The mushrooms are simmered with water and salt, and finally, when they are ready, they are also covered with a little olive oil.
Both ingredients for the supplement are delicious and low in calories. From the spice I used salt, pepper, and a little oregano.
The cooked spaghetti is served in a plate, and on top of them, first the tomato is added, and on top of it, the mushrooms.
