I am wondering if the return to free tips is just an admin thing on the part of Noise. While I am sure there is some kind of algorithm behind it I am sure the practice of random tipping on the hearts was much harder for Noise staff. Just speculating, personally I am happy with this return to Free tips. Keep it going Noise :D
