WLJ update 2 Hi guys so I have been looking for workouts online and I have stumbled upon the "Japanese ab workout" that claims to flatten and form the abdominal area in just 10 days for about 5 mins per day. I will try this work out and give you guys an update if it works or not. Will also give steps to it upon demand. So far so good, day 3 in and I am getting tired of the taste of sweet potatoes and boiled saba. Although, I think it's all in the mind. That is why I am trying to change my mindset and water drinking habits. As the line goes, mind over matter. Temptations are all around me, I get sad sometimes especially when I see my family eat delicious viands. My father is great cook and I love food, but I have learned to just taste and eat the protein with no rice. WLJ day 1 update Hi guys. So I posted an article yesterday asking for tips and tricks in losing weight and some of you stepped up to the plate to help me. Thank you @mooontivated @wakeupkitty for leaving some useful tips in the comments. Thank you @kli4d for tagging mr. mooontivated. This article is an update of how I started tje Journey. I only had boiled sweet potatoes and dippig (saba) for breakfast. Unlike before, I didn't eat dinner for today, amd had no snacks in between meals. As for exercise I tried a 15 minutes Dance Exercise by Madfit she posted in her youtube channel. Unfortunately, I am too shy to share my body stats as of the moment. All I can say is that it feels good to sweat. If you have more tips or recommended youtubers for workouts, kindly drop them in the comments below. P.S- I just woke up to sore muscles.

Day 7: She will be Loved Hi guys I'm back with a late update for my 30 days music challenge I am NOT a driver and I am not fond of sitting for long hours in a long drive. However, whenever I am placed in that position, I love myself some Maroon 5. For this article I am featuring their single " She Will Be Loved". This song is a staple in almost every household. I bet most of us knows this song and loved it at one point of our lives. The feel-good vibes, the emotional lyrics, and thick instrumentals makes this song fit for a night or day drive. The Social Dilemma: a review We are all connected, one way or another, by an invisible thread. Social Media is one of those thread. In the documentary film " The Social Dilemma" experts on this field talks about the risks and the dangers that Social Media have that we are not aware of. Speakers in this documentary film are former employees of Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and the like. They also invited speakers from Harvard to discuss the social impacts and psychological effects of social media. Last night, I woke up from a nap and wanted to watch something new. As I was browsing Netflix I tumbled upon the film " The Social Dilemma" and it opened my eyes to a reality that I want to share with you guys. The film opens issues about how the suicide rate increased drastically parallel to self-harm. They gave insights on how social media affects or life choices unconsciously. Politicians and religions use social media to promote and start conflicts. Watch this film and open your own eyes to the reality that the thing that connects us all controls us. Thanks for reading. Day 6: Can't Remember to Forget You DAY 6 here we go. I have been delaying in posting this article series since I was discourage by the reader counts of only 2 or 3. But hey! whatever, I'm going to post anything I want to share and music is a big part of my life. Love Guaranteed: a review Hi guys it has been too long since my last movie/show review. Last Sunday I watched the new movie in Netflix entitled Love Guaranteed. Who wouldn't want to be guaranteed with love? right? So, to start it all, I would love to commend the acting of every cast in the film, not only did they portrait their characters well, they also gave justice to the script. As a die hard for crime and justice shows, I love myself some good comedy-romance once in a while. I can guarantee that Love Guaranteed is one for the books. Tjhe film is about a man suing a dating site that guarantees love. The twist is he falls in love with his lawyer. It is a great film to watch with the family. Religion: in my eyes Each and everyone of us has an innate right to choose a personal belief and/or religion. It is no secret that there are a lot of religions in the whole world. There are some old and established ones and some new springing ones. Religion, most often than not, tends to shape ones values and virtues as an individual. We emulate those leaders and elderly that goes to our chosen religion. We try to walk their footsteps in following the directives of different scriptures, ex. The Bible, Quran, The 4 books and 5 classics, and the like. Having that said, we are different in upbringing added by the difference in culture, tradition, and ethnicity. This results in numerous cases of misunderstanding, riots and power control that I think most of us experienced or is aware of. It is no secret that most wars and feuds are effects of religion and beliefs differences. There have been accounts of Christians enforcing their beliefs to a land they conquered, the historic WW2 that started when nazis wanted to kill all Jews. If religion was supposed to guide as in becoming people who have moral values and such. Why does occurrences like these prevail? For me, there is just one answer, lack of respect to differences. Imagine if all just resected the belief of one another, wouldn't the world be more peaceful? If you are in a diverse crowd, be sensitive and allow each to pray in their own way. Read and let yourself be familiarized with common practices from different religions. This way it is easier to understand why they do it. Making it easier to respect it. Religion and belief is in all of us. It would not hurt anyone if we just lived together in respect amidst those differences. Day 5: So will I Day 5 and Day 6 will be posted today so that I can keep up with schedule. During this pandemic lockdown, I recently discovered the joy of Hillsong live With this discovery came the love for worship songs. Specifically the song So Will I by Hillsong. The lyrics to this song was so impactful that I honestly felt it in my heart. Before this song, I really loved their single Oceans, but So Will I just hit so much more nerves. The lyrics tells us how wonderful the creations are. It shows us how everything praises and believes God and that we should do. I love this song played so loud because it clears my mind and gives me the calmness of thoughts. Politics : in my eyes Can we educate each other rather than "unfriending" one another? There is no harm done when you have opposing opinions. For one, Conflict after Consensus always act as catalyst of change. We just need a proper medium to make each other understand. To actually listen to the cries of each side. I am not pro nor against the current government. I just know that I am a Filipino, and I want the best for the Philippines. Right now, I think choosing sides will not really help our country. Peace talks have been a trend for the past years. Why are we stopping now? If only we can hear the good points from each side. If only we can be eclectic in making decisions. A call to all leaders, I hope you listen to the cry of every Filipino. A call to every Filipino, I hope we find it in ourselves to listen to each other, correct each other without having the needs to tear each other down. so I am making a series of issues in my own perception. Day 4 : Almost lover Hello guys. So this is my 4th day in the challenge and it is quite personal. I chose this song because I rally want to forget someone who I did love but it was unrequited. I guess it is not really to forget him, but just to not be bothered by those memories. My song for today is from the band **A Fine Frenzy - Almost Lover.** This song gives me the chills of my first experience with the feeling of love. We were friends, we were close and everyone was just so sure that there is something between us. Or so I thought too. He was just an almost lover, we were never official. However, I loved every moment I spent with him. I will forever be thankful for the care he had shown me. Education: in my eyes Imagine 2 kids; an "average" rich kid, and a "gifted" poor kid. The rich kid, although not gifted, receives the best kinds of nurturing that ups his intelligence. While the poor kid, although gifted, is not exposed to formal nurturing like, won't have his Intelligence honed. Now, imagine if all opportunities and privileges are somewhat equally provided to all children across the world. How many gifted people will we discover in the slumps? How many nurtured minds will we have that can save our future? EDUCATION is a must and a right. However, the best goal for a countries educational system is for it to be Free, Appropriate and of quality. smh Side note. I believe in ceasing education for "ranks" or "grades" this pandemic. In contrary, learning should never stop and students should still seek learning but not for grade acceleration purposes.

