How to make chocolate box step by step

1. Choose a bowl that will serve as a mold for making a chocolate box

2 Melt the chocolate, you need as much melted chocolate as the volume of the mold.

3 Pour the melted chocolate into the mold and then transfer it to a bowl of water. The mold must float on the water which is not a problem because the density of the chocolate is less than the density of the water.

4. After some boiling, you will notice that the chocolate has started to harden at the edges.

5. When you are satisfied with the thickness of the edges, take the mold out of the water and pour off the excess chocolate.

6. Leave the chocolate mold in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer and the cooled chocolate from the mold.

7. Leave for about 30 minutes at room temperature and then use a sharp knife to straighten the edges if there is a need for something like that.

8. Store the finished chocolate box in a closed container in the refrigerator until use.

2 Istopite colkoadu, potrebno vam je onoliko topljene cokolade kolika je zapremina kalupa.

3 Sipajte rastopljenu cokoladu u kalup i zatim je premestite u posudu sa vodom. Kalup mora da pluta na vodi sto nije problem jer je gustina cokolade manja od gustine vode.

4. Posle nekog vrenena primeticete da je cokolada pocela da se stvrdnjava na ivicama.

5 Kada ste zadovoljni debiljinom ivica, izvadite kalup iz vode i odlijte visak cokolade.

6 Ostavite kalup sa cokoladom u zamrzivacu na 10 do 15 minuta

Izvadite kalup iz zamrzicaca i ohladjenu cokoladu iz kalupa.

7 Ostavite oko 30 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi i onda ostrim nozem poravnajte ivice ako ima potrebe za tako necim

8. Gotovu kutiju od cokolade cuvati u zatvorenoj posudi u frizideru do upotrebe.

mozes koji god zelis, samo je malo zahtevnije ako se koristi kalup od silikona posto ima tanke ivice pa pod pritiskom cokolade moze da se deformise ako su veliki kalupi u pitanju

Ne znam sta da kazem osim da su slike prelepe i skoro da mogu da osetim miris cokolade. Hvala na podeljenom receptu, koraci su vrlo jasni i mislim da svako ko zeli moze da napravi ovu poslasticu kod kuce. Iskrena da budem, ja bih ako moze da mi neko drugi napravi, a ja da uzivam u slatkisu.
