If you weren’t capable, why are you the youngest in the room? If you truly weren’t meant to be there, why do doors keep opening for you when you’re still learning to silence the voice that says you’re not enough? Look around you. You keep finding yourself in spaces where people have more years, more experience, more stories carved into their timelines. And yet, there you are, standing among them. Chosen. Included. Invited. Trusted. Not by accident, but because something in you speaks louder than your age. Something in you holds a kind of promise that others can see even when you can’t. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to question why it’s you, why so early, why now. But don’t confuse discomfort with incapability. Sometimes being the youngest in the room is life’s gentlest reminder that you’re already living in the future you once prayed for. You are not behind. You are not unworthy. You are not in these rooms by mistake. You are there because you earned it, even if you’re still learning how to believe that. And one day, you’ll look back and realize that every moment you felt out of place was actually proof that you were growing faster, rising higher, and becoming stronger than you ever gave yourself credit for.
