@rah more from that month

Literally the first chance I have had to be on Noise today. So i am going to mention today another one of my passions. It may not have come across before but I love cooking. A lot of my food is traditional English, but can go beyond that. Today's delight is going to be a korma made from scratch. Incidentally, from what I have heard, korma is not authentically Indian as it was something concocted during the days of the Raj because authentic Indian curries were too hot and too spicy for the delicate imperialists. Personally, if I had been invaded it would have been thought giving the invaders a bit of gut rot could have been an appealing option. Anyhow coming back to the korma, whatever its roots it's delicious and that's all that matters.
