Is it hard to do all these?
Eyyyy. It's been four weeks since my last visit here, feels like a year char. I was busy with my OJT (24 hours to go to finish my internship, yay!) and when I have free time, I used to watch anime and play online games. (I've hooked with Mobile Legends again! Grrr and worst I spent money now to buy what I want at that game(just some). Now, I promise not to spend anymore but still play the game. Especially when my siblings asked me to play with them. Haha. Okay, that's enough for an update about me. HAHA. Anyways, I hope everyone is fine. Mukhang balik lockdown nanaman tayo ayan na. Nakakaloko sila aa.
Moving on, these behavior skills can be applied in our home, school, work, and so on.
Always listen. I remember when we were in senior high school, there is this one professor who told us about the 80-20 rule. Meaning, 80% listening, and 20% talking. Simply, we must focus on listening when someone is talking so we know what or how to respond. In school, we mostly listen for us to learn. (But me, always have a seatmate who is talkative so alam niyo na. Haha) This also applied to two people who are arguing. Have you noticed when your parents are fighting over something and the other one is do more talking than listening? It happens that it leads to misunderstanding than fixing the problem because the other one does not want to listen. Sana all nalang sa mga parents na malumanay mag-usap. XD
Be kind. Before, I find this hard. Haha. Why? Maybe because I was still young and there are people making me mad, bullying me, or whatever. So, in my mind, why should I be kind to these people? Why?! Haha. Hindi naman nila deserve e haha chariz. But as time goes by, I learned that this is also for my own good. Sabi nga ni Selena, kill'em with kindness. HAHA
Smile. For me smiling is so easy and it can attract positivity. But you can read it through my face if that was fake or not. I can't hide it, especially when about family problems. But as long as I can, I smile at people close to me or someone I know instead of showing my grumpy face so they won't have a bad day because of me. Hahaha. Because based on my experience, whenever I see my siblings' irritated faces, it makes me irritated too. 😆
Control your emotions. For example: Before, I can't control my emotions. You know, I easily get mad over simple things, hot-headed in short. So, it happened that I usually get make mistakes or say hurtful words which sometimes I didn't mean to (yes there are times that I mean it. Haha). Moreover, being able to control our emotions, will not lead us to misunderstand others and avoid mistakes.
Avoid gossip. In school, at work, and even with your neighbors, avoid gossip. (Mahirap lang talaga i-avoid pag mainit pa chismis chaar haha.) When you be in a situation where there is someone making gossip with you, just listen. Don't say anything 'coz it might put you in danger and don't tell others even if it's true or not. Cut it on you. It's nothing to do with your life. Don't involve yourself. Even if you are mad with the person. Just don't.
Responsible. Be responsible for the things you do and should do. I know all of you know your responsibility as a son, daughter, sister, brother, mother, father gentleman tururututut, or whatever. XD. When it comes to school, of course, to do our assignments. At work, to do our job right with integrity. At home, to help clean the house.
Integrity. Ever since I always have had integrity. Whenever I do, I do it with integrity. Just do your work right even if no one is watching.
That's all! There are lots of behavioral skills that I haven't mentioned. Maybe will share on the other day or not. Haha.
Anyways, I am still working on some of the behavior skills mentioned above because I know myself still making mistakes but continues learning with it.
Thank you for reading! :)
Kumusta kayo ditooo?
It's really challenging to control emotions especially negatives ones for those are the sources of arguments.
