Ingredients and preparation: - 400 - 500 gr. flour - yeast crumb (as a clicker) - 100 ml. warm milk - 300 gr. margarine or butter - 300 gr. small cheese (best 150 gr. feta cheese and 150 gr. plain) - with if the cheese is not salty - egg for coating
Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Fold 4 times as in the pictures and cut into folds. Leave covered to rest for 30 minutes and repeat the development process. Also leave for 30 minutes to rest. Then develop to the desired thickness of about 2 cm and cut the cakes. Arrange on a baking sheet and coat with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at a temperature of about 220 degrees until golden brown.
