Spammers are very clever. They always find a way to cheat! I recently read and wrote a comment on @mooontivated 's article about physical fitness and apparently this spammer copied all the comments on his article and made it into another article! I usually don't mind actions like this but I'm voicing this out to raise awareness. Click on the link below and downvote the article. Let's report the user too and combat spamming 😑 https://read.cash/@Amna/bs-avii-f581cc07#comment-17d27a90 P.S. I discourage you leave any comment on that article as it will only let that spammer gain more points I think.

Flowers Photography Featuring The Portulaca Plant Today I'm going to share with you the different colors of the flowers of Portulaca plant (Moss Rose) that I captured yesterday. In my native language *(Bicolano)* we call these ***uro-alas dose*** which literally means that it's not a real twelve o'clock. The name sounds funny when translated to english but there's a reason why it is called 12 o'clock. The flowers blooms only until 12 pm-1 pm. And as per my observations, they only bloom when the sun shines brightly. The flowers on my photographs grows in the middle of a railway and their different vibrant colors looks so lovely that I can't help but to take photos of them. I've captured it in five different colors. Though it's bot high quality because I'm using a phone with low specs, but I hope you like them. Which color is your favorite? And what do you call these Portulaca flowers in your native language? Don't hesitate to comment your answer! 😉 Please leave a thumbs up, comment & consider subscribing 💕

Tangible or Intangible Gifts? Which Do You Prefer? Most of us probably received a gift in the past. Who wouldn't be happy when receiving a gift? I'm the happiest when I receive a gift, even though it's just a simple thing with low value. Who cares about the value? It's the thought that counts! Most people values gifts so much that even though a long time has passed they still keep the gift. It's because most of us gives more value not to the gift but to the person who gave it. There are many reasons why people give out gifts maybe it's for an anniversary, graduation, to congratulate someone or to simply show 'gratitude'. Now that *ber months* have come, this is the time that people are into gift giving. But wouldn't it be more meaningful when someone gives us a gift with no particular reason at all? It means that the person thought of us even without any special ocassion. Gifts can be tangible or intangible.  ***Tangible gifts*** are those that can be touched or has physical appearance. Usually these are the gifts that can be purchased and can be wrapped  such as clothes, toys, cellphones, bags or any item that is on someone's wishlist. ***Intangible gifts*** are those that cannot be purchased. It feels good to receive a material gift, but personally, I love intangible gifts more. Those are the *love* from people that matters to me, the *time* they give so we can do meaningful things together and the *support* and *encouragement* coming from my friends and loved ones. But the most important intangible gift that we have ever received is the **gift of life**. In this day and age where a lot of people from around the world are striving and fighting hard so they can live, it's basic for us to be thankful for the life that we have. Be thankful that we are not one of those who are fighting just so they can still enjoy living their life. Because we are alive, we have the freedom to enjoy the beautiful things in life such as good food, good music, good friends and of course the other material things that we have. There is no doubt about the happiness that we feel whenever we receive a gift be it tangible or intangible gift. But there is more happiness and satisfaction if we are the gift giver instead of being the receiver. Just as Jesus Christ said: "There is more happiness in giving than in receiving." It feels wonderful seeing someone smile because of a simple gift that we gave and regardless of the reason for giving a gift nothing feels great than giving a gift that comes from the heart - those are special and indeed the best. How about you? Do you prefer tangible gifts or the intangible ones? Share your thoughts on the comment box! Please leave a thumbs up, comment & consider subscribing 💕

