1. If you have to work in the office for a long time, take a short break for 2-3 minutes. If you carry a heavy bag for a long time, if you do not carry the same weight on both shoulders, you will get shoulder or back pain. So the bag should be carried in such a way that there is equal pressure on both the shoulders.

4. Problems with frozen shoulder or stiff joints can be cured by wearing cervical collars or back braces, but this practice is dangerous if it is long-term! Because, according to doctors, it is better not to rely on cervical collar or back brace if there are no injuries. It is better to exercise according to the rules according to the advice of physiotherapists.

5. If the height of the pillow is not correct while sleeping or if the pillow is too hard or too soft, there may be pain in the neck and back. The height of the pillow should be such that the back can be kept fairly straight or parallel without bending the shoulders and neck.

I have a problem with back pain. Prolong sitting can make your posture incorrect resulting in pain due to the nature of work. A sedentary lifestyle was also there.

Well, to make my pain cease. I need to lay down on the flat surface and put some soft things underneath my lower back or lay from one side in a fetal position where I can feel the comfort spot. You can do it as well 👍😊

So what is low back strain? A series of muscles and ligaments in your back hold the bones of your spinal column in place. You can strain these muscles by stretching them too far, causing tiny tears in the tissue. And because nerves stretch out from the spinal cord throughout the entire body, low back strain can cause pain in areas other than your back.💙

Low back strain can be caused by: Extreme physical exertion. Falling. Bending or crouching repeatedly. Lifting heavy objects if you are not in shape. It can also be caused by emotional stress, improper posture, being overweight, out of shape, or sitting in the same position for long periods of time.
