Happy New Year!!! 🎊 🍾 So much happened before my 2021 ended, and I didn't get to share it with you. My 2021 surprised me in so many ways—both good and bad. One of the many things that I miss is my fellow fish (Pisces here! 😆) - fresh and cheap. Papa wakes up early in the morning in his hometown, in Zamboanga del Sur, and goes to the seashore where the fishermen are selling their freshly caught fish. Papa can cook, but not like Mama. It's very tempting to use sick leave for this week. Hoho. And I want to bathe and cuddle all my doggos since I'll be away again, but my nose is extra itchy; rhinitis won't go away. I decided to work in these wee hours because my flight is in the afternoon and the airport is a 2-hour drive from home, given that the travel is smooth like baby skin. One of the must-have when you are in Iligan City: 1. Sukang Pinakurat (Iligan City) 2. Cheding's Peanuts (Iligan City) 3. Palapa (Iligan City) 4. I don't have a thermometer, but last night, I can feel that my temperature spiked up because my pee was hot and hot tears kept on falling. Dinner for tonight: rice, corned beef with cabbage, and kimchi. Just enough to fill my tummy so I can drink meds, again. Yes, again, because I vomited the syrup I drank a few minutes ago. 🙄 I've never been sick like this for the longest time, especially the fever part. And it feels so weird to have both asthma and fever again, not to mention my grandma is not with me here. I just hope I won't vomit this food... Ugh!

I appreciate my mom's effort in buying us anime-related stuff. It comes with a keychain, by the way, and unfortunately, I left it at home. I remember when we went to an anime shop and us, sibs, went on a shopping spree - bags, wallet, shirt, keychain, hat, sword, necklace, posters, stickers, etc. That was the first and as of now, the last. 😂 Mudra (mom) almost fainted with the amount she paid for her three baktin (children). 😂

I still feel sleepy after waking up from my 9-hour sleep. I'm not hungry, but I need to munch some food and lucky (or not) to have my overnight rolled oats. I've been sick since Dec 22 - an on and off rhinitis, then I had an asthma attack for four days. January came and I got a fever and asthma. And now, I have dysmenorrhea and a head that feels like it's about to crack on the left side. My appetite is not back and I've been forcing myself to eat 4-5 spoonfuls twice a day. However, unfortunate to say, I didn't lose any weight, not even half a kilo. Just why? 😒 And then I saw this... I even wore a belt before, but now? Uhm... 😅

Finally, this handheld nebulizer arrived today. I have two inhalers, one for maintenance and two for minor asthma attacks. I didn't expect that this will arrive late and I'm already feeling good. My sister's school is confusing. Like bruh, even though it was mentioned that the student will be riding a private vehicle, they won't accept it. Why? Because it's outside Iligan City. But the students living in Iligan City are allowed to be in a public vehicle. Today, I slept at around 7:30 AM and woke up at 10:30 AM. I am still sleepy and tired; I didn't want to move around and cook food for lunch. Yesterday, I had my booster shot in Parañaque. Luckily, my thesis adviser is going to Quezon City to fetch his fiancée, who is my close friend. I got tired from going down and up three times because of my laundry. Since @Hanzell suggested a hot compress on the sore area, I'm taking advantage of the hotness of my clothes. Also, I checked my body temp not so long ago, and it's 37.2°C. It's still normal, but my usual body temp ranges from 35.5°C to 36.6°C. Even when sick, I need to do chores because I'm a sTrOng INDEPENDENT woman. 🥴

If Antoni wants to drink Yi Fang's signature drink, he also wants me to order the same. I was so thirsty from all the walking, so I had no choice. I told him, "Can you tell the crew not to include the fruits?". He was like, "Haa? Then it's not a fruit tea!". 🙄 But I enjoyed drinking this one tho. Anyway, I feel better already.
