This afternoon, while I was having my coffee, my little boy (2 years old) handed me this flower he picked somewhere, then I chuckled when he said, “Thank you, mama!”. I don't know what's running on his head, he's just too young and innocent. Just got home from school. I was exhausted after lifting approximately 5kls or more of rice. It was given to us after the meeting this afternoon. Look what I found in the garden this Sunday, ants with wings! I'm so lucky to found these ants or are they queen or queen ants to be? It's a sunny day this Monday and we had a quick walk today on our favorite spot. And today we met new goats in the area. We didn't get closer to them because they might be aggressive but looks like they are friendly hehe. It's so sunny that I wanted to do the laundry again, but my problem is my finger is hurt. While walking today in the garden here's what I found, shed skin of a cicada. When I was a kid I am always curious if what was the thing I always find in the woods. I thought it was a dead insect. But as I grew, I saw an unusual cut on its back, so I assumed the insect shed its skin and the skin was left undamaged. And it's true, the noisy insects, cicadas when turned adult shed their skin, and actually, it's their nymph exoskeleton skin. Then they will grow their wings. 🙂

Today I did a little observation, while we walked around after lunchtime, I took a shot of the sky. It was bright, blue, and clear too but in a short span, it became gloomy. The rain stopped for a while so I took the chance to roam around for a bit. ☺ I saw a blue ternate flower beautifully blossomed, and I made it as my model for today. 😁 We planted another Blue ternate plant in pots. These flowers are very healthy, we are fond of making tea or juice out of them. But the taste is very weird, earthy flavor. 😄

We are currently experiencing a power interruption and sadly I have no power bank yet. In times of this emergency, power banks are very useful especially the emergency lights too, but this afternoon, I remember my USB led lamp. I am grateful we survive the night without being harmed by the strong wind. I was up the whole night and only slept from 4 am to 5 am. The wind is still howling and roaring this morning, some roofs of our neighbors were taken off by the wind. Some trees were laid down too. I'm just glad the morning came now though we still don't have electricity. That night was the scariest night I ever had. I can't upload photos at the moment, my phone signal is currently on and off.

My husband's cousin visited us yesterday, he and his two friends came with him. They traveled almost 24km by bicycle. My sister gave me a long wallet the last time, it's the early Christmas gift I received hehe. I love the design, it's a bit big but I like that it has several compartments inside. This place always reminds me of my childhood, where I and my friends and cousin were busy catching butterflies, dragonflies, and grasshoppers. We don't mind running in the grass field, and we don't mind being hurt by the thorns of some wild weeds. It's past 9 pm and it's coffee time! How many cups of coffee can you drink a day? Me, I used to drink 5 cups of coffee a day before while I was still working. But now, I can only drink up to 3 cups per day. One in the morning, another one in the afternoon, and the last one will be in the evening. It's my first time buying Bavarian Cream Spread for the loaves. I thought the kids would love it since they also love bavarian donuts but to my surprise, they didn't like it as a sandwich spread. It's a sad day for me today, our two puppies died. Last night we found out that Midas (White) was lifeless in their cage. We were so shocked how did it happen? Then we let Bruce (Brown-colored pup) sleep on the balcony last night. He was still active, but this morning we saw him so stiff, cold, and lifeless too. It's an epic photo of a dragonfly I took several weeks ago. It's the time when we were still hanging out on the vacant field.