Plant Photographs featuring The Vibrant Blue Sky It's been days since I published a photography article. So today, I decided to take some shots of the plants my mom brought home before transplanting them. I don't know the name of these plants so please don't ask me 😅 The sky looks vibrantly beautiful too so I made it as the background for my photographs and surprisingly, I was filled with awe upon seeing the how the photos looked. I hope you enjoy these photos too 😉 This one's my favorite among the plants my mom brought home. I think this also grows taller and bigger. But it's just my speculation lol A 5-inch tall plant that looks so cute. I think this plant is among the favorites of plantmoms and plantitas (plant aunts or those who's fond of adopting plants) out there. This one looks cute too. I just didn't find the perfect angle for this because the ants are partying on my feet while I'm taking the photos. True enough there's an immense varieties and beauty of plants that amazes us. These plants are clear evidence thar our dear Creator wants us to enjoy life and be happy while looking at these marvelous creations 💚 **What can you say about these plant photographs?** Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

>Well this platform is great if we only want to earn few bucks but if they think that they will earn a lot here, then read cash is definitely not the site they are looking for. I understand that life is hard nowadays but if they want to earn more they can try freelancing or learn some skills that will help them get more money. Someone marked this comment as spam. I don't know if it's only accidental or intentional. Nevertheless, now I know the feeling of having your comment marked as spam 😂 Good evening everyone!

Don't Focus on Points Yesterday I've seen a lot of posts *complaining about their points*. Some complained about getting low points while others complained about not getting any points at all. Many users are discouraged by it that there are a few who even said that they won't do anything unless their points increases, meaning they won't publish, won't comment and won't view other's articles. Well here's the thing, that attitude won't change anything. Read cash is not like your boyfriends or girlfriends that when you feel disappointed in them you'll sulk and never talk to them so that they will go after you and coax you. No, that's not how readcash works. If you stop doing things here just because you are disappointed, you are more likely to get lower points. So ***don't focus too much on the points because it will only cause anxiety and disappointment***. You'll be disappointed for getting low points, you'll just feel anxious everytime you look at your points which are not moving. Instead of watching over your points and checking on it every minute, enjoy your time here instead. Read those articles on your notification, and if you don't find them interesting or entertaining check the communities and look for any article that you can relate to. Leave a like, write a meaningful comment and you may also consider giving an upvote. Don't think about the few amount of money you'll spend for an upvote, you'll eventually get it back. Let me show you this: I've included this screenshot here not to brag about my points but to inspire you. As you can see this is a screenshot I made this morning wherein I got 778.5 points - the highest points I've accumulated in just one day! What did I do to garner such point? Well, I only published 2 articles yesterday and they're not even featured on the home page. I got a very little number of likes, views and comments compared to my previous articles. I'm not even very active yesterday because I'm too busy with a lot of stuffs. But I commented on a few articles and when I say I commented, those are really meaningful. These are just two of the comments I made yesterday. As you can see, my comments are quite long. This is one of the secrets why I get high points even though I don't publish a lot of articles each day (I stick to publishing 1-2 articles every day). Don't focus on your points. Write good quality comments. You don't have to exactly comment on what the writer said, spill your thoughts regarding the topic, share an experience or give an advice related to what the articles says. You'll enjoy doing this. And once you do this, you won't notice that your points are already moving. Who knows, you might even gain the highest points! Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

Random Photographs by the Rice field This morning I woke up and saw how beautiful the weather is, which inspired me to take some shots of the things I saw near the rice field which is located few meters away from my house. Let me share with you my random photographs for today. I don't know what to call this but they're beautiful so I just captured it in two different angles. These are snail eggs. When I was a kid I always like looking at them because of it's lovely color and some of the kids even collects this and play with it. Cute white flowers with raindrops. There's an irrigation near the rice field too and I just took a chance it taking this photo. This one's taken in the afternoon though. To be honest I was never interested of these things before. But during this pandemic that most of us are confined at home, I learned to admire and appreciate the simple things around. Taking photographs made me appreciate them 💚 I hope you enjoyed my clicks today. What do you think of them? Feedbacks will be highly appreciated. Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

