It's okay because it's normal
"It's okay to feel bad, it's okay to feel down and heavy sometimes because the cloud rains when it's heavy too..." -womennsoul
We, as a normal person, possess that behavior where we often feel bad over other people when circumstances arises and it's not favorable or they least expected it to be.
We also had rough days, where we feel like the world is against us and can't even grant such of our simple requests.
It's a cycle, sometimes you're happy, sometimes you're sad, it depends on how you react when you feel down.
Sometimes we envied people whom are strong that despite the battle they've been through they can still stand up and smile. We feel downcast while other people can see the bigger picture on what we think is a hopeless matter.
"Why are they so strong? Why can't I be as strong as him/her? Why am I not good?"
A lot of questions will come running on our head as to why and how did it happen so fast that we are caught off guard. And then comes the realization that maybe we are just slow-witted that we didn't get to react on time.
IT'S OKAY
It's okay to cry when you have so much in your mind and pain in your heart.
Do not tolerate yourself
Cry, Shout, be angry, complain, defend.
YOU ARE NOT A ROBOT
You have emotions that you sometimes can't control. It's okay to let it out. Tell the people that you are pissed, tell your friends that you're sad, tell you're parents that you're not happy.
Tell them you need help.
DON'T TAKE SUCH PRESSURE
Some of us here are not okay because of the pressure.
The pressure to do good with your job because you're afraid of being unemployed and worthless.(Your doing a good job, pat your shoulder and say "I did well")
The pressure of being the eldest and you need to set a good example to your siblings.(Your sibling are really proud of you and would always tell their friends how good of an elder you are)
The pressure of being the bread winner that you need to work double time.( You're family are thankful of you for being a strong independent person they can rely on)
The pressure of being top student that you need to grind your brain to madness.(You're parents are proud of you because they saw the hardship you need to endure in order to be top)
Chill, take it one step at a time. take a breather.
It's fine if you fail, it's normal and it's an access that there's always a room for improvement. Don't take it all to yourself, care to share it to people you can easily convey your feelings to.
You're friends are just waiting for you to open up and take all the baggage's you're carrying.
God is always waiting for you to talk to Him.
I am spouting nonsense again.
Aigooo
But, this is also an advice I can apply to myself. hahaha
thanks for dropping by!
Bad days are part of life. We need to have those so we can appreciate the good and better days.
