Restaurant Kabul beef kebab briyani
Today after church I have lunch at the Restaurant Kabul, the restaurant serves authentic Pakistani food & dishes. It is more known for the Nasi Briyani they sell.
For those who don't know what Nasi Briyani. It is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of India. It can be compared to mixing a curry, later combining it with semi-cooked rice separately
This time I plan to try their beef kebab briyani which cost RM15 per plate. The beef kebab briyani is a briyani with 2 beef kebab, a small plate of salad, a small bowl of yoghurt sauce and a small bowl of curry sauce.
Hi. From the appearance of the dish, I understood that meat resembles adana kebab in our Turkish cuisine. But it is marinated by forging with armor. It was as if it had passed through the machine I saw in the picture.
