It was a blast!!! My little girl was so happy the whole day, she had been receiving gifts and greetings from morning 'til tonight. I am one proud daughter! The other day, my aunt came to our house to invite my mother to be her son's godmother in their upcoming wedding. After months of waiting, finally, we harvested a jackfruit! Because the fruit was a bit high and I could not reach it, my mother volunteered to get it for me and will prepare it for dessert. So what I just did was count the number of jackfruits that is yet to be harvested. I could not believe it that I even counted it twice and yes, my count was right! Travelled north to taste the most talked-about halo-halo in Currimao Ilocos Norte!! My sister invited us to join them, and of course, we immediately said yes! We were 14 all in all, including 5 kids. The halo-halo is full of ingredients and super less ice and it only costs 30 pesos or less than $1. The verdict? Well, I like Kuya J's halo-halo better😁. It always feels good when you see a plant blooming in your garden. It refreshes me and it encourages me to nurture them,take care of them and to plant more. This plant was one of the two plants I adopted from school and when I attempted to return it the teacher said, I could have it. Yay, happiness!!! Sharing this simple joy from a pretty plantita😁🙂

Manong Roger immediately climb at the roof of their house trying to catch this pretty yellow bird (sadly, not captured in this photo) When he was about to grab it, it flew away and never came back. I asked these two if what would they want for snacks and they chose hotdog with rice! I immediately ordered before they change their minds. Now, preparing for Yuri's things for tomorrow's class. She's a bit nervous because I will no longer stay inside the school premises to wait for her. Parents are no longer allowed inside so the kids will learn to be responsible and independent. I harvested some mulberries this morning, some are sweet and some are still sour. Went to Ilocos Norte again but before heading to our destination, our friend said that there's a new food house called Pah Ramen in Balatong, Laoag. We then agreed to try it and we all enjoyed the ramen, the california maki, baby back ribs and the cucumber juice. It was a sumptuous lunch!

Lunch at Pah Ramen Weekends had been more exciting lately because my sister and her best friend wants to go explore the region with the whole family which of course, includes me and Yuri!
