A New Day With New Ambitions Hello my friends at read.cash, Have you ever felt like that the world is against you? That everything isn't going your way? You might have felt like that a lot. Live can be hard sometimes, it can be tough on you mentally, physically, or financially. But remember! nothing lasts forever, life is full of ups and lows and you have to work and grind as hard as you can to overcome every stone thrown at you during your life. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE if you work hard enough, everything can be achieved. It might be difficult and you might think of giving up, but giving up isn't an option because; the sweetest feeling that you could feel is when you achieve your lifelong ambition. When that happens you will swear that everything that you have been through is totally worth it. You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world’s problems at once but don’t ever underestimate the importance of yourself and the impact that you can do to the world. There is nothing as "not important job" every job completes the other and no one is perfect. So don't ever lose hope because hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality. Never stop chasing your dreams however they might seem so far away, never stop working hard as nothing lasts forever, never underestimate yourself or the role you have in the world and finally hold to the hope, the belief, the conviction that there is a better life, a better world, beyond the horizon. Always remember that you are loved by so many people even if you don't notice and always remember that you might be a role-model to someone and you never know. Keep chasing your dreams and never give up. Have a good day my friends!

7 Ways to Instantly De-Stress Calm yourself down instantly with these easy tricks. Stress can manifest itself in some strange ways like frequent headaches and colds, tiredness, and back pain.  These instant tips can help. **Smell this scent.** Lavender oil is a traditional remedy for symptoms like nervousness and anxiety. Next time you’re stressed, take a minute to dab some oil on your wrists, collarbone or chest, and inhale deeply. **Focus on your breath.** Deep breathing, also called belly breathing, helps you disengage from bothersome thoughts. It’s simple to do, just breathe in deeply through your nose, letting your chest and belly rise up. Slowly exhale through your mouth or nose. Practice once or twice a day for at least 10 minutes. **Eat chocolate.** Some research shows that eating dark chocolate lowers stress levels—snack on an ounce and a half per day for two weeks to reap the benefits. **Get back to nature.** Listening to nature-based sounds like running waterfalls or rainstorms can help reduce stress and anxiety. You can download some nature sounds, or follow a few Spotify or Pandora stations. When you need to decompress, just switch on your music and unwind during your break. **Reach out to a friend.** Quickly catch up with a friend to change your frame of mind. Just be sure to pick a friend that doesn’t irritate or stress you out already. **Look at baby animal pictures.** Trouble concentrating, forgetfulness and reduced productivity are all stress side effects. Luckily, there’s an adorable (and research-backed) way to deal with that lost productivity: look at cute baby animal pictures. **Laugh it up.** Laughing triggers endorphins, also known as the feel-good hormones, to be released. Share a giggle with co-workers. Before or after work, listen to a comedy station on Pandora or Spotify. Stress can have troublesome health effects, including increased heart attack risk, breathing problems and stomach issues like diarrhea or constipation. Aim to get your stress under control to reduce your risk of developing these related conditions. Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Sub, upvote and comment. A Flash of Slight Anger Can Sharpen Your Focus When you need to make a tough decision, just think about the last time you were angry. Sounds counter-intuitive, but a little anger can actually help you choose better, a study suggests. Just don't work yourself up into a rage. That state still sends all reason out the window. **Get Lightly Steamed, Think Straight** Researchers put college coeds in an angry state and then asked them to read a couple of arguments about students' spending habits. One argument was weak, the other strong. Students were better able to spot a stronger argument when they were a little peeved. Why? Anger may trigger adaptive behaviors -- the kind of behaviors that allow people to adjust to circumstances and make productive, constructive choices.  **But Don't Lose It** Fleeting moments of anger may give you focus, but chronic tension and hostility will take a toll on your health -- possibly increasing your risk of heart disease. **Are you a hothead? Try these anger management tips**. https://read.cash/@Mox/how-can-you-manage-your-anger-87089eda Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Sub, upvote and comment. How can you manage your anger? While you may think that lashing out or hitting a pillow or punching bag helps you release tension, it doesn't. It teaches you unhealthy behavior patterns that actually escalate tension. That said, we don't want you to hold on to your anger until it eats away at you like ants on crumbs. So instead, adopt *healthy* behavior patterns that will help reduce anger and anxiety as well as their associated health problems. (Anger has been shown to lead to a higher incidence of heart disease.) If you're one of the millions who have anger issues, try these techniques to make a change that we'll all be thankful for. **Do the opposite.** A good way to cope with anger is to do the opposite of what you feel like doing. So the next time you feel like swearing at the guy who just cut you off, consider that maybe there's a reason he did so -- like he just got a call that his wife is in labor or his mom tripped and fell and can't get up. **Find your pattern.** Keep a record -- without censoring – of all the emotions you feel (and why) during the day. This will help you identify the core beliefs that are associated with your anger. Do you get angry at a lack of respect? Wasted time? Insults? Once you understand what sets you off, you'll be able to work on dealing with it. **Work it out.** Somehow, you have to acknowledge your physiological response to anger. Telling yourself to stay calm is one of the worst things you can do (second only to being *told* to calm down) because, as a human being, you're programmed to act out when you feel threatened. So act out in a way that doesn't burn bridges, or worse. Do push-ups, go for a walk, or try deep breathing. **Choose smart words.** When anger's talking, steer clear of words like "never" or "always." Statements like "This machine never works!" or "You're always forgetting things!" not only are inaccurate but also make you feel that your anger is justified because there's no way to solve the problem. These statements also alienate people who might otherwise work with you to find a solution. **Get real.** Make sure you have realistic expectations. Don't blame yourself for things that are out of your control, and don't blame others for things that are out of their control. Some people like to exercise. Others like to meditate. Others may enjoy tuning into a favorite sitcom. It can also be helpful to talk to a third party, as long it is not done in a malicious way. This kind of discussion can help you gain perspective and has been shown to lower blood pressure. Remember at the end of the day, nothing is worth your mental health! Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Sub, upvote, and comment, and I'll do it back instantly! ;) Have a great day.

