Unfortunately, such actions can lead to serious consequences, even fatal ones. Some time ago I read that one young lady was fatally injured, trying to take a unique selfie.
In the picture we see a young man who thought it was a great idea to take this photo of himself hanging from a moving train. Luckily this time it all ended without consequences, but just imagine that at this speed he ran into a fly or a bee. This would cause him to make a reflex movement, and fail to hold on to the train.
