We are living in the era when so many projects are coming daily and most of the projects are highly exposed to a high degree of risk.
So, It becomes very necessary to evaluate reasonably before investing. Most of us don't have programing knowledge.
My article is mainly for those who don't have technical knowledge.
I pointed out some factors which makes easier for everyone to evaluate any project.
We all know, any assets value depends on it's demand and supply. I will point out factors were demand is generated.

**1) Acceptability :** First and most important factor is it's acceptability. More acceptability means more value.
You should see number of holders of that crypto. This can obtained very easily by viewing on explorer of that crypto.
You should visit it's social media accounts such as Tweeter, Facebook, Telegram and closely oberve movements.
**2) Business model of the project :** Very important factor which decide the future of the project. Note down which services they are offering and compare with similar projects. If they are offering something new then it may be worth to invest.
**3) CEX listings :** CEX listings increases the demand of that crypto and ultimately increase in price. Big CEX like Binance listings increases more demand. CEX listings must be tracked. It may be known from it's roadmap or social media notifications.
**4) Earning opportunities :** Most of the project offers Staking, Liquidity and Farming even Play to Earn projects offers this services. Closely oberve APY status. Higher APY normally leads to higher dumping risk. You should also see the farming pools projects tokens. It's future mainly depends on project they lists on their launchpad. If they are not listing good projects it will not survive.
**5) Burning :** Burning results in lowering supply and ultimately increase in value.

We all have seen many times that we staking stacking or farming on any DeFi project, and website is not working, some either due to some technical reason or intentionally.
In such a situation we are not able to get back our deposited funds.
Today I will tell you how we can withdraw our funds in these circumstances.
When a DeFi project is registered on Binance Smart Chain or on any other network, then it has a master safe contract which determines how that app will work and what that app can do.
I will try to explain you complete method with a example. I will try to explain you by taking the example of toucanswap.
First we need to find the master safe contract. Who we can get in many ways like by looking at their document or talking to the management. And if all these names are also present, then as suppose he has deleted the entire app and has deleted all the information from his form. Then what to do in that situation? The easiest way is to go to the transaction which we have done during farming or stacking.
Go to https://bscscan.com/ and search your BSC address by which you put your funds in staking or farming. Now you will see all transactions related to that account.
Search the transaction which you have done to deposit funds.
Click on out address.
Now you will see all the details of that contract. Now click on the contract below here you will see the master safe contract.
Now go to the read and then go to the column of Can Harvest .
Enter PID 0 and your BSc account number then query and keep increasing the PID in the same way. If you have some pending, it will be visible to you wherever the balance is visible, note it's PID number, as in my case PID 0 and 5 shows balance.
Now go to the Write and click on connect to web3 and connect wallet. Enter the PID number in the Emergency Withdrawal in which you have seen the balance and click on Write to complete the transaction. Now your will be credited to your BSC wallet.
After completing the transaction, you will get your funds back.

Concept of Distributed ledger is backbone of Blockchain technology.
It is claimed that, distributed ledger makes it impossible to hack many computers ( nodes ) at the same time. This looks very impressive.
There is a loophole in this theory. Every Transaction in Blockchain is verified by by many nodes which requires solving mathematical algorithm and who solve first ' wins ' . These algorithm requires very high computing power and practically this computing power are held by some, it means hackers have to hack only those computers who veryfy transactions.
Kindly give your suggestions, if you feel or know more.
So, hacking is possible.
