A person asking for donation or charity work should provide enough proof and evidence beforehand for the people even if they don't ask him for it. It is of course to prove their legitimacy, so that the donors won't hesistate to give if they really wanted to. Another one is to avoid being questioned, if they don't want to be questioned they should update and provide the evidence or progress of the beneficiary, right? Possible donors of course doesn't want their donation to be funded for a fraud. If you are a donor, would you want a scammer to benefit?
