Let's talk about Foods again๐ "Batchoy" does it sounds delicious? Do you know what is it? Sounds interesting right?
Tsaran!!! It's a noodle soup. It's from Nanay Ilongga's Restaurant ๐ From the name of it Ilongga means they are really good at cooking Batchoy. As the famous La Paz Batchoy is in Ilo-Ilo City.
Their Batchoy consist of Pork meat and liver. Their secret spices, eggs and Crispy "CHICHARON". It's a pork skin deep fried in a hot oil and it's very delicious too and one of the Famous Food Products here in Cebu. But let's go back to Batchoy. ๐โค๏ธ
This Batchoy is with whole egg. The noodle that is use in Batchoy is called "Miki".
It also have a small portion of vegetables.
You can also choose if you like to put chili or not but as for me I preferred spicy.๐ถ๏ธ
This one, the egg is not boiled. So it's up to you if you like to put boiled or sunny side up egg top over the noodle.
There are different plate size. Small Medium and Large. Before the Large is 65 pesos now it's 75 pesos or nearly 2 Dollars. I forgot the prize of the small and medium maybe 30 plus and 40 plus but I'm not sure.
If ever you guys will visit Philippines and will drop by in Cebu just visit Lapu-Lapu City too.๐
