Living under the complaint. Yesterday I was reading a post in one of the pages I usually read and I found a phrase that seemed to me very much in line with my thoughts. And it said something like, if your problem has no solution then why are you complaining? But if your problem has a solution then why complain in the first place? It’s a habit of the individual to our own nonconformity, we always have to say things with a tone of contempt when things do not go as we want, if we have the solution to some conflicts we also delight in uttering derogatory words.
It’s difficult to find people who are going through difficult situations and who understand that it has already happened and that now they should use their energies to channel future situations to their advantage and not to stay in the destructive process of thinking about what would have been, what could have been, why me, and other questions that do not help them to channel a better use of their constructive thinking. In these days I have read many posts of the tribulations of the Filipinos after the storm that destroyed much of their property. They are a warrior people who have learned to be resilient, they are used to suffer the onslaughts of these forces of nature but always with the positive thought that they will be able to get out of any negative circsntance that greets them today. As long as they are complete in their family group they are thinking about the struggle to move forward. I don't know how they do it. I don't know how they can live in a place that will always be a hurricane shelter, but they do it with dignity and always with the thought of struggle that characterizes them. I wish that many people could adopt this behavior and not remain submerged in negative thinking that does not help at all. Living under the complaint without seeking solutions only trying to get the attention of others is what makes the individual a person with no future, or with an uncertain future. A person who puts his life or current situation in the hands of others and not in his own hands. Who does not take the tools he/she needs to make decisions according to his/her problem? If there is no solution to your problem, why are you complaining? No matter what your problem is, find a way out of it, and you will. Look for other ways to alleviate your burden and discard the problem with another path to take. If your problem is solvable, what are you complaining about? Just go ahead, struggling to get out of it and little by little you will succeed. The weapons to achieve tranquility in our lives are in our mind and from there we pass them to our hands and from there to shape it in life, in our life. It’s our decision. Thank you friends, readers and sponsors for your company as always.

There is always a solution to every problem, it's just a matter of finding ways on how to execute it. Coz He won't give us something hard that he knows we can't withstand... For us Filipinos, we become used to natural devastations and that's what made us resilient and learn how to survive from anything. We haven't been taught how to, I guess we have natural survival skills 😅.
I think they were born there in that environment of constant struggle of their parents. They saw them struggle and move forward and so they learn from generation to generation not to live by complaining but to solve.
Yes pf course, our situations are right there with us and the power to free ourselves also lies in hands too as I believe one thing everyone does to his or herself is understanding yourself and having the ability to fix it when things appear brim. Good morning fellow momma like me and hope you had the sweetest of nights?
The solution always lies within us. Good day to you too.
Most time complain blind folds our faces from see the solutions to the problems we are facing. This tends to hinder us from getting help from people also
People who are affected by hearing about your continuous complaints without seeking a solution from you will leave you alone because you overwhelm.
Always thinking in A still situation when it is obvious that we can do something for ourselves is rather too much of a naivity of attitude and such tendency might slide us ever deeper into problems that had to do with the mentality for we will no more have the strong wills to adjudicate between our problems. Therefore, all we need is just as you have said of it being to solve it rather than allow it get at us.
You are correct.
Hoping to move from a still position and see things in a better way. I cherish the love by which these Filipinos live with. Stronger we are together.
Yes, tragedies make them stronger.
I know everything has a solution if we will do an action 🤗
Exactly. Thanks for stopping by.
This is very a typical description of humans, we love to complain always even when we've been thought to give thanks always in all situations. But I hope we all learn from this, especially "if the solution is there, why complain?".
That's right my friend.
Hmm big mom I really appreciate you birthday present to me I will like to know when is your birthday too . Everything has a solution when we speak (complain) we find our solution but most times we don't have to complain 😉
My birthday is in March. When you don't fight for what you want you only have complaints.
life stories are always synonymous with problems. sometimes because of problems people become mean to other people. Living under pressure makes people sensitive. tension as if humans have no solution. Actually every problem there must be a solution but often we are not able to think about it.
