Armored door
In addition to the fact that there are quite ordinary doors, which we most often encounter in everyday life, there are also doors that are special. Such doors serve to protect buildings and premises that are exposed to a high risk of unwanted entry by uninvited persons. Such doors are called armored doors. In addition to the fact that such doors are made of special reinforced materials, in order to fulfill their task, they must also have special locks that are difficult to break. Such doors are used in facilities where people who may be targeted live, such as politicians, pop stars, famous athletes, actors, the rich and many other people who do not feel safe.
Armored doors can also be found in bank safes, facilities that are protected by additional security measures, such as expensive shops, museums. They also protect facilities of special importance that may be attacked by terrorists, such as power plants, water mains, nuclear and military installations.
Waterproof door
Doors like this are most often found in our bathrooms, but they are of great importance on some buildings where the exposure to moisture is very high.
Fireproof door
In some facilities, the existence of such doors is a legal obligation. The doors of these characteristics serve to enable safe evacuation in the event of an accident by isolating the area where the fire broke out. They can most often be found in office buildings that are large and employ a large number of people, as well as in industries where the risk of fire is high.