How to Beat that Writer's Block? You're possibly staring at an empty notepad on your phone or computer. Perhaps you're in front of an empty sheet of paper with a pen or pencil on your hand cracking your brain for ideas but nothing comes up! You know you have to write (and you want to write!) but your brain won't cooperate, you're trying to write down something but nothing just comes to mind. Most writers probably experienced this certain feeling - **writer's block**. As a writer, a certain time will come when your imagination just won't work, your sack of inspiration is gone and you are running out of ideas. But don't feel bothered! Don't think that you won't be able to write again. Don't panic and dont pressure your mind too! Accept that writer's block and you'll soon get that groove for writing back! Once you learn to accept that loosing the will to write comes to a writer from time to time, you'll learn how to manage and overcome it. While you are unable to write why not try to relax and ease your mind first? Personally, I've been stuck in a writer's block several times before, there's a moment that I almost gave up on writing here because I can't think of anything to write. I just write as a hobby and I only do it when I'm in the mood. But when I came here, I was pressured to always write. Here are some of the things that helped me and I'm hoping that you'll find it useful as well (if not today, maybe in the future) **Read**. *Instead of being lost in thought and forcing your brain to think of something you can write about try to read. Read something new. Grab a book or surf the web and just read about anything or do some research that will help you get a new inspiration.* **Take some time for relaxation**. *Go for a walk and look into nature. Seeing the amazing wonders of nature will boost your energy and relax your mind. A relaxed mind will help you pull new ideas and often times gives you the inspiration you are looking for. This has been effective to me all the time. If you don't feel like going out, watch a good movie or just sleep.* **Try freewriting**. *Whenever I'm out for ideas, I try to just write about anything. Write with no specific topic in mind. Sometimes, ideas just pops out all of a sudden so once an idea comes to mind, write it down so you won't forget it and it might help you later. For me there are times that a good article title suddenly comes to mind while I'm cooking, or doing the dishes and I tend to forget it in just a few moments so I always make sure to write down any idea that comes to mind as soon as possible.* **Listen to music**. *This is an effective way to calm the nerves and helps a person to focus. It has always been effective to me as having a relaxed mind and body helps me to think clearly, it may help you too.* **Take photographs.** *I'm sure not all of us has a thing for photography but I still want to share this. These days when I don't feel like writing, I go out and take good photographs. It helps me to relax and admire the beauty of the things around us - even the simple things. Taking photographs also helps me to get a new inspiration for writing.* So when battling with writer's block try these and don't let that writer's block stop you from writing! Overcome it and get that imagination moving! `Have you also experienced a writer's block? How did you overcome it? Tell us on the comment section.` Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

200 + subscribers 🎉🎊 Yay! I'm amazed to gain a hundred more in just two weeks! Take note, I gained them in a 'legal' way 😊 Thanks everyone for believing in me and supporting my works 💕 To celebrate this another milestone here, I'm thinking about giving out sponsorship or 'revealing' my face because after that Cheery flower article some of you are curious about how I look 😂 So which one do you prefer? (I'm sure most of you will choose the sponsorship though lol)

@esciisc

Photographs By a Trying Hard Photographer I'm overwhelmed to see that I've gained so much support on my previous article 'The Cheery Flower' (https://read.cash/@esciisc/the-cheery-flower-83d9d80e ). I didn't expect that a lot of people will like it, much more to be the 6th on the list of articles on the main page last night 😱 Thanks everyone for your complements and good feedbacks 💛 The complements I received from you gave me the confidence to share these photos I took at dusk yesterday. Too bad, my mobile phone's camera is not as good as those of others but I make the most out of it by being creative with the angles instead. `Here's a fact: I love photographs but I prefer to strike a pose in front of the camera than taking shots. But these days I've been taking lots of photos that people who will see me on the street capturing photos of almost every object I see will think that I'm going crazy. Good thing I'm always wearing a face mask so they don't see my face 😆` What do you think of these photos? Is this trying hard photographer getting any better? I'm thinking about creating a new account here and abandon this one. Here's the thing, my friends found out my username here so I'm no longer an anonymous writer to them. I really don't want them to find out my identity here because they are all bullies (well, except for @Myt.24 which is the most supportive of them all) I have a low self esteem so I'm also not confident to show my works to people who knows me personally. What do you think guys? By the way, good day!

