I had a meeting scheduled at 10 AM, and it ended at 11:55 AM. I woke up early so I can dress up a little bit, even though it's off-cam. Hehe. It's my first meeting in 2022. Then...the head of the PH team asked me: Sir: Caryl? Do you have another question? Me: I don't have, sir. Sir: Are you getting married anytime soon? Me: Hahaha. No, sir. Not yet. I still need to travel to Japan. Sir: That's good. Travel first before you get married. What's the name of your husband to be? What are your plans? Are you for good here? And the question goes on and on, and there were others from a different department. Hot seat galore. Then it went further to career growth - he wants me to apply and transfer to another team, full of ECEs. Hoho. I told Antoni about this, and he replied that I should ask the German team lead about my intent. The PH Head Manager told me also that he will help me. But the required skills and knowledge are really out of my reach. Antoni: I can assist you. All you have to do is make a plan and go out of your comfort zone. So yeah, I think this will be one of my goals in 2022.