They do not find the solution because the mind is focused on the problem itself, not on the search for a solution. The complaint becomes a mechanism for others to give support and the person feels good about their conflict. And they live in the complaint.
I believe if we want to solve a problem, you can start working towards it. It's OK to complain to someone to get advice or simply to let out how you feel but one must be willing to take actions after that
In that case you are no longer talking about the complaint. You are taking matters into your own hands. The complaint is the one where you repeat and repeat and repeat your same story. In the end you do nothing to get out of it.
Yes, exactly. That's bad
Oh, it was overwhelming that you noticed one of the Filipinos characteristics Gertu. It was because that's how we raised. Besides, problme won't be solve if we will just keep on complaining. Instead, we can find an alter alternative while working on it Have a nice day!
God help them to find their paths.
Some set of have made complain an habbit, instead of looking for solution they still be tied back to what has happened.
That's what I mean, they sound so bad that time goes by and they don't say the solution to their conflicts but remain in it.
That's because their focus is on the problem itself not the solution.
Wow this is powerful! I haven't realized this before indeed Ma'am complaining is a bad habit of mankind and we tend to do it all over again even though we knew that there's a certain solution to all the things we used to complain.
You are right it is a bad habit that sounds very bad, but that can be changed by the habit of giving positive feedback. Perseverance, resistance, resilience is better to see than to have to listen to this habit of some people.
The positive attitude that we (Filipino's) have is that we are always try to do our best to accept what's done and move on.. even if we are struggling we can still plaster a smiles on our faces.
I have become aware of this with the tragedy that has just happened. They are writing about their losses and end up giving each and every one of them hope. God bless you.
We Filipino are a warrior, we face it head on. We struggle, we fall but we will rise again that's for sure. But off course not all has that mindset. But they have their own way to get out on the sad situation 🥰
Resilience is an art that you develop from your mind and with your heart in it. Everything has a solution and living complaining only takes us away from life.
Our heart ready goes it t the Filipinos. But as long as there's life, there's still hope. We should tell our problems that we have a Big God !
The bad thing is that we say we have a great God but we do not trust in his work. That's why the complaint.
By complaining we can't achieve and change nothing but it hides our all upcoming opportunities too. By complaining we just hides our inner capabilities , our strength instead of complaining we should accept the situation and work hard for our upcoming future.
If the problem has a solution, why worry, and if it doesn't, you don't have to worry either, very wise, you don't have to continue living in misfortune. The Filipinos have fought head on against these calamities, without giving in to discouragement, they are a noble people.
Yes, my dear, you are right. We should not give up, no matter how difficult the circumstances are for us to face
That's right.
We should always be part of the solution and not part of the problem. Complaining only leads to bigger problems and stressful feelings. I am also impressed by Filipinos who are deprived of negative emotions and thoughts even in this extremely difficult situation.
Yes, it is amazing how they got up without electricity, without water, with the roofs of their houses destroyed and still with the grateful thought and action to move forward.
We, Filipinos (Bisaya) are known for being resilience and independent. But just because we're independent doesn't mean we no longer need help, it's just that we've gotten used to stand on our own. We have this favourite line "Importante buhi" which means "the important thing is we're alive" and that's what all matters. We just need to stand up and keep moving forward and focus on the new day ahead.
That's what impresses. That they are already used to these disasters and what they are grateful for is to be left alive. That is the most important thing. They get back on their feet alive.
"They are a warrior people who have learned to be resilient" You hit the spot. For me they also take my respects.
They are a people who have suffered from the ravages of nature. And they remain grateful and do not falter.
I think that people who complain too much are precisely those who don't have many problems but have a big problem: themselves. On the other hand, those who face difficulties like your example of Filipinos, become resilient and seek to solve their situation. It's in adversity that we truly realize our potential.
It is true. Those who complain about everything reach a point where they annoy our ears. The fighters, on the other hand, will always be an example to follow.
