Seems my noise has been silenced today. this is literally the first chance I have had to check in between work, shopping, looking after BabyRah, cooking and connecting my new range extender as for some reason the router provided by the ISP only seems to have a range of about 7 metres (abt 24 ft for my American friends) and even though our flat isn't massive we have a dead spot. Just updated my portfolio and nice to see even more growth. Investment 1 is finally growing, Investment 2 is thriving and BabyRah - well just look profits are 200% - that means it is worth 300% of the investment value in total. Much of it is consolidated in stablecoin too - so I really am waiting for the next big dip. Only Investment 1 is slightly vulnerable to such a dip.

Last session of the day delivered on Leadership. Leaders should always act within their character and are the primary drivers in establishing the culture of an organisation. First and foremost they do this by being an exemplar of their expectations. ... and believe me I can you tell you a few stories of how i have dealt with leaders who fall far short.

End of the month. Hard to believe that it is rolling into December tomorrow. December for me is the most bittersweet month of the year as it includes both Christmas and my birthday, but also the month when my mum passed. What is more this year marks both the 30th year since then and BabyRah's first Christmas. The saddest thing is that one of my mum's unfulfilled ambitions was to be a grandma. Something that can never be.
