds steadiness. It strengthens discernment. It teaches you how to trust yourself without needing proof. So if this wasn’t the year you wanted, it doesn’t mean it missed its purpose. It means it served one. It shaped you in ways that will make sense later. It asked you to become more rooted, more honest, more resilient than the version of you who first imagined it. And that kind of growth, even when it’s quiet, is never accidental. 🖤

@re-joyce

it’s okay if your christmas is quiet, late, not so merry, or missing altogether. you are not behind for just trying to get through this holiday. ⭐️

@re-joyce

It’s inevitable to encounter unkindness…but I try to hold on to this prayer when people are testing my patience: “Lord, soften their heart but should they choose not to, help me soften mine instead. Help me be gentle. Help me turn my other cheek when I want to forcibly turn THEIR cheek.” Very honest but I like to think God finds me funny. 😬 But I think turning the other cheek doesn’t mean allowing yourself to be stepped on. Maybe it means no longer seeking revenge or being petty, and just letting it go when all you want to do is get down to their level!!! I guess that’s what it means to be a Jesus follower. To love even when the other person isn’t loving. To be kind even when the situation isn’t. And then eventually to ask God “What are you teaching me here?” So that we let go of the situation a bit more wiser and closer to Christ too. Here’s to more kindness and turning the other cheek in 2026!

@re-joyce

And for once, live for yourself— even if it feels selfish at first. You’ve spent the year choosing understanding over honesty, staying longer than you should, shrinking your needs so others could feel comfortable. Let this be the season you stop apologizing for wanting more. For resting. For walking away from what kept breaking you. Living for yourself doesn’t mean you loved less, it means you finally listened.

@re-joyce

There will always be another year to try again. Not because you failed— but because you’re human. Some dreams take longer to recognize you. Some versions of you need more time to arrive. You are allowed to start slow, to start scared, to start over. What matters is that you don’t stop believing your story isn’t finished yet.

@re-joyce

It’s okay if this isn’t the most wonderful time of the year for you. Not everyone feels the cheer in the lights or the joy in the carols. For some, this season is quieter, heavier, filled with memories that show up uninvited or empty spaces that ache. While everyone else seems to be celebrating, you might just be trying to get through the days and that’s okay. This time of year isn’t only about happiness and laughter. It’s also about noticing the hard parts, the missing pieces, the things that haven’t healed yet. And it’s okay to feel that. You don’t have to force yourself to smile or pretend it’s all perfect. If all you do this season is breathe, survive, and keep going, that’s more than enough. Sometimes, the most honest way to honor this season is by giving yourself grace when joy feels far away.

@re-joyce

I hope we all find a career that makes us excited to wake up every morning. One that doesn’t make us dread Mondays or count the hours just to survive the day. A kind of work where effort feels worth it, growth feels possible, and even on the hard days, you know why you’re there. Something that reminds you that your dreams weren’t silly, just waiting for the right time. Because we all deserve a life where work doesn’t steal our joy, but slowly teaches us how to believe in ourselves again.

@re-joyce

First Time Trying Chick Chicken Trying **Chick Chicken** for the first time felt like a small reward after a long day. The moment I opened the box, the aroma of freshly fried chicken instantly got my attention. The chicken was generously sized, perfectly crispy on the outside, and drizzled with a creamy sauce that looked irresistibly rich. Each bite was a satisfying mix of crunch and tenderness. The sauce balanced the flavor well—creamy, slightly savory, and not overpowering—while the chicken itself stayed juicy inside. Paired with rice, it was the kind of comfort food that fills you up and makes you slow down to enjoy every spoonful. For a first try, Chick Chicken definitely left a good impression. Simple, indulgent, and satisfying—this won’t be my last order.

@re-joyce

@re-joyce

2026 isn’t asking you to reinvent yourself overnight. It’s asking you to release what keeps you small. Let go of the pressure to be “further ahead.” Let go of the older version of you who did the best she could with what she had. Let go of waiting for apologies that may never come. Let go of forcing outcomes that are already shifting in ways you can’t see yet. Your only job is to tend to what’s yours — your growth, your integrity, your healing, your faith. The rest unfolds the way it’s meant to. You’re not defined by your past, your timeline, or anyone’s perception of you. You are defined by the person you’re becoming, the choices you make now, and the courage it takes to release what no longer fits. This year, detach from what holds you back so you can finally rise into what’s been waiting for you.

