Printer Cutie

Being a college student is so costly. I don't know if I wrote the first sentence as a sarcastic amusement. I am not yet going to the second year in which I have many major subjects, but I admit that I'm already complaining about my printing expenses. It was not in my original plan to aim for the printer, but after I read this post, I'm already manifesting that I could complete this need of every college student. Only one down to go since my dream laptop as it is already in my hands.

If you are curious why I need to buy, here are those:

• Printing my created reviewers. I think it is better to review if I have a hard copy rather than just reading it on my laptop. I also plan to print my documents in a binder like what I usually watch on one of the trends in TikTok. I prefer it since it is more effective than reading it on my laptop. By doing it, I have some minimal distractions that I can avoid.

• Planning to take advantage of my classmates' needs. Since my classmates and I are only printing in the nearest printing shop, I think I can earn something from them if I can give them the convenience they might need. Instead of letting them print outside, it is better if they will send me the file on my Gmail account, and I will print it for them. It is a win-win situation for us since they can save time and earn money from their problems.

• Buying a printer to save money. It was still fresh in my memory when I went to the nearest printing shop. I was angry with the seller, and I showed my hatred toward her in my mind after receiving the six-colored printed document worth ₱90.00. All I could do at that time was regret since I remembered that I could print a page of colored paper in just ₱7.00 three years ago. But now, a colored page costs around ₱16.00. Inflation sucks, sheesh.

The date my goal is to buy a printer before the year ends. I think our clan on my mother's side will go to the SM Cabanatuan during the holiday vacation, and I forecast that I would have a budget of higher than ₱5,000.00. I only aim for traditional printers, which is achievable for three reasons.

• Holiday bonuses. Every holiday, my aunts and uncles will reward their nephews and nieces, including myself. I think we have different beliefs since they give more money to those older than younger. I'm receiving more than ₱2,000.00, so I can already cap.

• Good earnings from my crypto blogging platforms. Although my profits are declining compared to the previous month, I can still say that my income here is still better. I still have other sites I write continuously, such as PeakD, noise.app, and DBuzz.
