Enjoying hot coffee and fried tempeh in morning.

Enjoying a warm drink such as coffee or tea seems to have become a mandatory intake for many people in morning. Drinks that contain caffeine can indeed stimulate enthusiasm and drive away sleepiness. Moreover, many antioxidants in it can also nourish gastrointestinal tract, skin, and also launch metabolism.

However, I suggest not drinking coffee and tea too often in morning. Moreover, coupled with consumption of fried foods because they contain a lot of cholesterol and saturated fat. Although it is a delicious combination when drinking coffee or tea while eating fried foods, if you eat it too often, it will definitely have an adverse effect on your body.

Mixing liquids containing caffeine from tea and coffee with flour in servings can interfere with digestive tract performance. Moreover, you enjoy this dish in morning, of course it is not good for your digestive tract. This happens because combination of caffeine and oil contained in fried foods can make intestines unable to absorb nutrients from drinks and food optimally.

Fried foods are also known to be very high in cholesterol. Well, when consumed together with coffee, both can increase the level of LDL or bad cholesterol in body quickly. You can imagine negative impact caused if we eat fried food while drinking coffee will have an effect that is not good for body.

Another negative impact of eating fried foods while drinking coffee is that it causes high blood sugar levels in body which can trigger diabetes. If you just enjoy fried foods, your body can make your blood sugar high, so if you drink coffee, your blood sugar will double.

Fried foods contain saturated fat which makes it difficult for the body to clear sugar from the blood. Even after a few hours after eating fried foods, drinking coffee can still add to the difficulty of clearing sugar. This suggests that the effects of a high-fat diet can last for hours.

Keep in mind that if it is in blood for a very long period of time it can create several health problems such as diabetes, arterial damage, and heart disease. Therefore, so that the body does not lack nutrients and experience digestive disorders, you should avoid drinking coffee and tea along with high-fat foods such as fried foods.

Start maintaining a healthy diet, so that our bodies are more resistant to disease. The saying goes "prevention is better than cure".

Have seen a lot of people practice the above, which I have often kicked against, but they told me they enjoy it that way. Especially fried chips and coffee

Any thing I'm balance never harms us. About meals if we obey the teaching of prophet PBUH I think we never fall in sickness. One part for meal , one for water and one leave empty is famous rule.