More than 2500 views! 🎉🎉 I received the notification 2 days ago but I only read it today as I was scanning through my notification. I was so busy the past days that I can only reply to comments on my articles and on a very few articles by others. I want to thank all of you for always supporting and appreciating my works 💕 I'm trying to read all your articles from few days ago up to recent, but I don't have much time on my hands. Today I was so busy with household chores, business and helping my friend out in planning for his epic failed marriage proposal 😂 I hope I can make time to read your awesome articles tomorrow, but for now I'm off to catch some zzzz's and travel to dreamland 💤💤

@esciisc

Random Photographs I wasn't confident to submit these photos for the mobile phone photography contest but the positive comments encouraged me to edit this article and finally submit as an entry for the contest. Yesterday, in the afternoon I went out to do some volunteering works. I volunteered to clean a hall. The place is quite a distance from my house so I decided to use a bike going to the place of volunteering. The sun is scorching hot and it felt like it's burning my skin underneath the two sweaters I'm wearing, but when I look up and stared at the perfectly blue sky blended with pluffy white clouds I was filled with awe and it looks really fascinating to me. I'm not a good photographer (as I was always teased by my friends for taking blurred photos of them, plus the angles doesn't look good either 😅) but the good whether and wonderful looks of nature urged me to take some shots and I want to share the photos with you. These are taken at 3:30 in the afternoon and I took the photos using my Oppo A3s phone. It's specs is not as good as those new, high quality mobile phones with really good specs but so far I'm contented with the shots I took with it. This phone has been my companion for almost two years now. `These photos are not as good as those taken by others but I hope you all like them.` Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

Does Clicking the Boost Button Guarantee More Points? It's been so long since I wrote an article about readcash but today I decided to write one. I've seen articles about the positive effects of boosting an article (you can check these articles by @Myt.24 and @Jane these are really helpful https://read.cash/@Myt.24/push-the-boost-button-959c5ca5 https://read.cash/@Jane/how-to-boost-your-article-to-attract-viewers-c4457554) I agree that boosting article will attract more viewers and paying some cents to boost your article is indeed worth it. Ever since I started boosting some of my articles I've gained a fair amount of subscribers. However, I'm sure that most of the users here wanted to get more points. Based on my observation, articles about gaining points are indeed a hit, and everyday I see short posts and rants on my notification about their points on freeze, getting low points or getting small amount of earnings, someone even showed indignation towards readcash making it seem like readcash has some responsibility towards them ( remember that @Read.Cash clearly stated that this website could not replace our day job people! If you want to earn more money then look for a proper job lol) ***But does boosting really guarantee more points?*** I don't think so. Boosting only gives our article the opportunity to gain more views or attract the readers to open it. But it doesn't guarantee that it will gain more likes and comments, and of course more points. **Here are some of the things which I think, we need to consider before clicking that button:** *Make sure the article is interesting. If an article is not interesting, even if it's boosted people won't read nor open it.* *Choose the best article to boost. Not all articles you publish needs to be boosted.* *Don't spend too much on a boost. No matter how much you spend for a boost, your money will go in vain if you boost just any article you like.* As my conclusion **gaining more points still depends on our hard work and skills.** If you want to earn more points, do a better job in writing a good and engaging article and be active in commenting on the works of others. I'm not sure if someone did this already but here's a fact about boost: you can boost an article even if it's not yours. Well, not many users will do this because who would be willing to spend money on others without gaining anything, right? But I tried to boost an article by @blazingwolvez (*a new user with awesome photography skills I just discovered last night*) because I really like it, I don't know how it will affect me and I still have to wait and see if it will reach more audience 😊🤞 Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