Beauty Standards Aesthetics are ruled based on symmetry of facial features. Needless to say a persons facial features should be in proportion with one another. Westerns spends hours and money to get tanned. Asians scout every pharmacy for the next whitening product. Body shaming is prevalant online and in real life. What's worse? Women bringing down other women. The irony of women fighting for all bodies to be considered beautiful while talking abiut another woman who is trying to oull of a crop top despite her not so conventional belly. Is it wrong for me to say that beauty is dictated by mass media, creating impossible ideals? Is it wrong to conclude that it is an everchanging standard for one to aim? I can say that sooner or later your beauty will be the ideal beauty. So chase your own beauty. Believe that you are beautiful and that your face is one of a kind.

Day 3: California Girls Hi RC community Day 3 to my 30 days music challenge and I'm ecstatic to feature **Katy Perry.** She is a singer whose songs I love to sing to. No matter if its pop or ballad. She just write tunes that will make you rock in the showers. As for the challenge, it asked for a song that makes me remember summertime. Day 2 : 7 years Hi guys so it's September 2 and I am in the second day of my 30 days music challenge For Day 2, i had a hard time deciding what song to feature since I love quite a few songs with titles having a number in it- 22, The 1, 25 minutes, and21 guns are some of them. I have come to the conclusion of featuring one of my favorite singer songwriter **Lukas Graham and his single 7 years.** In this single Lukas has expressed a story and a timeline of how he is as a musician lived in the past and what he is going through now and what he predicts will happen in the future. Even though the lyrics are descriptive and very filled with artistry of words. Day 1 : Black Magic Hi, guys. So I said in a previous post that I will do the 30 days song challenge. Here is my Day 1 Song 1: Black Magic - Little Mix I just love how I can dance to this song. It takes me to party mode whenever I play this. The great plus for this song is that the lyrics ate well woven and the melody just hits the right notes to be sang along with. Falling out with RC Kind of getting discouraged to write here in RC. You spend so much time and effort writing creative articles only to get 2 or 3 views. Yes, I know my articles aren't that good and may be unconventional to what people want, but to see them be pushed aside because of the overflowing games and lotto is just sad. I miss the old RC when I just started. Never really cared about the money just as long as people read my article and gave feedbacks.

Love? Saturday, and I felt the rush of blood under my skin. He told me things no woman should hear. I was hurt, I was dumb, too naive to believe that it was love. Was it, Love? would love be that selfish? Would love tear your heart to pieces. I asked and there was this guy who told me, "Yes, that is love, love coming from someone who doesn't know how to love" Love from someone who had never loved before. Love who has been through so much, he never know what and how love should look like. It is, I guess, love. Love that I choose to believe exist amidst the pain. Perhaps love Perhaps I have seen beauty beneath the skin. Like a blind boy, who felt his mothers hug for the first time. Perhaps I have tasted love beyond what was said. Like a soup made for me when I was sick in my bed. Perhaps I have felt honesty over every promise. Like when he told me that I have food stuck to my teeth Perhaps I have heard love songs for what they really mean. Like when Taylor sang the lyrics to Back to December. Perhaps I have smelled the fragrance of my lover. Like when he just got home from the gym before a nice warm shower. Perhaps I have smiled unknowingly at him. Trinkets SEASON 2 is coming soon on Netflix and I just can't wait. If you haven't watched the season 1 of trinkets yet this is an article for you. Trinkets is a high school based drama that is written around the lives of 3 girls who are far too different from each other; Tabitha, who is rich and famous with the hot boyfriend, Moe,a smart bad ass girl with a dark past, and Elodie, the new mysterious girl who apparently is a lesbian. Who would have thought that these 3 would be the best of friends when they realize they are bonded by 1 similarity. Personally, I love watching TV shows based on high school drama. But what makes Trinkets special is that it explores the world of a kleptomaniac. I am a person of curiosity and knowing that kleptomania is a disability, I just can't help myself but watch it. The script is well written, the flow of the story is smooth and I just can't wait for the second season that will air next week. Drop your thoughts below if you had watched Trinkets before.
