Inspired by yesterday's posts where there were many beautiful recipes for breakfast and lunch, this morning, I will present you my yesterday's breakfast, which I prepared myself. I called it pizza with quinoa and vegetable batter.
For one person, the necessary ingredients are:
1. For the dough
about 60 gr. boiled quinoa
2. For covering
tomato
mild green pepper
hot green pepper
olives
zucchini
mushrooms
a little oregano
(other vegetables are optional)
Method of preparation:
Boil the quinoa on low heat in warm water for about 15-20 minutes, until the grains soften and crack. There should be no water left in it. Add a little olive oil, stir and wait for it to cool.
After it cools in a baking pan, the pizza dough is formed from it, and on the dough formed in this way, thin slices of tomato rolls are arranged, then thinly sliced pieces of peppers, pecurs, olives, zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and oregano, and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