Nas-illmatic review Hello all, I decided to do something a bit different by reviewing various (mostly hip-hop) albums in the next few articles and I really hope that you like it and might even give them a listen ;)? Often recognized as one of the best hip-hop albums of all time, Illmatic is one of the biggest classics in hip-hop history. Despite it being only a 40-minute album, Nasty Nas comes straight out of the gate. From track 1 (The Genesis) to track 10 (It Ain't Hard to Tell) are very enjoyable. Illmatic reached number 12 on the US Billboard 200 selling approximately 94,000 copies in its first week as well as earning platinum in December 2001 for selling 1,000,000 copies in the US. With production work from Large Professor, DJ Premier, Q-Tip, and Nas himself they came with a wonderful jazzy vibe. Praised success for both lyrics and production, Illmatic lyrically has the most talented, skillful, and memorable lines in Hip-Hop history, with Nas spitting poetic, mindful and catchy bars. Grittily realistic, jazzily mellow, and often times cinematic in nature. Nas legendary debut Illmatic rightly deserves its places as one of the towering pillars of Hip Hop and how can it not with such songs as the smooth and melancholic Life's a B****, the cinematically gripping N.Y. State of Mind and Represent, the smoothly jazzy Memory Lane, and the devastatingly relevant One Love? In this project, Nas had a never-ending flow and the lyrical content to match. He had Vivid storytelling, Nas is able to use his words in a sophisticated manner without ever sounding forced, and the production here feels emblematic of both the time and place from which Illmatic stems. I've seen the "dated" criticism, and to me, it doesn't really hold water. These are good beats, they make your head nod, they're interesting and well put together. That is true in 1994 and in 2020. The World Is Yours especially feels like the encapsulation of everything that hip hop can be. The most deserved 10/10 that I could give to any album. Hopefully, you enjoy it! would love if you decided to give it a go it's one of the best albums in my honest opinion. Waiting for your feedback! and maybe your favorite tracks from the album ;)!

Dealing with Anger To deal with your anger you must know what type of anger that you are going through. There are three types of anger: 1)Passive Aggression 2)Open Aggression 3)Assertive Anger If you are angry, the best approach is Assertive Anger. Seems complicated right? Let's what each type really means. Passive Aggression A lot of people don't want to say that they're angry, since they don't like confrontation – it's called passive aggression. This comes out in stuff like being quiet when you're frustrated, sulking, delaying (putting things off you need to do), and pretending "everything's all right." Passive aggression is the product of a desire to be in control. Do you want to know how to deal with it? Read on about 'assertive anger.' Open Aggression On the other hand, many people tend to be mad, physically, or verbally aggressive and often hurt themselves or others. It's called Open Aggression. This comes out in the form of fight, verbal abuse, screaming, bickering, sarcasm, and criticism. Open aggression is the result of the need to be in control. Assertive Anger The healthy way to deal with anger is through being calm and confident, speaking and listening, and being open to help with the situation. This assertive anger can contribute to the growth of your relations. It means thinking before you speak, being confident, yet open and flexible to the 'other side.' It means being patient; you don't raise your voice; you share how you feel emotionally, and really try to understand what other people feel. Forgiveness is always important; if a person has apologized for making you angry, or if you realize that the situation “isn’t worth it”, be open to forgive. And willing to be forgiven and forgive yourself! This will help you to calm down and will help your relationships with others to flourish. Remember that you are important. Your life counts, and you can make a difference in this world.

Why does Messi want to leave? The recent news came as a shock for many, especially Barcelona fans. After nearly two decades wearing the Blaugrana shirt he had enough. It all started to go downhill when Neymar left Barca in 2017. This transfer netted nearly €222 million for Barca but what did they do with it? They nearly paid around €600 million in the last 4 years since Neymar's departure, but they were never able to replace him. It all started with the purchase of Coutinho and Dembele for a total sum of nearly €300 million. It was a really bizarre market for Barcelona but was the purchasing of unproven and injury-prone 20-years old Ousmane Dembele an answer to their problems? The Answer is NO. The Frenchman missed 80 games since his arrival and played only 86 games! That's definitely not Neymar's replacement so is Coutinho who couldn't adapt well. Barca didn't stop spending money without thinking about the future, They bought Malcom for 41m who didn't even spend one season with Barcelona. Ignoring the needed replacement and enforcement in so many positions within the team. During the past 5 years, Barca wasn't able to get past the quarter-finals at UCL except for one time and they got eliminated by Liverpool. 19/20 was the worst season for Barcelona for nearly a decade as they finished with 0 trophies and an embarrassing defeat to Bayern with a humiliating 8 goals. Barca took Messi for granted as if he wouldn't ever leave and that was their biggest problem. They didn't try to build a good team for the future with an average age of 27 and most of their key players are +29 years old. Barca will be going through a rebuilding phase that would take a lot of time if Messi decided to leave. We might never see 05/06 - 17/18 Barca never again if the board doesn't wake up from their long sleep and build for the future of the team. They were supposed to build a team to help Leo in his last few years but unfortunately, they made him carry the whole team on his back without a single player to help him and that was the horrible result. HE GOT FED UP. It's a really unfortunate way to end such a long career and to end such a big love story, a story of loyalty that can't be found anymore in our world of football as $$ always talks.