@re-joyce

The version of you shaped by 2025 deserves some grace and clarity. Not because you pushed harder or “earned” it, but because carrying that much, for that long, leaves a mark. I know you've felt it. You notice it when you try to find peace inside a quiet moment, but your mind grows louder instead. You notice it when rest feels anything but restful. When even silence comes with a kind of internal tension you can’t always name. Or when your body feels on edge, even when nothing is technically wrong. And when the body stays tense, notice how easily it spills outward—how that’s when it becomes easiest to snap at someone who was never responsible for your stress in the first place. And here’s the part most people miss amidst the noise: Peace doesn’t come from quieting the mind. It comes when the body finally feels safe enough to stop holding everything together. That elusive state we call “being present” begins with surrender. Not of the mind but of the body. It's a doorway into grace and clarity. "How To Make Peace With Your Mind" is happening TOMORROW (Saturday): it’s a 90-minute live experience designed to help the body soften first, so the mind no longer has to stay on guard. This Dec 20 @ 9am EST, we’ll work with a nervous-system-safe approach to presence that doesn’t rely on "controlling” the mind or on forcing calm and calling it "regulation." Instead, we're creating the internal, somatic conditions where peace can actually settle. A calm body breeds a clear mind. If this spoke to you, consider this your invitation 🤍

@re-joyce

Some days, it’s not the job that gets you through work—it’s the people. 🫂 This year was tough, but the kindness of coworkers made hard days lighter and reminded us we weren’t alone. Thank you to our workplace support system. You made a difference. 🫶

@re-joyce

2025 was a rollercoaster, it’s heart stretching, and forced me to grow in ways I didn’t know I could. It was a lot of changes, reroutes, detours, and hard stops sometimes. But 1 thing stayed the same and it’s God’s love for me. ☹️💛 He carried me and sustained me this entire year, I don’t know where I would be without His grace. 😭

@re-joyce

Little moments hit differently depending on your emotional capacity. On good days, spilled coffee is a shrug and a smile. On bad days, the smallest inconvenience feels overwhelming. This meme reminds us that our reactions don’t define us—they reflect our internal state. Be gentle with yourself on every kind of day.

@re-joyce

Every transition has a version of you that feels slightly out of place. Not quite there, not quite ready, still figuring out where to flap and where to float. Let that version stay. It is carrying you toward something steadier.

@re-joyce

Some seasons are not about winning or becoming more. Some seasons are about holding on, getting through the days, and choosing to stay even when everything in you wanted to give up. If all you did this year was make it to today, be gentle with yourself. You are still here, and that is more than enough.

@re-joyce

How can I not be grateful? The past 11 months, there were days I didn’t know how I would make it; days when the bills, the responsibilities, and the weight of life felt too heavy. And still, God never let me go empty handed. He provided in ways I didn’t even notice at first, and in ways that left me in awe. Now I see it clearly that it wasn’t just about provision. It was His presence, steady and faithful, carrying me through every fear, every tear, every doubt. Even when I thought I was alone, I was never truly alone. Thank You, Lord, for sustaining me, for never letting me fall, and for teaching me that even in the hardest moments, You are enough.

@re-joyce

Mistakes don’t define you. They are reminders that you are learning, stretching, and evolving. Treat yourself with kindness when you stumble. Every step is part of your growth.

@re-joyce

In life, you’ll meet many people who will walk beside you— but not everyone will pause when you need a moment to catch your breath. We all have our circle of friends— those we talk with, laugh with, walk with, or share a meal with. But among them, I hope you find the ones who don’t mind slowing down when you fall behind. The ones who notice when your laces come undone— and wait while you stop to fix them. Choose the people who stay not just when it’s fun or easy, but when life asks for patience and understanding. The ones who don’t rush ahead, who don’t make you feel like you’re a step too slow, but instead remind you that walking together matters more than getting there first. Among all the people you meet, talk with, hang out with, eat with, or walk with— I hope you find someone who will wait for you when you tie your shoes.

@re-joyce

@re-joyce

Sometimes the only thing that keeps you steady is remembering that you are not navigating your life alone. You don’t have to pretend you are certain about every decision or confident in every step. You don’t have to force clarity before it arrives. You are allowed to admit that you don’t know what you’re doing right now — and still trust that you are being led somewhere meaningful. Because if you look back, truly look back, you will see how many times you ended up exactly where you needed to be without fully understanding how you got there. The job you didn’t think you were qualified for. The relationship you outgrew but learned something essential from. The move you resisted but eventually made. The healing you didn’t recognize until you were already standing in it. None of it was accidental, even when it felt messy or uncertain in real time. That’s what brings peace — not pretending the path is easy, but knowing it’s guided. Knowing God sees the things you can’t yet name. Knowing that he works in the in-between, in the delays, in the moments that don’t look like progress. Knowing he has a way of placing you exactly where growth can reach you, where clarity can find you, where the next chapter begins without you having to force it. Take the pressure off. Let yourself breathe. You don’t have to chase the “right” direction — you will be led there. You don’t have to have the whole picture — you’ll be shown what you need when it’s time. Find peace in knowing this: God will never let you miss the life he is guiding you toward. You will always end up where you’re meant to be. 🖤

@re-joyce

Sometimes I feel like being good at many things is both a gift and a curse. I can adapt, learn quickly, shine in different spaces, yet every time I pause, the fear hits me. What if none of it is enough? What if all these skills, all these little victories, all this effort ends up scattered, unnoticed, meaningless? I see people around me who have found their path, their purpose, and I cannot help but feel this ache in my chest, wondering if I will ever belong anywhere in particular. Being a jack of all trades should feel empowering, but most days it feels like standing at a crossroads with infinite directions and no map, no compass, no sign pointing me to where I truly belong. I want to be everything, and yet I fear that in trying to be everything, I will end up nothing. But I hold on to hope. I believe that someday, I will find the path meant for me, the place where all my scattered pieces can come together. For now, I will keep searching, keep learning, keep shining, trusting that every step I take is bringing me closer to the place where I am truly meant to be.

