- Ginger-Garlic Bata - 1 Tbsp (Tbsp)
- Raw Chilli - 4 (Cut)
- Tomato puree - 1/2 l
- Yellow powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)
How to make special egg curry
- Put oil in a pot with pre-boiled eggs, spread turmeric and chilli powder and fry.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, along with raw chilli and tomato puree. Stir until the oil is released.
- Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well with a little water.
- Then, mix yogurt and coriander leaves and shake well and let it boil for a while.
- Now with the eggs in this broth, let it boil for 3-5 minutes
