Good morning everyone we are a family of fish lover that's why my menu for the whole day is fish steak.Myson loves toeat fish when i cook he always uhmm sarap kaya lagi akong inspired mag luto she is still sleeping tha's why im already here writing this recipe.

You can use any fish that you want but for me the best ang bangus sa ganitong luto. 1/2 kl of bangus. 2 pcs of onion 1/2of garlic pepper,salt calamansi, soy souce. Marinate first your bangus withgarlic ako kase mas bet ko pag maraming garlic mas malasa, salt pepper ,calamansi ,and soysauce itsbest marinated for a night but pag rush even 1/2 an hour mas marasarap pag nakababad, then saute afterna matinate fried the bangus and when itis half coock or medyo brownish na sya add the sauce nung pinag marinate ninyo and add some water let it boil then put the onions on the top.so easy to do.