@re-joyce

If you weren’t capable, why are you the youngest in the room? If you truly weren’t meant to be there, why do doors keep opening for you when you’re still learning to silence the voice that says you’re not enough? Look around you. You keep finding yourself in spaces where people have more years, more experience, more stories carved into their timelines. And yet, there you are, standing among them. Chosen. Included. Invited. Trusted. Not by accident, but because something in you speaks louder than your age. Something in you holds a kind of promise that others can see even when you can’t. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to question why it’s you, why so early, why now. But don’t confuse discomfort with incapability. Sometimes being the youngest in the room is life’s gentlest reminder that you’re already living in the future you once prayed for. You are not behind. You are not unworthy. You are not in these rooms by mistake. You are there because you earned it, even if you’re still learning how to believe that. And one day, you’ll look back and realize that every moment you felt out of place was actually proof that you were growing faster, rising higher, and becoming stronger than you ever gave yourself credit for.

@re-joyce

May your hard work finally bear fruit. 💛 May every impossible thing you’ve been praying for finally happen. 🤗 I hope you get your Christmas miracle soon! 🎄

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, hindi sila agad nagre-react or nagdadrama. They won’t raise their voice, blame you, or make a scene. Instead, tahimik lang nilang tini-take yung sakit, still showing the same kindness and compassion na meron sila. Pero deep inside, may nagbabago. They start to distance themselves—not dahil galit sila, but because they’ve quietly accepted what happened. Dahan-dahan silang lumalayo, creating space, walking away softly, without any dramatic goodbye. And once they leave, hindi na sila lumilingon pabalik. And in that fading, they find the strength to protect their peace. Their kindness stays the same, pero hindi ka na nila makikita the way they used to. Losing a kind heart means losing something truly irreplaceable.

@re-joyce

One of the scariest realizations is waking up and noticing you’re in the exact same place as last year. No new risks. No new lessons. No new growth. Staying comfortable can feel safe — but it quietly costs you the life you could be building. If something in you is nudging for change… listen. Even a small step forward is still movement. Grow. Your future self will thank you for not staying where you were.

@re-joyce

When you are going through a season of “hindi ko alam” — magpaanod ka lang kay Lord. There will be moments in life when everything feels blurry. All you can say is, “Lord, hindi ko na alam.” And you know what? It’s okay. Because sometimes, the more na nilalabanan mo yung current, the more ka napapagod. The more ka nags-struggle. The more ka lumulubog sa emotions, overthinking, and fear. But the moment you start to relax… The moment you release your tight grip… The moment you breathe, pause, and float— Doon mo makikita na hindi ka pala lulubog. When we are at the peak of our emotions, sobrang gulo talaga. Everything feels heavy. Everything looks hopeless. And that’s exactly where the enemy wants you— confused, discouraged, and distracted. But the moment you choose peace over panic… The moment you choose prayer over pressure… The moment you choose to breathe deeply and entrust everything to God— Unti-unting nagiging maayos ang lahat. Not instantly, but gradually. Not loudly, but peacefully. Because clarity comes when the heart is quiet. And the heart becomes quiet when the Holy Spirit fills it. Know your enemy. He will always try to shake your mind, trigger your heart, and steal your peace. But remember: The Holy Spirit gives you a different lens. A different posture. A different response. Kapag meron ka nun, iba ka talaga. Iba ang grace mo. Iba ang endurance mo. Iba ang perspective mo. Iba kung paano ka mag-handle ng battles. At the end of the day, walang ibang greatest lesson kundi ito: Cultivate your relationship with the Holy Spirit. Talk to Him. Walk with Him. Listen to Him. Rest in Him. Invite Him into your emotions, your decisions, your disappointments, your waiting, your confusion. Because the more you learn to flow with the Spirit, the more you realize na kahit pala andaming hindi mo alam… You’re still safe. You’re still guided. You’re still loved. And you’re never alone. So if you’re in a season of “Lord, hindi ko alam,” just float. Just rest. Just trust. Eventually, everything will make sense. Eventually, everything will fall into place. And when it does, you’ll say: “Thank You, Holy Spirit… for carrying me when I didn’t know how to move.” 🤍
