So fruits in the fridge might rot again so I made a Mango Milkshake with chia seeds 😁. You know I love Chia Seeds. Since I don't have fresh milk, I just use powdered milk. I saw a tip that if you can't do regular push ups, you can use a resistance band on your triceps. It'll help you as the band's resistance would help you into pushing your chest .
