Scrambled egg with bacon from oven

Today I decided to share with you an effective, quick and above all delicious recipe.I prepare it when I need to feed a large number of my family members at the same time.The big advantage is that you can satisfy different desires for spices at the same time, as well as the fact that a meatless variant can be prepared, if there is someone who is a vegetarian.It is also good that you can adjust the amount for different numbers of people. For this dish you need a baking tray for muffins.


As for the ingredients, you need 2 long or 4 short slices of bacon and two eggs per person, salt and spices to taste. Instead of bacon if you want a vegetarian version, you can take any vegetables.

It is prepared by placing slices of bacon in an oiled pan as in the picture.

Put the prepared tray in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, season them, and in each well on the baking sheet where you have already placed the bacon, add a quantity of about 1 egg.

Return it to the oven, and wait until golden brown. You can add whatever you want to the eggs, finely chopped vegetables, ham, cheese ...

Danas sam odlucio da podelim sa vama jedan efikasan, brz a nadasve ukusan recept.Njega pripremam kada mi je potrebno da istovremeno nahranim veci broj clanova moje porodice.Velika je prednost sto istovremeno mozete zadovoljiti razlicite zelje za zacinima, kao i to da se moze spremiti i varijanta bez mesa, ukoliko je tu i neko ko je vegetarijanac.Takodje dobro je i to sto mozete prilagoditi kolicinu za razliciti broj osoba.

Za ovo jelo potreban vam je pleh za pecenje mafina.

Sto se sastojaka tice, potebno je dva duza ili cetiri reznja slanine i dva jaja po osobi, so i zacini po ukusu.

Umesto slanine ako zelite vegetarijansku verziju, mozete uzeti bilo koje povrce.

Priprema se tako sto u nauljen pleh postavite reznjeve slanine kao na slici.

Ubacite tako pripremljen pleh u zagrejanu rernu na nekih 5 minuta. Za to vreme umutite jaja, zacinite ih, i u svako udubljenje na plehu gde ste vec postavili slaninu, ubacite kolicinu od oko 1 jajeta.

Vratite to u rernu, i sacekajet dok ne porumeni. U jaja mozete dodati sta god zelite, os sitno seckanog povrca, sunke, sira...

Ovakve mafine jos nisam pravila,deluju ma sta deluju sigurno su ukusni. Samo ja vise volim kad ima u jajima jos neko povrce kao sto si i napomenuo da se moze i to dodati,nekako mi je socnije.

So amazing form of that dish and recipe, a meat with an egg on the center, looks so delicious and i guess you take time and effort to do that,and im sure it was delicious and tasty good for a meal with your family, bacon here in our country was to pricey, so were not able to cook that kind of dish in a regular day.But maybe ill try that soon.
