Danas sam odlucio da podelim sa vama jedan efikasan, brz a nadasve ukusan recept.Njega pripremam kada mi je potrebno da istovremeno nahranim veci broj clanova moje porodice.Velika je prednost sto istovremeno mozete zadovoljiti razlicite zelje za zacinima, kao i to da se moze spremiti i varijanta bez mesa, ukoliko je tu i neko ko je vegetarijanac.Takodje dobro je i to sto mozete prilagoditi kolicinu za razliciti broj osoba.
Za ovo jelo potreban vam je pleh za pecenje mafina.
Sto se sastojaka tice, potebno je dva duza ili cetiri reznja slanine i dva jaja po osobi, so i zacini po ukusu.
Umesto slanine ako zelite vegetarijansku verziju, mozete uzeti bilo koje povrce.
Priprema se tako sto u nauljen pleh postavite reznjeve slanine kao na slici.
Ubacite tako pripremljen pleh u zagrejanu rernu na nekih 5 minuta. Za to vreme umutite jaja, zacinite ih, i u svako udubljenje na plehu gde ste vec postavili slaninu, ubacite kolicinu od oko 1 jajeta.
Vratite to u rernu, i sacekajet dok ne porumeni. U jaja mozete dodati sta god zelite, os sitno seckanog povrca, sunke, sira...