A craft made of Scraps Hello everyone! As usual I hope you all are having an awesome day! Today I'm going to share with you a craft I made yesterday. We made smoked fish yesterday so I have to make sticks out of bamboo. When I saw the bamboo scraps I thought of making something out of it so I decided to create a phone stand. First, I made popsicle-like sticks out of those bamboo scraps I was in a hurry when creating this craft so I'm unable to take photos of the step by step process 😅 **Here's the finished product:** Perfect for zooming and for our video calls @Myt.24 haha So there it is. The Tree of Life It is a common tree you will see in tropical places. You'll see it standing proudly along the shorelines, vast lands are usually covered by it and makes a beautiful landscape. What is it? The **coconut tree**. This tree is among the family of palm trees and can be found in the tropics. In the Philippines it is deemed as the 'tree of life' because it has many uses. Every part of this tree has its uses, from the leaves up to it's roots. So let's discuss it's uses. ***Leaves***. The leaves of the coconut tree is used for roofing, making *brooms* that is used for cleaning, and even used as a *wrapper* for a delicacy called suman (sticky rice with coconut milk). The stem where the leaves are connected is also used as a firewood. ***Coconut fruit***. The coconut fruit is very delicious. Young fruits can be made into *refreshments* such as buko salad, buko shake and the buko juice. We also make 'bukayo' a sweet *delicacy* out of young fruits. Adult fruits are sources of coconut milk that we use for *cooking*, making *jams* and also a source of palm *oil* or virgin coconut oil that we use for *frying foods*, *treating wounds* and makes the hair shiny. The coconut shell can be made into *coals* used for cooking and can also be used as a *firewood*. We also make crafts out of it such as *kitchen utensils*. It is also used as a costume for the traditional or folk dance 'maglalatik'. While the *husk* can be used when making smoked fish. Coconut trunk. The trunk is a good source of *lumber* used for building and it can also be used to make *furnitures*. Coconut Roots. I haven't seen or tried using the roots but my grandpa told us before that they use it as herbal and it has *medical* benefits. ***Indeed, coconut is not just a nut. It is an extraordinary 'nut'.*** Please like, comment & consider subscribing 💕

Dilemma Howdy! How's everyone doing? I hope you are all fine and healthy. Is there anyone who can recommend a real good writer here that I can subscribe to? It's quite a hassle to go to communities and look for a good article to read. I really like the articles here and previously I enjoy reading here because the articles are informative, entertaining and I really learn something. I subscribed to a lot of users but these days, my notification is bombarded with games, contest and giveaways that it makes it hard to find a good and entertaining article to read. Good writers still publish quality articles but their articles are covered up with short posts spams so it's hard to find them on my notification. Don't take it the wrong way please. I'm not against those contest and giveaways but let us do things in moderation, always remember that too much of everything is not good. Happy day everyone! Gardening helped our family to survive the Quarantine The first month of quarantine has been a challenge for most people, specially for those who live in developing countries like the Philippines. Confinement at home, loss of job and many other challenges. It is also hard when we run out of supplies but we can't go to the market because we only have a specific day that we are allowed to go out to buy primary supplies such as food and medicine. Before the corona virus pandemic even started, our region was hit by a strong typhoon and this alone have already affected the lives of the people in our region. My dad anticipated that the price of vegetables and other food supplies will go higher so our family decided to have a small vegetable garden project. Some of the plants are ampalaya (bitter gourd), petchay, mustard greens, okra (gumbo), tomatoes, string beans, Red peppers and patola (sponge gourd). Very timely, when the quarantine started some of our plants are ready for harvesting and some are blooming. Because of the economic situation in our country, most families are unable to buy supplies that will last for a week until the scheduled market day. But because we have these plants in our yard, we never worry about running out out foods. It's not just our family who benefited from our vegetable garden. Even families from our neighborhood also asks us for free vegetables and we are happy to give it to them. Surprisingly, even though several households are getting vegetables from our garden those plants lasted for 2 more months. Planting does not only enables us to save money, it also promotes a healthy living and healthy lifestyle and taking care of those plants is also a way to ease our boredom during the lockdown 💚 How about you, have you ever tried planting or gardening?
