Ways to get rid of phlegm accumulated in the chest

As a result of the change of seasons, especially in winter, various problems occur in our body. Outbreaks of cold and cough are most prevalent. It is more deadly when it sits on the chest. Excessive phlegm also causes shortness of breath. However, not only adults but also children suffer from this problem.

Here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for acne treatment. Let's take a look-

Lemon and honey syrup:

Make a syrup by mixing lemon juice and cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey. Take this syrup whenever your throat is sore or you have difficulty breathing due to cough. Moreover, mixing lemon and a teaspoon of honey in lukewarm water keeps the throat clean.

Ginger:

Ginger works very well to get rid of phlegm in the chest. Drinking ginger tea or ginger water can get rid of this problem. Boil ginger in a glass of hot water with ginger powder. When the water boils well, strain the ginger and eat it while it is still lukewarm. You can also put a little ginger in your mouth to reduce dry cough and sore throat.

Yellow:

Not only is it an antiseptic, turmeric contains a substance called curcumin which helps to get rid of accumulated phlegm quickly. It contains anti-inflammatory ingredients that help relieve sore throat and chest pain. So mix a pinch of turmeric powder in a glass of lukewarm water to rinse every day. Or mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk and mix it with honey.

Liquid food:

There is difficulty in eating due to accumulation of phlegm in the chest. So this time you can get more comfort by eating more liquid and hot food. Drink plenty of water, juice, chicken and vegetable soup or basil leaf tea throughout the day.

Hot water vapor:

Mix well with menthol in boiling hot water. Take the water out of the oven, cover your head with a large towel and breathe frequently. Thus steam twice a day for at least 10 minutes. This will open the closed nose and the phlegm that has accumulated in the chest will come out.

Gargling:

Gargling with hot water reduces sore throat. For this, mix half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water and stir. Try to gurgle at least three times a day like this. This is a very effective home remedy to reduce cough.
