Puto or Steamed Rice cake but the cheese is not on top but in the middle. When my mom learned to do this she got addicted cause like every week she makes them. What I liked the best is the Puto cake with salted eggs. 😍😍 i love those. Have you tried Puto or Puto cake with salted eggs, which do you prefer?
