Jelly leche plan Ptpa... thanks. JELLY FLAN... LECHE GULAMAN or Lechetin as they call it. The Jelly Flan is a gulaman or gelatin-based dessert with sugar, eggs and 2 kinds of milk. This is similar and a much cheaper alternative to leche flan, the look and taste are pretty close to the real thing, but it much cheaper and easier to cook. is easy to make Jelly dessert is just a combination of all the ingredients given below and cooked similarly to a Leche Flan. Ingredients: 4 tbs sugar for caramelization 3 eggs 150 ml condensed milk 185 ml evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 sachet of mr gulaman 2 cups water Video procedure here... Procedure: 1. Beat the eggs then add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. 2. Continue beating until well combined then pour over a strainer or a sieve for 3 times. Set aside. 3. In a sauce pan, heat the water then add while stirring the mr gulaman powder. 4. While simmering, put off the fire then add while stirring the egg mixture. Continue stirring until well combine 5. Put on the fire again until the mixture simmer then take out from heat. Pour into prepared mould.

This is DA BOMB!!!😋 Can anybody GUESS what I just cooked?!🤔 Clue: Savoury...🙂 Update: Thanks for having FUN playing with me!!!❤ I made FRIED UPO, it was definitely UPOLICIOUS!!!😋 It was so delicious, this recipe is totally a keeper!!!🙂 It reminds me of fried green tomatoes southern style kind of cooking. It's great for appetizer! (Upo or squash/bottle gourd, flour/cornstarch, baking powder, salt/pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic, egg, milk and fried in coconut oil, dipped in soy sauce with sili and vinegar)

Lumpia 😍😍 I've been seeing all these amazing good looking LUMPIAS posts lately...but wait, AM I THE ONLY ONE who's been wrapping it this way? 🤔 I'm a little...feeling weird cause mine is different. 🤣 Well, this is how i do it if the meat is raw (freeze) before frying, otherwise i do the traditional fatty ones like suman. I just want to make sure the meat is cook thoroughly inside when I fry it.🙂 Tell me I'm not the only one!!!🤣 (Been wrapping this way for 30 years, my kids and others knew if it's my lumpias, cause of the long skinny shape)

Food is life Another colorful dish...🤣 I have this good size green papaya, so I decided to split it and made PAPAYA SALAD and cooked the other half into one of my childhood fave dish, DENINGDING NA PAPAYA!😋 (Once in awhile I crave for some food I had when I was growing up in the province❤)

Perfect almusal😊 My #PinoyGoodness of the day from lunch, shrimp with #kangkong and #talong 🙂 I'm never out of greens because the kangkong grows like crazy. I'm never out of shrimp because we have a neighborhood shrimper around the corner that is open until 7pm every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and right now the shrimp is $3.50 a pound for Medium and $4 a pound for Large sometimes Jumbo but the Jumbo shrimp is seasonal. I also have eggplant in my garden, and you know, never out of rice either because, well, I'm Filipino 🤭🌱🍆🌿🍚🦐 #farmtotable #powergreens #shrimplover 😋 (that's also ube on our pool barrier/vine climbing wall)

Sweet potato??? Anybody knows what this is?🤔 Aside from sweet potatoes, cassava, taro, green bananas, I eat with meat...this one is also a good substitute for rice if you're trying not to eat much carbs for whatever healthy reason!🙂 It's one of my fave snacks to take to school when I was in elementary, and sometimes bartered for some sweets like TAGAPULOT (rock sugar) or PAKASHIT (molasses) cause I had sweet addiction back then!🤣 (I chose this over kamoting kahoy when I was young😋)
