I've been sick since Dec 22 - an on and off rhinitis, then I had an asthma attack for four days. January came and I got a fever and asthma. And now, I have dysmenorrhea and a head that feels like it's about to crack on the left side. My appetite is not back and I've been forcing myself to eat 4-5 spoonfuls twice a day. However, unfortunate to say, I didn't lose any weight, not even half a kilo. Just why? 😒 And then I saw this... I even wore a belt before, but now? Uhm... 😅
